Reports indicate that Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly spent approximately $500,000 on a "Freak Off" party in the early 2000s, which included redecorating a room in his mansion with hundreds of mirrors on the walls and ceiling to enhance the viewing experience of the event. These gatherings were characterized by extravagant expenditures on high-end food, expensive alcohol, dancers, acrobats, and sometimes live animals, contributing to the overall cost. The parties reportedly featured explicit activities, with the mirrored room designed to reflect the events occurring within. In our second segment...In November 2024, DeWitt Gilmore filed a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs and his bodyguards, alleging that they physically assaulted him outside a New York City nightclub in the summer of 1996. According to Gilmore, after exiting the club, Combs and his entourage confronted him, leading to a verbal altercation that escalated when armed members of Combs' group blocked his car and fired shots. Gilmore claims he and his friends narrowly escaped the scene by accelerating through traffic. Combs' representatives have dismissed the allegations as "pure fiction," expressing confidence that the judicial process will reveal the truth.(commercial at 9:05)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Exclusive | Diddy redecorated room with hundreds of mirrors for $500K 'Freak Off'source:Diddy sued by man for 1996 physical assault outside club

In this episode, Vince Quinn talks with Jesse P. Gilmore — founder of Niche in Control and author of The Agency Owner's Guide to Freedom — about how agency owners (or solo entrepreneurs) can move from being the bottleneck in their business to building scalable systems. Jesse explains the concept of “single points of failure,” why it's common among service‑based founders, and walks through a five‑step “Leverage for Growth” framework to help transition from doing all the work yourself to becoming a leader who builds systems, packages value‑priced offers, attracts clients, and empowers a team. He also reflects on how launching his own podcast — Leverage for Growth — helped him refine his methods, attract the right clients, and systemize content creation in a repeatable way.Guest BioJesse P. Gilmore is the CEO and founder of Niche in Control, a firm dedicated to helping marketing‑agency owners grow and scale their agencies. He authored The Agency Owner's Guide to Freedom and hosts the podcast Leverage for Growth, where he documents both his personal business transformation and interviews other agency founders to surface proven growth strategies.TakeawaysA single point of failure happens when the business depends too heavily on one person — often the founder — making growth unstable and risky if that person is unavailable. To scale, you must systemize everything: document processes, delegate work, and make the business operate independently of any one individual. The shift from “doer” to “leader” usually happens when monthly revenue reaches roughly $15,000–$20,000 — that's when it becomes worthwhile to build leverage through systems rather than more hours. The “Leverage for Growth” framework's first step: free up time — track how you spend your time for 7 days, then apply “Eliminate, Automate, Delegate, or Time‑block” to reclaim hours.Next, systemize work and document procedures so that tasks can be handed off without disruption. Then, build a minimum‑viable, high‑value offer priced based on value, not effort — this helps you move up‑market as clients increasingly value strategy over execution. After that, create a client attraction system — combining inbound, outbound, and referral mechanisms — to keep the pipeline flowing. Finally, empower your team to own major parts of the business, enabling you to run the firm instead of doing the work.Leveraging content (like podcasting) isn't just marketing — it's also business validation, market research, and lead generation — and when done with systems, it can run predictably.Consistency, authenticity, and leading by example matter: sharing personal stories (like sobriety) can attract clients and collaborators who resonate with your values.Chapters00:00 Welcome & Intro to Jesse P. WORT 89.9FM Madison · Whale Species Spotted for First Time You might think that human beings have explored every inch of the planet earth, and that few mysteries remain. Yet, the earth, especially its oceans, are almost unimaginably vast and continue to yield surprises. In 2024, a joint research expedition involving Oregon State University and the U.S. Navy witnessed a species of beaked whale never before seen by humans in the wild. Dead Ginkgo-Toothed Beaked Whales had occasionally washed up on Pacific shores, but until last year, no one had ever seen one alive. Elizabeth Henderson is a bioacoustic scientist with the U.S. Naval Information Warfare Center, was onboard the research vessel “Pacific Storm” for the discovery, and is the lead author of the research article published in the journal “Marine Mammal Science.” Elizabeth Henderson joined the Monday Buzz on December 8, 2025. A young adult male ginkgo-toothed beaked whale (#2b, lower left) swims along with the same adult male (#2a, upper right) from Figures 3 and 4. The erupted tooth of the younger individual is just visible (arrow, inset), and it does not have white scar tissue around it or bruising, presumably because it has not been fighting with other males yet; the lips on the lower jaw are just starting to turn white. (Photo by C. Hayslip.) (Part 2) Today on the Path Went Chilly Robin and Jules will be covering the unsolved case of a bomber who used a homemade "zip gun" device in their attacks in the early 1980s and 1990s: the name 'bomber' is a bit of a misnomer, since there is technically no bomb but more likely a product of the time period. Here is a Google AI summary of the cases covered: First Incident (1982): A package containing an explosive device was mailed to Joan Kipp in North Castle, New York. She opened the package, which was disguised as a cookbook, and was killed. The device contained a homemade firearm, or "zip gun", triggered by opening the package.Subsequent Incidents (1993): Eleven years later, the bomber struck again, sending more mail bombs to different individuals. One target, Anthony Lenza, was away on vacation, but the bomb shot and injured his children when they opened the package. Another bomb seriously injured Alice Caswell, who opened a package addressed to her brother, Richard McGarrel.Victims/Targets: The five intended victims were Joan Kipp (who died), Anthony Lenza, Richard McGarrel, a "Gilmore or Resident," and Richard Basile's wife. A potential link was that all targets might have been former government workers. Support the show: Patreon.com/julesandashleyPatreon.com/thetrailwentcold
In this special Sunday Sermon, we celebrate a monumental milestone: the 150th anniversary of Oceanside Sanctuary Church. Joining us to mark this occasion is guest speaker Yvonne Gilmore, who brings a powerful message on the legacy of "spiritual audacity" and the enduring power of community. Drawing from Psalm 46, Yvonne explores the concept of God not just as a static refuge, but as an active force that "stirs the oceans" and transforms landscapes. She weaves together the ancient wisdom of the Sons of Korah with the modern resilience found in Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World—reminding us that true hope is a practice we perform even in the midst of global turmoil. Listen in as we reflect on what it means to sing songs that hold true on both our best and worst days, and how a community deeply rooted in love can weather any storm to bring about a different manner of weather for the world. Key Themes & Takeaways Celebrating 150 Years: A look back at the "spiritual audacity" that has sustained the community for a century and a half. The Power of Psalm 46: Understanding God as a "very present help" who calls us to be still and know—not to withdraw, but to witness the shifting tides of justice. Songs of Resilience: How Louis Armstrong's masterpiece, recorded during a time of national unrest, mirrors the call to see beauty and grace despite chaos. Community as Refuge: Why our "best songs" are the ones we can sing together through both triumph and tragedy. Poetic Wisdom: Insights from Tracy K. Smith's poem An Old Story on how our collective singing can transform the atmosphere around us. Earlier this month Denver voters approved the Vibrant Denver bond, saying yes to some ambitious city projects -- like the Denver American Indian Cultural Embassy, which will be built in Montbello. City council also recently approved a study to look at potentially widening Peña Boulevard and Mayor Johnston and Denver International Airport CEO Phil Washington announced plans to look at bringing nuclear power to the airport. These projects are going down in Councilwoman Stacie Gilmore's District 11, and she's got a lot to say about it. Gilmore joins host Bree Davies to dig into these city plans, plus share why she thinks the mayor's layoffs are having lasting effects on the trust those workers put into local government. There's a ubiquitous prop in just about every police procedural and conspiracy thriller: a cork board pinned with documents, newspaper clippings, and Polaroid photos, all connected by a web of red string. They go by many names, including pin boards, string boards, evidence boards, investigation walls, conspiracy walls, and walls of crazy. These boards can be vehicles of insight or manifestations of madness—and in many cases, both. But where did they come from? And can they really solve a crime? In this episode, we try to unwind the red string board all the way to its center. To aide in our investigation, we enlist the help of Aki Peritz, a former CIA analyst and the author of Disruption: Inside the Largest Counterterrorism Investigation in History. You'll also hear from Shawn Gilmore, editor of The Vault of Culture and creator of the Narrative String Theory project; and Dr. Anne Ganzert, author of Serial Pinboarding in Contemporary Television. And we learn about the intricacies of building a string board from production designers Michael Scott Cobb (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) and John D. Kretschmer (Homeland). This episode was written and produced by Evan Chung, Decoder Ring's supervising producer. It was edited by Willa Paskin. Decoder Ring is also produced by Katie Shepherd and Max Freedman. When Payson hobbled his way into the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center in May with a broken hip, he wasn't expecting to be off crutches anytime soon, but thanks to the work of coaches like Will Gilmore, he not only managed to leave the facility without crutches, but also to jump back into racing a full month and a half before he'd planned. Will started his career in baseball, playing professionally before becoming a strength and conditioning coach for the Kansas City Royals and Cincinnati Reds. Now at Red Bull, he works with athletes across the spectrum, from snowboarders and gamers to surfers and cyclists. In this conversation, he and Payson chat about why he left professional baseball, how he and the team at the Athlete Performance Center adapt their knowledge and technology to over 800 athletes in a dizzying number of sports, and how he helped Payson return from injury long before it seemed possible.
