"You're On Candid Phone" Episode 1 Back in the day we used to be able to help people play phone pranks on their friends....after the advance recording of the call was placed we obtained permission from the targets to air the bit on the air.  That's all changed these days so enjoy some outlaw calls from the early 90s with Dick Wilson and Katey McGuckin.

In 1981 I traveled to to LA with a sheet of paper full of KY102 liners for recording with the ABC Network announcer Ernie Anderson (remember "The Love Boat" promos?). Here is the session at LA Studios.

The History of Top 40 Radio is an audio documentary produced by radio legend Richard Ward Fatherly.  The cassette of the audition copy was given to me (Dick Wilson) by Richard while I was working at KCMO-FM years ago.  If you have anything to do with radio this is a must listen.  It's the origination of the Top 40 radio format by Todd Storz at KOWH in Omaha and led to success across the nation at stations like WHB in Kansas City, KXOK St. Louis, WQAM Miami and many others.  I was always in awe of Richard's production talents and he was very proud of this History of Top 40 radio production.

I did a series of interviews with the cast of Gummie Bears from Disney Studios back in 1989.  One was with the incredible June Foray who played the voice of "Rocky" and many others...here's her stats June Foray (born June Lucille Forer; September 18, 1917 – July 26, 2017) was an American voice actress. She was best known as the voice of such animated characters as Rocky the Flying Squirrel, Natasha Fatale, Nell Fenwick, Lucifer from Disney's Cinderella, Cindy Lou Who, Jokey Smurf, Granny from the Warner Bros. cartoons directed by Friz Freleng, Grammi Gummi from Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears series, and Magica De Spell, among many others.
