Artificial intelligence is usually discussed in terms of speed, innovation, and efficiency. But far less attention is given to what these systems are doing to the human mind, to dependence, and to how power quietly shifts when decisions become automated. In this episode, we don't focus on code, charts, or technical jargon. Instead, we step back and examine how AI-driven systems normalize surveillance, condition behavior, and reshape what people come to accept as “just the way things are.”More importantly, we look at these developments through the lens Scripture gives us — not with panic or sensationalism, but with clarity and discernment. This is a conversation about infrastructure before enforcement, dependency before coercion, and why Christians are called to recognize patterns without surrendering peace. The world may be accelerating, but Christ remains sovereign — and that truth anchors everything.

As the calendar turned, I wanted to take a different approach this New Year. Instead of recapping what went wrong or chasing predictions about what comes next, this broadcast is about one steady, biblical truth: God is not rushed, not surprised, and not shaken by the times we're living in. In a world that feels accelerated and unsettled, this message is meant to re-anchor how we think about time, prophecy, and hope — not through fear or hype, but through the unchanging sovereignty of God.This New Year's special is a calm, clear-eyed reflection on how we as believers are called to live right now — alert without panic, grounded without drifting, and hopeful without illusion. While the world looks for fresh starts in a calendar, I hope that this episode points us back to where real confidence belongs: in Christ alone — whose throne is secure, whose promises are sure, and whose timing has never been off by a second.

Would you agree that Christmas has become loud, busy, and increasingly disconnected from its meaning? In this Christmas broadcast, I wanted slow things down and return to the heart of the season: the birth of Jesus Christ. This message looks at a few of the biblical prophecies surrounding Christ's birth, how they were fulfilled with pinpoint accuracy, and why Christmas is not borrowed from pagan traditions, but rooted in Scripture and history.A promised King entered the world humbly — not crowned in gold, but crowned in straw. This episode is a reminder of why Christmas still matters today. My hope is that we can step away from the noise, address common misconceptions, and take time for reflection, Scripture, and the Gospel. If you've felt overwhelmed by the season or disconnected from what Christmas is truly about, my hope is that this message helps you pause, remember God's faithfulness, and refocus on the greatest gift ever given!

“But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?” —Matthew 12:25-26 NKJVWe are living in one of the most divided periods in modern history—and it's no longer just left versus right. In this episode, I examine how division has spread within political parties, culture, emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and most importantly the evangelical Church. We explore how division operates as a destructive force, the difference between biblical discernment and discord, and the spiritual cost of constant infighting. This broadcast isn't about pointing the finger, but about clarity, wisdom, and returning to truth in an increasingly fractured world. My hope is that we would allow the Lord to bring peace and unity where division is now reigning instead.

"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning;Great is Your faithfulness." —Lamentations 3:22-23In today's broadcast, I finally share my story—how the Lord rescued me and the long road of healing, restoration, and refining that's shaped who I am today. From an early encounter with the gospel that shattered religious tradition, to the wounds of childhood abuse, the internal battles of my teenage years, the breaking and rebuilding of my marriage, my wilderness season after the Hurley years, and the calling God placed on my life to speak truth in a collapsing culture—this episode is raw, honest, and centered on the grace of Jesus Christ. My prayer is that as you hear my journey, you'll begin to recognize the faithfulness of God woven through your own story as well—through the wounds, the waiting, the unanswered questions, and even the seasons that felt wasted. I hope this episode reminds you that God is never absent, never late, and never finished with the work He's doing in your life.Until next time…

“He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” Matthew 11:15 NKJVIn this very first episode, I lay out why I stepped away from video and shifted into a voice-only format—for now. The digital world is overloaded with noise, trends, and shallow content, and somewhere in the middle of all that, the Lord made it clear I needed to strip everything back and focus on the message, not the medium. In this episode, I talk honestly about distraction, drift, discernment, and why clarity matters more than ever in a culture collapsing under confusion and deception. If you want to understand what this broadcast is about, why it exists, and where we're headed, this is the place to start.Until next time…

Many world leaders—including President Trump himself—are claiming that true peace is not only within reach, but may have finally arrived in the Middle East.Forgive me for throwing in the proverbial wrench, but to those who know their Bibles: this is not true peace. It is merely a pause.______________________________________

How many times do we walk by a memorial without giving it a second thought? I, for one, am guilty of this more times than I care to admit. But in early July, after a weekend swim meet down in Chula Vista, my family and I decided to stop by a place in San Diego we'd never visited—Liberty Station. For the full write up that accompan iesthis video post please visit the Serpents & Doves® Substack page. The condition of the church is a subject I feel very strongly about. It's a topic and critical issue I will continue to cover. Sadly, it's not getting any better. What happens when the church by and large embraces a watered down gospel? What happens when the truth its supposed to herald from its pulpits is exchanged for worldly applause and popularity? When grace becomes cheap grace and reliance on Him is replaced with positive thinking? What is the end result when the church aims to look more like the world, so as to be attractive to the world instead of aiming to be imitators of Christ? The sad and unfortunate truth is that it produces make-believers—and a lot of them! _______________________________________________

In this solo flight podcast, I bring to the forefront and address the pressing issue of the Church's impending decline, a reality that is being largely ignored. This issue is one that most churches aren't addressing but has put the church in 'spiritual ICU' and we're headed to a 'spiritual coma'. The only two things that will change the current direction of the church are: A large spiritual awakening and revival (a real one), or, the Rapture of the church. I'm leaning towards the latter. Is there an alarming link between pornography and the rise of one of the worst serial killers ever recorded? The answer to that question is guaranteed to have chills run up and down your spine. In this thought-provoking video, Tim Gaines, VinnDogg and myself examine the unsettling relationship between pornography and the actions of one of the most infamous serial killers in U.S. history. _______________________________________________
