True crime, unsolved mysteries, missing persons & urban legends of Southwest Florida.
The Paradise After Dark podcast is a true crime podcast hosted by Lauren and Ken that has been captivating listeners since its inception. As a loyal fan, I have witnessed the growth and evolution of this podcast, and I must say, it has only gotten better with time.
One of the best aspects of The Paradise After Dark podcast is the strong ethics and dedication to giving back that Lauren and Ken embody. They have recently launched the Florida Themis Project, focusing on cold cases and missing persons. This demonstrates their commitment to justice and helping those who have been affected by crime. Additionally, the hosts maintain a high level of research and production value, ensuring that each episode is engaging and worth listening to. Their attention to detail is commendable.
Another standout aspect of this podcast is the chemistry between Lauren and Ken. Their dynamic as husband and wife brings a unique charm to the show. Lauren's sweetness combined with Ken's chattiness creates a perfect balance that keeps listeners entertained throughout each episode. It is evident that they genuinely enjoy what they do, which shines through in their discussions about death and their dedication to presenting cases respectfully.
However, one potential downside of The Paradise After Dark podcast could be that it may not be well-known to everyone yet. Despite its excellent content, some listeners might be missing out simply because they are unaware of its existence. This fantastic podcast deserves more recognition within the true crime community.
In conclusion, The Paradise After Dark podcast sets the bar for what true crime podcasting should be. With their strong ethics, dedication to giving back, thorough research, engaging discussions, and genuine passion for justice, Lauren and Ken have created something truly special. Whether you are a long-time fan or a newcomer to true crime podcasts, I highly recommend giving The Paradise After Dark a listen – you won't be disappointed!
