Geordie and Michelle dive into two extraordinary alien abduction stories — or are they? When Marissa Littrell was searching for a college roommate who could provide a bit of support with her blindness, a girl named Raechel was recommended by a U.S. Air Force officer called Harry. At first, it all seemed perfectly ordinary… until it emerged that Harry was a UFO crash investigator and Raechel was his alien-human hybrid foster child. Is Raechel really an alien? What strange “gift” did she give Marissa? And how much of this story holds up under scrutiny? You decide! The pair then turn to the surreal case of Elizabeth Klarer, who claimed she fell in love with a hunky alien named Akon from the planet Meton — and even gave birth to his child, a boy named Ayling. A cosmic romance or an elaborate fantasy? Is Meton a real place somewhere in the universe, or a utopian invention? From mysterious encounters to out-of-this-world love stories, there's a lot to ponder and even more to unpack. Send us a textA slow Sunday at a neighborhood lounge turned into the spark for a national brand. Raechel Van Buskirk shares how a grumpy regular, a tray of sriracha bacon deviled eggs, and pure curiosity unlocked a simple truth: everyone loves deviled eggs, no one wants to make them. That insight carried her from bar brunches to trailers, a mall push-cart next to a missing Santa, a full-service restaurant, and now a franchise model with nationwide shipping and high-protein bowls built around eggs.We get into the gritty details operators care about: testing flavors with real customers, pricing a labor-heavy product, making the line a show instead of a secret, and turning a nostalgic side into a year-round habit. Raechel breaks down the Shark Tank journey from the first email to a deal with Barbara and Mark, and the moment Damon called her food the best he's eaten in 16 seasons. More important than TV praise, she explains the systems that let a humble egg travel well: chilled whites, sealed fillings, toppings, and instructions that land a “deviled egg bar” in your kitchen. This is also a story of cost and courage. Raechel and her husband sold assets, reinvested relentlessly, and kept building through a cancer diagnosis. The leadership lessons are simple and sharp: hire for strengths, trust quickly, let experts work, and fail fast without shame. We look ahead to a Dallas-area shop where guests watch their deviled eggs, egg salads, and hot protein bowls assembled Chipotle-style—think egg whites instead of rice, big flavor, and serious protein for GLP-1 era appetites. If you're hungry for resilient entrepreneurship, category reinvention, and the craft of turning a commodity into culture, you'll feel right at home here. The Logan Canyon Scenic Byway is both breathtaking and treacherous. In May 2020, Raechel Mitchell set out with her children for a day trip to Bear Lake. Things took a dark turn when a simple bottle of vitamin water slipped beneath her van's pedals, and in seconds, her vehicle veered off the road and plunged into the icy Logan River. As water rushed in, Raechel awoke to the screams of her children as the van was swept downstream—before miraculously lodging against something unseen. Trapped inside as frigid rapids roared around them, Raechel fought to keep her children calm while rescuers on shore scrambled for a plan. With no cell service, strangers with radios, ropes, and kayaks stepped forward to help. For more than five hours, the family sat in freezing water as firefighters and volunteers risked their lives to reach them. One by one, Raechel's children were pulled to safety; and then she was finally rescued—blue-lipped, bloodied, and exhausted, but alive. What should have been tragedy became a story of courage, community, and what many witnesses could only call a miracle.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you're a fan of true crime but crave a dose of inspiration instead of tales of darkness, The Miracle Files is your perfect alternative. With the same storytelling intensity as true crime podcasts, The Miracle Files delves into the details of each miraculous story, exploring the people and circumstances that turned these moments into something unforgettable.Whether you believe in divine intervention or human perseverance, this podcast will leave you feeling uplifted and amazed.Website: www.themiraclefiles.comPodcast/RSS: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-miracle-files/id1714203488Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_miracle_files_podcastFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.phpid=100093613416005&mibextid=LQQJ4dTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@the.miracle.files?_t=8rB5ooQd482&_r=1
When parenting feels like quicksand, where do we plant our feet? In this deeply hope-filled conversation, Raechel Myers—cofounder of She Reads Truth—joins Ginny to unpack why Scripture is not just ancient, but alive and profoundly practical for families today. Drawing on Romans 1 and the way creation “preaches,” Raechel shares how her new devotional, The Bible Is for You, walks readers through all 66 books—one story, many voices—so parents and kids can see God's thread from Eden to the Garden City. This episode also meets parents in the hard places. Raechel and Ginny talk Esther's courage in dark days, the upside-down power of 2 Corinthians (“strength perfected in weakness”), and how to lead our kids toward what is unseen and eternal when life feels confusing—or when church wounds make trust feel risky. If your family is hungry for truth you can live, you'll love Raechel's practical on-ramps: Scripture-forward readings, cross-references that let Scripture interpret Scripture, and their beloved Advent reading plan (complete with slow practices like recipes, hymns, and simple crafts) to help you “walk slowly toward the manger.” Try it all together around the table, outdoors under the stars, or wherever your family finds a quiet, screen-free minute. "Can I say with as much confidence as I'd be able to say at the end of [my hardship], when I get to see the positive outcome...that 'in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who've been called according to his purpose. What man intends for evil, God intends for good. And so today, I will walk with him?'"— Raechel MyersToday's Episode: Join us as Raechel Myers (cofounder of She Reads Truth) walks us through the story of God and her own story—helping us consider how God is working all things for the good of his people. She shares biblical insights of how God is at work in the lives of his people. She also shares her own story of a time when God walked with her through a really tough year, and how he even worked good out of so much suffering and hardship. She encourages us that he is right there with us in the dark times, often encouraging us through other people. Tune in and be reminded of God's goodness to his people in every season.
