Creating a Team Culture can be difficult for a generation that has grown up focused on the self. How training outside of your team has created a disconnected with team chemistry. With sports like track and surfing that are so individual but also team sports, how do we balance Individual and Team Goals?!
This episode dives into a spiritual concept of creating stillness in our lives and why that is so important. Regardless of your religious beliefs I think that you can pull from these concepts and relate it to your life and your spiritual health of staying aligned with your goals and Purpose. I share a journal entry I wrote a while back when I sat down to connect with my intuition and God, and I got a very special response that I recorded, that is so applicable to what we are dealing with in our day. I talk about the root of distraction, and how we can manage our time on our phones to align with our goals, rather than distract us from them.
