Featuring members, Jonas Rendbo, Henry D'Ambrosio aka Prof.H & Te'amir Sweeney. After being introduced through common friend Kriswontwo, and meeting up in Te'Amir's studio, the trio decided to embark on a musical journey. With sample-based hip hop beats as the foundation, the free vibe attracted musicians from around the world to join the tribe. The artists involved in the 7 songs recorded, hail from Los Angeles, Vancouver, London, Auckland and Copenhagen - and include heavyhitters like Omar Lye-Fook, Louis King (Outlawz), Mark de Clive-Lowe & Hugh Augustine. Kriswontwo udgav sidste år sit andet fuldlængde producer album Back To One. Det første fuldlængde producer album Ceromoni udkom i 2015 og var spækket med fede featurings og det er samme billede på det nye album. Kriswontwo's producerstil bære præg af hans forkærlighed for soul og jazz, hvilket gør hans beats og produktioner ekstremt melodiske. Han formår at skabe en international lyd som ofte appellere til amerikanske kunstnere, og nogen af de fineste mc's har rappet over Kriswontwo beats. På Back To One finder man prominente gæster som Sadat X, Prince Po, Artifacts, Phat Kat og mange flere. På tracket Flawless har Kriswontwo den sidst nævnte rapper Phat Kat med, og det fik et fornemt spin på det amerikanske radio show The Pharmacy, som blir hostet af ingen mindre end Dr.Dre. Vi fik en sludder med Kriswontwo om Back To One albummet, tidligere udgivelser og meget mere. Kriswontwo is one the best hip hop- and soul producers coming out of Denmark right now. He releases music on the renowned Los Angeles-label SomeOthaship Connect run by the respected musician couple Georgia Anne Muldrow and Dudley Perkins.In this episode the versatile producer talks about hooking up with the label, working with many of his idols on his debut album and what he’s got in store for the future.
