Calculating your numbers on a fixer-upper. There is a lot of thought that goes into a fixer-upper and we believe that running the numbers on the project is one of the biggest steps. We dive into calculating what it will cost to make the repairs, hint: actually, get the measurements and look up the prices of the product.
