Crosstalk America from VCY America

Tom DeWeese is the president of the American Policy Center. Tom is one of the nation's leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence and protecting our Constitutionally-guaranteed rights. In January of 2024, the World Economic Forum held their meeting to push global governance. One of the panel discussions concerned how they could "Trump-proof" their countries and advance their agenda should he be elected. They met again this past January in Davos and we aired the message delivered to them by President Trump and one of the attendees said, "We lost and he won!"In the past, we've warned listeners that the global forces may delay or put aside their agenda for a time, but ultimately they will carry out their plan. This same scenario is playing out within the U.S. as well as the deep state continues to carry out their agenda, in spite of President Trump's attempts to stop them at the federal level. Their plan is called, "America 2050—New Strategies for Regional Economic Development."The driving force behind America 2050 is a non-governmental organization (NGO) out of New York called the Regional Plan Association (RPA). Their partner is the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Their plan involves 11 mega-regions. These involve regional councils filled with non-elected, appointed individuals. These councils may represent 15 different counties. They set up what Tom described as a one-size-fits-all policy in all those counties while applying for grants from Housing and Urban Development, the EPA, the Transportation Department, etc.

Tom DeWeese is president of American Policy Center. Tom is one of the nation's leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy and back-to-basics education.Tom began by explaining non-governmental organizations, otherwise known as NGO's. They're experts at pushing various policies and issues along with the grants to tell recipients to apply for. They pressure city council members, county commissioners and even state legislators to put whatever policies the NGO's have in mind, in place. Jim noted how even the media gets involved in this so that when a community or a state rejects one of these offers, they tell listeners/viewers how certain funding has been turned down, making it appear as though it was a bad decision. What they don't explain is the part about how that community or state has their hands tied if the money is accepted. In other words, that community or state has now lost control at some level. The latest trick has to do with getting citizens to voluntarily surrender a level of control of their land. It involves land trusts such as the Sierra Club, the Nature Conservancy and others who are pushing for farmers to sign what are called, "conservation easements." These are being offered with the promise that if they sign, the farmer will no longer have to worry about developers taking their land. It may sound good on the surface, but one problem is that the land trusts have the farmers sign these easements in perpetuity. Conversely, the land trusts aren't tied to the perpetuity clause. They can buy, sell or trade these conservation easements with other organizations or even with the government.

Some that were dealt with on this broadcast included the U.S. departure from the Paris Climate Treaty, declaring a national energy emergency, termination of the electrical vehicle mandate, reopening the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, separation from the World Health Organization and securing our borders. Outside of those executive orders, Tom also commented on other issues that require vigilance by citizens, our elected officials, as well as the need for a clear vision by our president. After all, the global 'left' continues to use various tactics to subvert our president. For example, Tom commented on who's advising the president, the California wildfires, a controversial plan to cut sunlight in order to combat global warming, a convention of states to amend the Constitution and more.

Tom is one of the nation's leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education, American sovereignty and independence and protecting our constitutionally-guaranteed rights.--As Tom pointed out at the start, Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, The Green New Deal, The Great Reset and the World Economic Forum are all the same in the sense that the aim is global control. Their efforts focus on our national sovereignty, independence and our ability to live our lives as we choose.--Another aspect of control involves the American Planning Association, a part of the Planners Network, which is officially run by the Organization of Progressive Planners. They are the premier planning group operating across the U.S. The idea is to put together comprehensive plans for communities to make certain there's controlled growth for the future. So they make it sound as though their planning is coming from the local level. The problem is that you have non-governmental organizations in the background, moving forward with plans that are putting Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 plans in place. So in the end, such planning falls right into the playbook of the United Nations, with an emphasis on environmental control.--Find out where this is headed as it relates to housing, social justice-social engineering and more, on this edition of Crosstalk.

More and more property is becoming government property where they dictate to you what you're going to say and if you violate that you're in big trouble. Don't believe that-- Tom said he's asking people around the nation to go to one of their city council meetings and ask the following question- What can I do on my property without your permission-- --Tom went on to describe a situation in Pataskala, Ohio, where the Chinese are moving in to build a -monster- solar panel assembly plant. He believes the lead company in the project is merely a -shell- designed to get around U.S. regulations that would otherwise prevent a foreign company from owning property. Local activists that are trying to fight back are up against a mayor and city council that are seeing dollar signs. Hence, those that are fighting back are being referred to as -radicals- to be ignored.

This has ramifications for our economy, our food supply-security, land use, private property, our energy independence and much more. This pressure isn't just coming from the United Nations. Sometimes this pressure comes from our own state legislatures and city planning commissions.--Regardless of the level of influence, there are those making a positive impact on many fronts. They usually put together armies, invade, break things, kill people and subjugate others. In the same way we have people today who are diabolical. They've come up with a way to get us to voluntarily give up our liberties in order to subjugate us. It's the scare tactic of environmental Armageddon. It's about creating a crisis leading to fear. The American Policy Center is supported by individual donations from approximately 100,000 citizens from across the nation. APC's mission since its founding has been to protect and defend the ideals of limited government intrusion in our lives, as envisioned by our nation's founders. While the concept of freedom, and its protection, involves nearly an endless list of issues, APC believes freedom activists must employ a laser focus on specific key issues to be effective. For APC that issue has become the fight to protect and preserve private property rights. * Who Do Elected Representatives Think They're Representing? - Tom DeWeese. * Setting the Agenda for Freedom's Comeback - Tom DeWeese. * What Are FreedomPods? * Do You Keep An Eye On Catching Fire News?

California will disallow the sale of new cars powered by gasoline in 2035. That radical move, along with other environmental policies combined with the state's sky-high taxes, and it's no wonder so many are leaving California. --Looking elsewhere, there was a new bill introduced December 5th in the state of Washington -House Bill 1868- aimed at making gas powered lawn mowers and other lawn equipment illegal, with heavy fines and even jail time for violators.--The push for electric vehicles continues by the federal government despite their deficiencies, especially their cold weather performance. In addition, they're slow sellers on new car lots.--So why is all of this going on-- Returning to Crosstalk to answer that question was Tom DeWeese. Tom is president of American Policy Center. He is one of the nation's leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence and protecting our constitutionally-guaranteed rights. He is also the grassroots coordinator for CFACT.--As Tom explained, -net-zero- is the target, despite the fact that C02 is not a pollutant. So much of what exists on our planet needs C02 to survive. Yet in spite of that, a new study claims humans are contributing to global warming by breathing, and if you're female and over 30 years old, you're the biggest culprit---To place blame on people just for breathing sure sounds like an excuse for lowering the human population does it not-- Tom believes that's the contention.

On today's show, Marc is broadcasting live from Dallas, Texas at the Stop 30 x 30 Summit of the American Stewards of Liberty, dealing with property rights and how to fight the sustainable development agenda propagated by the United Nations. Marc talks about the red-carpet premiere of the new Epoch Times documentary "No Farmers No Food: Will You Eat The Bugs?" in which he appears. (Marc walked the red-carpet at the premier in Dallas) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXs0l7jl_LU Marc also reviews his appearance on Laura Ingraham's Fox News show, talking about the climate emergency powers that President Biden will have if he declares a Climate Emergency. Marc analyzes the net zero agenda and how France and the EU are openly considering proposals to make cheap airline flights a thing of the past. Marc also talks about the pathetic UK Prime Minister's slight walk-back of the net zero agenda and how this has triggered Al Gore and other climate activists to pretend as though the end of the world was near just because one weak-kneed European leader is trying to delay the gas-powered car bans and EV mandates by a few years. Marc also features the voice of World Economic Forum's Klaus Schwab reminding us that, post-COVID, the next 'crisis' will be the 'climate crisis.' Also, Marc is joined by property rights activist Tom DeWeese of CFACT.org to detail how to fight back against the Net Zero climate agenda at all levels of government. Tom's two most recent books are, SUSTAINABLE: THE WAR ON FREE ENTERPRISE, PRIVATE PROPERTY AND INDIVIDUALS and AGENDA 21 & HOW TO STOP IT. Tom explains why he promotes his strongly held philosophy of free enterprise, national sovereignty and limited government why he is a passionate advocate of private property rights, personal privacy protection and opposition to government education policy. Increasingly, American farm land, and our food supply, is under attack. Whether it's the acquisition of fertile farm land for the carbon-capture pipeline, China buying up farm land, their stealing of seed samples, the closure of food processing plants, the development and promotion of lab-grown meat or the push to allow companies to inject beef cattle with mRNA vaccines, there is a target on the back of our nation's agriculture industry. This attack is necessary, we are told, because of global climate change. - -Returning to Crosstalk with an update on this issue was Tom DeWeese. Tom is president of American Policy Center. Jim played an audio clip of Kerry where he claims that the agriculture industry is responsible for 26--33- of all the emissions of the world and that with a rising world population -now over 8 billion- we can't get to net-zero unless agriculture is part of the solution.

From massive wind and solar farms to the growing land grab called Carbon Capture Pipelines, usable farmland for growing our food is disappearing faster than any of the bogus predictions of melting polar icecaps. The farmers are facing intimidation from powerful corporations as many elected officials stand by, shuffling their feet in nervous inaction. Something has to be done.- --Tom DeWeese is president of American Policy Center. Tom is one of the nation's leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence, and protecting our Constitutionally-guaranteed rights.--Tammy Kobza is regional field coordinator for the John Birch Society.--This broadcast opened with news from Brown County, South Dakota. Tom described how surveyors working for a carbon-capture pipeline company showed up unannounced on private property owned by farmer Jerad Bossly. The surveyors began digging up a field of soybeans, digging 90 foot holes, and destroying crops in their way.--Tammy believes this is about the false premise of global warming and the windfall that some companies feel they can get in on. It's beginning to crumble for them because Americans are starting to wake up to this scam of a CO2 pipeline.--Learn more about this situation, how you can become involved, and what your fellow listeners had to say, on this edition of Crosstalk.

As many Crosstalk listeners have been experiencing, food prices have soared. Processing plants have gone up in flames. In many eastern states, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a recall on over 400 food products over the threat of Listeria contamination. We've been warned that fertilizers are being limited and we're not to expect the normal yield on crops. Last week a South Dakota rancher, who serves as the president-elect of the National Cattleman's Beef Association, was speaking with Fox News Digital. He indicated that it's only a matter of time before foot and mouth disease, a disease that affects cows, pigs, sheep, and other animals, makes it across the southern border. Rural suicide rates are up due to farm stress. During the World Economic Forum, the chairman of the largest industrial manufacturing company in Europe spoke of the positive effects if a billion people would stop eating meat.--So what's happening to our food supply-- Returning to Crosstalk to shed some light on that question was Tom DeWeese. Tom is the president of American Policy Center.--Tom's research over the years has led him to believe there's an agenda to control the population. One of those is population reduction and this is now coming to the forefront of their agenda. In fact, according to Tom, the U.N. has said the earth can only sustain about a billion people. So control is being taken away from farmers via rules and regulations created by people who never grew any food in their life. The result is that every single aspect of the food industry is being controlled by the idea of being -sustainable- and Tom believes we're going to starve to death if they keep it up.
