Na het lanceren van hun nieuwe verkiezingsprogramma, gingen VVD-prominenten massaal op perstour. Zo zat voormalig VVD-minister Micky Adriaansen bij 'Dit is de Dag', maar één woord mocht niet genoemd worden: de spreidingswet. De partij wil het liever hebben over andere onderwerpen en daarom staat asiel in het verkiezingsprogramma ook op een veel latere pagina dan de vorige keer, waar het het hoofdthema was. "Alles wat over asiel gaat, zal leiden tot verkiezingswinst voor de PVV zijn", aldus Freek Staps, hoofdredacteur van ANP. Ook staatssecretaris Karremans en Yesilgoz wilden het er in hun optredens niet over hebben. "Je schept iets meer onderhandelingsruimte bij jezelf. Het woord 'spreidingswet' valt bij heel veel VVD'ers totaal verkeerd", denkt journalist Margriet Brandsma.

Het panel heeft deze week gekeken naar de nieuwe SBS 6-show Het waren 2 fantastische dagen. Hoewel de emoties wel echt waren, werd een presentator flink gemist. Al waren er wel belletjes, pakketjes en een tv-scherm die het programma flink beïnvloedden.
