This message centers on the unchanging nature of God and the deep security that comes from His faithfulness. In a world marked by instability, shifting values, and unreliable promises, God stands as the one constant. Scripture shows His faithfulness in creation, in the fulfillment of His plans, in the keeping of His promises, in the character of Christ, and in His enduring commitment to His people. Even in moments of temptation and weakness, God remains faithful and provides a way forward. Because of His unchanging character, believers can walk in freedom from their past, faith in the present, and hope for the future. God's faithfulness becomes the foundation for a life of confidence, worship, and trust.
When everything around us is shifting, we need something that never moves. In this timely and powerful message from Calvary, Pastor Tony Willis reminds us that while culture, technology, and public opinion are constantly evolving, God and His Word remain eternally the same. In a world full of competing voices and half-truths, believers must develop true spiritual discernment through the Holy Spirit.Rooted in scripture, this message exposes the danger of relying on intellect alone and highlights the critical difference between information and revelation. Pastor Tony teaches that discernment is not just knowledge. It is spiritual perception given by the Holy Spirit to protect the Church in the last days. You will be challenged to stay anchored in biblical truth, continually filled with the Spirit, and alert to counterfeit revivals and false anointings that can subtly lead believers astray. At the same time, this message calls us to walk in compassion without compromising truth. If you've been asking how to stand firm in confusing times, this word will strengthen your faith and sharpen your spiritual awareness. 00:00 Introduction02:03 Honoring the Pulpit and Opening Scripture04:07 God Never Changes (Malachi 3:6 & Hebrews 13:8)06:01 How Fast Culture and Technology Are Changing08:42 Discernment for the Last Days (Matthew 24:4)13:03 Information vs Revelation Explained15:44 The Bible as Unchanging God-Breathed Truth17:54 The Last Days Outpouring of the Holy Spirit19:27 Old Testament vs New Covenant Discernment20:07 The Holy Spirit for Every Believer Today21:18 Why Discernment Is Critical in the Last Days (1 Corinthians 2)23:12 When the World Lost Reverence for the Church26:58 False Teaching That Feels Right29:44 Scripture Twisted in Today's Culture33:26 The Spirit Never Contradicts the Word35:41 How to Grow in Discernment Daily37:21 Counterfeit Revivals vs the Real Move of God39:28 Prophetic Declaration Over the ChurchDigital Connect Card: www.calvaryassembly.org/new Giving: https://calvarylive.churchcenter.com/giving Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/CalvaryLiveAL/ Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/CalvaryLive/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/calvary_live/ Need prayer? https://www.calvaryassembly.org/prayer Want to take your next step in faith? Another year, another host of changes. If we keep all of our hope and security in anything except God, things will change. But we serve an unchanging God; a God who stays the same. Praise the Lord that we are safe in Him who is the same yesterday, today, and forever!

In this study of the book of Malachi, we see a glorious truth about God in that He does not change. He is faithfully without change as the glorious God. However, in contrast, we need to be changed. And in the context of the book of Malachi, the people of Israel needed to repent and return. Join us as we unpack these truths from the Word of God!
An episode from Berean Baptist Church, an independent body of King James Bible believers located in Springfield Missouri. We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be the verbally and plenary inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are inerrant, infallible and God-breathed, and therefore are the final authority for faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament are the complete and divine revelation of God to Man. The Scriptures shall be interpreted according to their normal grammatical-historical meaning. We believe that God's Word has been divinely preserved in the English language and commonly known as the Authorized King James Version. Therefore, the Authorized King James Version shall be the official and only translation used by the church. (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:20-21). We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam's sin the human race fell, inherited a sinful nature, and became alienated from God; and, that man is totally depraved, and of himself, utterly unable to remedy his lost condition (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:22-23, 5:12, 6:23; Ephesians 2:1-3, 4:17-19). We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins (John 1:12; Ephesians 1:7, 2:8-10; I Peter 1:18-19). We believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God's power and are thus secure in Christ forever (John 6:37-40; 10:27-30; Romans 8:1, 38-39; I Cor.1: 4-8; I Peter 1:4-5).We believe that it is the privilege of believers to rejoice in the assurance of their salvation through the testimony of God's Word, which, however clearly forbids the use of Christian liberty as an occasion to the flesh (Romans 13:13-14; Galatians 5:13; Titus 2:11-15).We believe in that “blessed hope,” the personal, imminent return of Christ who will rapture all believers prior to the seven-year tribulation period. At the end of the Tribulation, Christ will personally and visibly return with His saints, to establish His earthly Messianic Kingdom, which was promised to the nation of Israel (Psalm 89:3-4; Daniel 2:31-45; Zechariah 14:4-11; I Thessalonians 1:10, 4:13-18; Titus 2:13; Revelation 3:10, 19:11-16, 20:1-6).The Berean Baptist Church Statement of Faith does not exhaust the extent of our faith. The Bible itself is the sole and final authority of all that we believe. We do believe, however, that this statement of faith accurately represents the teaching of the Bible. You may visit Berean Baptist Church's website https://bereansgf.org/ or write to them at:507 East Norton Rd,Springfield, MO 65803 The KJV Bible Preaching Churches Podcast is directly supported by Doss Metrics LLC | Ministry Services based out of Cleveland Texas. An Unchanging God, Individualized Grace by Autumn Dickson In August of 1840, Joseph Smith delivered a sermon that introduced the concept of baptisms for the dead. People rejoiced and began being baptized for their kindred dead shortly thereafter. The Mississippi River was often the choice of setting for these sacred ordinances. In January of 1841, […] The post Come, Follow Me with FAIR – Doctrine and Covenants 124 – Part 1 – Autumn Dickson appeared first on FAIR.

This Sunday Pastor Josh Kelsey reminds us that while change is inevitable, Christ never changes. Seasons shift, cities move, life turns but Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. We often try to freeze the good or fast-forward the hard, yet God uses both to form us. Change is the classroom, and His character is the curriculum. Stop clinging. Stop rushing. Trust the One who anchors you through every season.

Discover how to navigate life's inevitable changes while anchoring yourself to God's unchanging character. This powerful message explores why change feels so disruptive, especially in church leadership transitions, and provides biblical wisdom for moving forward with confidence.Learn from Ecclesiastes 3 about God's purposeful seasons in our lives and how to celebrate past accomplishments as evidence of divine faithfulness rather than human achievement. Understand that while pastors and leaders may change, Jesus Christ—the true head of the church—remains 'the same yesterday, today, and forever' (Hebrews 13:8).Find practical guidance from Paul's prayer in Ephesians about staying rooted during transitions: continuing spiritual disciplines, maintaining community connections, and producing spiritual fruit through a deep relationship with Christ. Explore the significance of 'Ebenezer' moments from 1 Samuel—those physical or mental markers of God's faithfulness that give us confidence for the future. This message offers three key applications for navigating any transition: celebrating what was, embracing what is with grace, and trusting what's to come. Perfect for anyone facing change in their personal life, career, church, or relationships.
