The Anxiety Project Podcast is your go-to resource for overcoming anxiety, hypochondria (health anxiety), trauma, and agoraphobia, naturally. During my childhood and into my twenties, I struggled with an anxiety disorder that completely held me back from living a fulfilling life. After many years of struggle and eventually reaching rock bottom with agoraphobia, I finally had enough and decided to create a whole new identity for myself. I studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NLP, found a coach, rid myself of bad habits, released repressed emotional memories, and pursued through incredible resistance in order to reach my higher self. Now, as a Cognitive Behaviorist and NLP Master Practitioner, I aim to offer honest content that provides informative and relatable information about the many areas of anxiety.
