Interview with writer/director Spencer F. Lee We talk about his background in film, and his documentary “From The Bridge”, which is a warp speed ride through the history and evolution of fandom. Hosted by George Takei and featuring in depth interviews with many prominent figures in sci-fi, fantasy, comics, and fandom in general. Spencer talks about his relationship with Kerry O'Quinn writer, magazine publisher, director and producer, who created Starlog, Fangoria, Cinemagic, and other magazine series. Also we discuss fandom as a whole, and the positivity of how it encompasses so many areas by bringing people together, and how the fan base is inspired by finding role models in pop culture. We recently had a chance to catch with "From The Bridge" writer/director Spencer F. Lee to discuss the upcoming film, plans for their panel at San Diego Comic Con, fandom and more! 

We had the absolute pleasure to speak with Spencer F. Lee, the writer/director of the pop culture documentary, "From The Bridge." Spencer was the absolute PERFECT person to make this documentary. You will be able to hear his passion for everything pop culture in this interview. We nerd out about his interviews with Gene Simmons, Stan Lee, and his HUGE love of music. He jams out while everyone is on set with him! The star studded cast will make you smile, and more than likely make you cry as well!! Host, George Takei (Star Trek) will guide us through never-before-seen archival footage featuring creators like George Lucas and never before aired interviews with the likes of Gene Roddenberry,Leonard Nimoy and many more.
