Bob Proctor almost missed being in The Secret—a garbled voicemail nearly cost him the opportunity that would introduce millions to his work. But long before that moment, Bob had already transformed from a broke, directionless 26-year-old into someone earning over a million dollars a year cleaning offices. His journey reveals a truth most people miss: your results aren't determined by how smart you are or how hard you work, but by the paradigm—the unconscious programming—controlling your behavior. In this conversation, Bob breaks down the higher faculties we all possess but rarely develop, explains why brilliant people stay broke, and offers a roadmap for changing the conditioning that keeps us trapped. You'll walk away understanding that freedom isn't about working harder—it's about rewiring the patterns that run your life.Bob Proctor's books:Change Your Paradigm, Change Your LifeYou Were Born RichThe Secret of The Science of Getting Rich: Change Your Beliefs About Success and Money to Create The Life You WantIn this episode you will:Discover why your paradigm—not your intellect—controls your income, and how to identify the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck in the same financial reality year after yearTransform your relationship with fear by understanding the "terror barrier" and why breaking through it is the only path to growth, freedom, and the life you actually wantMaster the six higher faculties (perception, will, reason, imagination, memory, intuition) that separate humans from every other species—and learn practical ways to develop each one dailyBreak free from the trap of working harder by understanding Napoleon Hill's principle: riches never come from hard work alone, but from definite demands based on definite principlesRewire your brain through the power of repetition and gratitude, including Bob's daily practice of writing with his non-dominant hand to consciously reshape his paradigmFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1837For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Lewis Howes [SOLO] – greatness.lnk.to/1831SCDean Graziosi – greatness.lnk.to/1766SCAlex Hormozi – greatness.lnk.to/1723SC Get more from Lewis! Picked last in games, mocked for struggling to read, criticized and underestimated at every turn, he carried those wounds into adulthood like armor. He stayed in relationships that weren't right for him just to prove he wasn't a failure. He worked relentlessly to prove wrong every kid who bullied him, every coach who doubted him, every teacher who wrote him off. But all that proving? It was exhausting. It was a performance that never ended because the applause he was seeking had to come from within. The breakthrough came when he realized that real magnetism—the kind that draws genuine love and connection into your life—doesn't come from proving your worth. It comes from owning it.In this raw solo episode, Lewis shares the pivotal shift that changed everything: the moment he stopped performing and started aligning. He opens up about how his relationship with Martha Beck taught him that trust isn't built through grand gestures or perfect words—it's built when your actions consistently match what you say. You'll discover why the most attractive people aren't the ones trying hardest to impress, but the ones who show up as healthy, grounded human beings genuinely interested in others. This isn't about becoming more interesting or talented or successful to earn love—it's about releasing the exhausting need to prove anything at all and simply owning who you already are.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Relationship expert Baya Voce reveals why the fairy tale version of love is setting us up for failure—and what actually creates lasting intimacy. She shares her personal journey from serial people-pleasing to building genuine connection, including the painful lesson of being engaged to someone who fabricated his entire identity. Most people never exit the "power struggle" phase of relationships because they've never learned the one skill that matters most: how to repair after conflict. Baya explains why therapy at the beginning of a relationship changes everything, how your nervous system—not your personality—determines who you attract, and why the ability to sit in emotional discomfort is more valuable than chemistry. You'll walk away understanding that love isn't about finding someone perfect—it's about two imperfect people learning to heal together.Sign up for Baya's newsletterFollow Baya on InstagramIn this episode you will:Discover why conflict is required for intimacy – Not optional, not avoidable, but essential for moving beyond surface connection into true partnership and interdependenceMaster the art of emotional regulation – Learn why this single skill, according to neuroscientists, determines your success in every relationship more than communication or compatibilityTransform your nervous system response – Understand how your physiological health—thyroid, cortisol, sleep—directly impacts your ability to stay calm during disagreementsBreak free from the change-accept paradox – Stop trying to fix your partner or change yourself to please them, and learn the framework for healthy boundaries that create mutual respectLearn to repair instead of run – Access the exact framework (truth, agreement, responsibility) for having difficult conversations that strengthen rather than damage your connectionFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1836For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Esther Perel – greatness.lnk.to/1686SCMartha Higareda Howes – greatness.lnk.to/1788SCJillian Turecki – greatness.lnk.to/1740SC Get more from Lewis! All the resources were for survival. So why did they dance, hum, drum, chant, make cave paintings? Because art and beauty is crucial to human survival." - Dr. Tara SwartDr. Tara Swart is a neuroscientist who bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern brain science in ways that'll make you rethink everything you thought you knew about intuition. She's spent years studying how our ancestors survived—not just through logic and planning, but through art, movement, and a deep connection to their bodies that most of us have completely lost. When she talks about humans carving ostrich eggshells 60,000 years ago or making tools more beautiful than they needed to be half a million years before that, she's not just sharing history—she's revealing something profound about what we're missing in our overly rational, disconnected modern lives. That shiver down your spine when you receive unexpected news? That's not random. It's your body speaking a language we've forgotten how to hear. This conversation will change how you think about those moments when signs seem to appear everywhere, and then vanish for months. Tara explains why that's completely normal, even at the height of her own manifesting practice. She dives into why cultures across the world—from Mexican Día de los Muertos to Aboriginal Australians recognizing ancestors in black cockatoos—all understood something fundamental about staying connected to what came before us. If you've been feeling cut off from your instincts or wondering why your intuition feels muted, this is the conversation that helps you remember what your body has been trying to tell you all along.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Growing up watching her parents navigate rough patches, she learned early that marriage isn't about perfection—it's about commitment through the messy, uncertain middle. When she was 16, frustrated watching her parents struggle, her mom told her something that changed everything: "Your 16 years are a fraction of our marriage. We've had good times and bad times. Your little window into this is not the full story." That wisdom shaped how Kerry approaches her own marriage today, especially while juggling demanding film schedules and raising kids. She reveals how she and her husband don't wait for crisis to do the work—they treat their relationship like going to the gym, showing up consistently to strengthen what matters most. What makes this conversation so powerful is Kerry's honesty about separating ego from love when both partners are evolving in high-stakes careers. She shares how they transformed their marriage by viewing it as a "third entity"—not just give-and-take between two people, but something sacred they both pour into. Instead of keeping score of who sacrificed what, they invest in a shared emotional bank account that sustains them through separation, exhaustion, and the chaos of modern life. Her approach to therapy isn't about fixing what's broken; it's about actively celebrating what's working, acknowledging each other's efforts, and creating space to grow together rather than apart.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. You're not taking anything with you—it all goes back into the pool." - Dan MartellDan Martell learned something that most wealthy people never figure out: money doesn't make you rich if you're still thinking like you're broke. He watches entrepreneurs obsess over what everything costs—converting hotel rooms into iPhones, weighing every dinner against what that cash could do in their business—while their families slip through their fingers. The shift happened when he stopped asking "what does this cost?" and started asking "what is this worth?" Now he forces himself to pre-allocate money that must be spent on experiences, gathering 18 family members on a mountain every two years, creating memories that make his McLaren and private jet feel meaningless in comparison. It's a perspective shift born from understanding something visceral: you're playing a game where all the chips go back in the box at the end. This is about breaking free from the mental prison that traps people even after they've made it. Dan walks through why your calendar and bank account are the only honest reflection of your priorities—not your words, not your intentions. He reveals the psychological trap of opportunity cost thinking that keeps successful people from actually living, and shares the specific systems he uses to force himself into prioritizing what matters. You'll hear why entrepreneurs will drop fifty grand on marketing consultants but won't invest five hundred in their marriage, and how shifting from cost-based to worth-based thinking changes everything about how you experience wealth.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. For years, I chased relationships from a wounded place, trying to prove my worth instead of owning it. I made partners my entire world, confused chemistry with compatibility, and stayed in relationships way longer than I should have because I lacked the courage to speak my truth. Everything shifted when I learned these five lessons about magnetism, healing, and what real love actually requires. This isn't theory - this is what worked for me after years of painful patterns, intensive therapy, and finally learning to choose alignment over chemistry. If you've ever felt stuck in the chase, attracted to the wrong people, or unsure why healthy relationships feel unfamiliar, this episode will show you exactly what needs to shift.Make Money Easy: Create Financial Freedom and Live a Richer LifeThe Greatness Mindset: Unlock the Power of Your Mind and Live Your Best Life TodayThe Mask of Masculinity: How Men Can Embrace Vulnerability, Create Strong Relationships, and Live Their Fullest LivesThe School of Greatness: A Real-World Guide to Living Bigger, Loving Deeper, and Leaving a LegacyIn this episode you will:Discover why making someone your entire world pushes them away - and how to build a full life that makes you magnetic instead of clingyTransform your dating criteria by understanding the critical difference between shared interests and shared values (and why only one actually lasts)Break free from the cycle of chasing people who trigger your wounds by learning to recognize when attraction is actually a red flag from your nervous systemMaster the daily choice framework that turns fleeting chemistry into lasting love - because real relationships aren't built on sparks, they're built on consistent characterUnlock true magnetism by shifting from proving your worth to owning it - the one change that makes healthy people finally feel attractive to youFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1834For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Matthew Hussey – greatness.lnk.to/1782SCMartha Higareda Howes – greatness.lnk.to/1797SCJillian Turecki – greatness.lnk.to/1740SC Get more from Lewis! He'd grind into the night, believing rest was for the weak and that success demanded sacrifice. But what he discovered shocked him: those sleepless nights weren't building his empire—they were destroying it. He became reactive, gained weight, lost his gratitude, and found himself angry at the world. The hustle culture lie had convinced him that more hours meant more money, when the opposite was true. His breakthrough came when he realized that sleep wasn't stealing time from success—it was the foundation of it. A rested mind creates clarity, better energy, calmer reactions, and the magnetic presence that actually attracts opportunity. This episode dismantles the myth that sleep is lazy. Lewis reveals how protecting your rest becomes your most underrated wealth strategy, sharing the neuroscience behind why your best business ideas arrive after deep sleep, not during midnight work sessions. He walks through his own nighttime protocol—the sacred one-hour wind-down, the power of setting an adult bedtime, and why dimming the lights signals your brain to shift into restoration mode. If you've been running on fumes thinking you're building something, this conversation will challenge everything you believe about productivity and show you how the most successful people don't outwork everyone—they out-rest them.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Dr. Tara Swart walked into her first interview with Lewis three years ago barely holding it together. Ten months after losing her husband to illness, she was drowning in grief she refused to suppress. Now, she's back with a revelation that bridges hard science and ancient wisdom: our lost loved ones, our ancestors, and the universe itself are constantly communicating with us through signs. From infinity symbols appearing in impossible places to bumping into the exact actress her late father "approved" her to meet, Tara has documented thousands of stories proving we're more connected than we've been taught to believe. This conversation strips away the spiritual fluff and gets to the neuroscience of intuition. She dives into why we have 34 senses we never learned about, how trauma lives in our tissues, and what happens when we finally stop ignoring what our bodies have been screaming at us all along.Dr. Tara's books:The Signs: The New Science of How to Trust Your InstinctsThe Source: A Transformative Guide to Unlocking Your Mind, Harnessing Neuroplasticity, and Manifesting Success Through the Power of the Law of AttractionDr.Tara's podcast Reinvent Yourself with Dr. TaraIn this episode you will:Discover why suppressing grief is the most dangerous thing you can do—and the one practice that allows you to heal from the bottom up instead of covering pain with productivityTransform your relationship with intuition by understanding the 34 senses you never knew you had (including why your immune system counts as one)Break through skepticism about signs from lost loved ones with a simple experiment anyone can try—even if you think it's "woo woo"Access hidden wisdom trapped in your body through movement, sound, and nature rather than just talking or journaling your way through traumaRewire your brain for possibility by cultivating the art of noticing—starting with beauty and ending with unmistakable synchronicities that stop you in your tracksFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1833For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Liz Gilbert – greatness.lnk.to/1681SCDr. Andrew Huberman – greatness.lnk.to/1830SCSadhguru – greatness.lnk.to/1800SC Get more from Lewis! I can't tell you why. Like for once it's a short sentence. In this raw conversation, the neuroscientist opens up about discovering prayer not as religious obligation, but as the ultimate tool for unburdening yourself and the people around you. He talks about those moments when your mind spirals, when you're trying to control everything and everyone, when love and anger get tangled up in ways that exhaust you. That's when he learned to give it over, to ask for feelings to be taken away so he could see clearly again. And here's what's remarkable: he admits he can't explain why it works. A scientist comfortable with mystery—that's when you know something's real. But Huberman doesn't leave you floating in the spiritual. He breaks down the one framework that changed everything for him: understanding your cortisol rhythm. High in the morning, low at night. That's it. Use those as your bookends, and suddenly the protocols everyone argues about—morning sunlight, resistance training, breathwork—they all make sense. He shares why whatever people mock today becomes mainstream tomorrow (remember when resistance training was "just for bodybuilders"?), and reveals the simple pattern that, when you get it right, makes everything else fall into place. This isn't about adding more to your routine. Let the world close the doors, and walk through the ones that remain open." - Jay ShettyJay Shetty walked out of a monastery with nothing—no family wealth, no safety net, no backup plan. While his friends inherited property portfolios and BMWs, he had to scratch and claw his way into building a life from zero. But here's what blew his mind: those same friends with everything handed to them? Many never found careers. Never found purpose. Some are still searching. Meanwhile, Jay's emptiness became his greatest advantage. When you have no choice but to figure it out, you develop a different muscle—one that transforms limitation into possibility. His spiritual mentor told him something years ago that changed everything: stop trying to pick the "right" door. Your job is to open as many doors as possible and walk through the ones the world doesn't close. Most of us stare at two options, paralyzed by the illusion that life is binary. But Jay's learned from watching monks and millionaires alike that the people who thrive aren't the ones with the best circumstances—they're the ones who refuse to believe they've run out of options. This conversation cuts through the myth that your environment determines your destiny. Jay shares the Edison wisdom that haunts him in the best way: "When you believe you've exhausted all options, remember this—you haven't." It's not about the first ten ideas your mind generates (those are always the obvious ones). It's about pushing past that initial resistance to idea eleven, twelve, twenty—where real innovation lives. Whether you came from abundance or scarcity, had supportive parents or toxic ones, grew up in paradise or a wasteland, Jay's message lands the same: you have way more influence over your life than you think. The moment you accept that truth, even if you don't fully believe it yet, you create a crack in the wall—and that's all you need to start breaking through.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Dan Martell didn't just escape a destructive path that led him to juvenile detention twice—he completely rewired his relationship with worth, value, and time. Now he coaches some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world, and what he's learned might surprise you: the biggest thing holding people back isn't lack of opportunity or talent. It's their money story, their unwillingness to invest in themselves, and their inability to buy back their time. It's not the wealth—it's who you became." - Dr. Joe DispenzaDr. Joe Dispenza shares the story that stopped me in my tracks: a man who attempted suicide three times, who couldn't scrape together two dollars, walked into one of Joe's events carrying nothing but desperation. Today, that same man is worth hundreds of millions of dollars—and he can't give it away fast enough. But here's what shook me: his first instinct after creating wealth wasn't to hoard it or protect it. It was to give. Why? Because he'd fundamentally rewired who he was. He'd sat with the discomfort of lack long enough to understand it wasn't his identity. He stopped letting his body's addiction to familiar feelings of scarcity dictate his thoughts, and in doing so, he didn't just heal his bank account—he healed his heart, his mind, and his entire relationship with abundance.Joe breaks down exactly why most of us stay stuck in cycles of lack, even when we desperately want to change. Your body—your unconscious mind—has been conditioned to feel a certain way, and it's literally addicted to those familiar emotions. When you try to think differently, your body revolts like you're breaking any other addiction, flooding you with cravings to return to old patterns. But Joe reveals the practice that changes everything: sitting with yourself without distraction, watching the thoughts that come up (those are exactly why you're not abundant), and mentally rehearsing how an abundant person would walk, breathe, speak, and move through their day. When you do this consistently, your brain can't tell the difference between the rehearsal and reality—you start installing the neurological hardware of abundance before you ever see a dollar.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Leave an Amazon Rating or Review for my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy!Check out the full episode: https://greatness.lnk.to/1828"It creates a war inside of you. It does not build self-worth. It brings down your worth." - Lewis HowesLewis opens up about spending decades trapped in a cycle of saying yes to everything - not because he wanted to, but because he feared what people would think if he didn't. The constant people-pleasing wasn't creating connection; it was creating an internal war that drained his energy and destroyed his self-worth. He breaks down the harsh truth: when you're doing things solely for validation or to be liked, you're not protecting your peace - you're giving it away. This isn't about obligations or genuine commitments you've made; it's about those draining requests from people who only want to take, the favors that leave you feeling empty, the yeses you give just to stay in someone's good graces. Lewis challenges the belief that courage means suffering alone, revealing instead that real courage is about having the strength to ask for support and set boundaries without guilt.Lewis delivers a practical framework for reclaiming your energy and building genuine self-worth. He walks through the questions you need to ask yourself before saying yes: Am I doing this for me or for validation? Am I giving because I want to, or because I need to be liked? He introduces a simple but powerful practice - saying no to just one small thing today, even if it feels terrifying. The insight that "rejection of an opportunity is not a rejection of you" reframes how we think about boundaries entirely. Lewis reminds us that courage isn't the absence of fear - it's resistance to fear, mastery of fear. When you stop letting fear of rejection control your decisions, you finally create space for the peace and self-worth you've been searching for.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. But obscurity is forever." - Michael BubléMichael Bublé has sold over 75 million albums worldwide, headlined massive tours, and built an empire that spans music, television, and luxury brand partnerships. Yet in this brutally honest conversation, he reveals the insecurity that still haunts him twenty years into his career - and why he deliberately chose to stay in Vancouver with his high school friends instead of moving to LA where the industry could have swallowed him whole. When he admits his wife has more Instagram followers than him and that his kids don't consider him as successful as some 20-year-old with 60 million followers, you hear the vulnerability that most celebrities would never dare share publicly. What makes this conversation so powerful isn't just Bublé's willingness to expose his doubts, but his hard-earned wisdom about separating who you are from what you do. He breaks down the difference between being successful and being perceived as successful, why he had to make the conscious choice to stay grounded, and how he's learned that the metrics of success keep changing but your character doesn't have to. This is a masterclass in maintaining authenticity when the whole world is trying to change you, told by someone who's managed to stay himself for two decades in an industry that eats people alive.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Go to www.LearningLeader.com for full show notes The Learning Leader Show with Ryan Hawk Morgan Housel is the New York Times Bestselling author of The Psychology of Money, Same As Ever, and The Art of Spending Money. His books have sold over 10million copies and have been translated into more than 60 languages. This is brought to you by Insight Global. If you need to hire 1 person, hire a team of people, or transform your business through Talent or Technical Services, Insight Global's team of 30,000 people around the world have the hustle and grit to deliver. Notes: Morgan dedicated The Art of Spending Money to "Kellie the Unicorn" (his sister Kellie) after she was diagnosed with colon cancer and asked him to fulfill her long-running joke request. Sometimes book dedications "mean nothing to the reader, but they can mean everything to the author." People Who Bet on You - Brian Richards (Motley Fool boss) bet on Morgan when he didn't have to, providing unconditional support for a mediocre college writer. Craig Shapiro (Collaborative Fund) pursued Morgan for months to join his tiny VC firm as a full-time blogger when it wasn't a business necessity. What money can't buy - Morgan once heard a story from a priest that he'll never forget… It's from a priest who delivers the last rites in hospitals. He described the difference between what kids say to their parents when they're about to die. The priest tells them to tell their parents what they're most grateful for… In families with lots of problems, the kids usually talk about something that costs money. In the best families, the ones with solid relationships, the kids say the same thing every time. “Thank you for believing in me.” Making vs. Spending Money - "There are literally tens of thousands of books written on how to make money... There are virtually no books written about how to spend money." Most people assume spending needs no guidance, but wealthy people often demonstrate this isn't true. The Internal vs. External Scoreboard - Donald Crowhurst (fake sailor who killed himself seeking external validation) vs. Bernard Moitessier (expert sailor who quit before winning to avoid attention and live authentically). Modern society pushes us toward Crowhurst's external validation while we actually want Moitessier's internal satisfaction. The simplest formula for a pretty nice life: independence plus purpose. The independence to do what you want, and the wisdom to want to do meaningful things. Chuck Feeney's Wealth Example - The duty-free store billionaire first lived the stereotypical rich lifestyle, realized he didn't like it, then chose to live modestly and give away $10 billion. "I was happy when I was giving money away, and I was not happy when I wasn't giving money away." Every Dollar of Debt - "Every dollar of debt that you have is a piece of your future that someone else owns." Debt narrows the range of outcomes you can endure in an unknowable future. Money and Happiness Research - Recent studies show that earning more money only helps if you're already happy, joyful, and content. For depressed, anxious people, more money doesn't improve well-being. "It leverages whoever you are in either direction." What Money Can't Buy - The book is "40% about how to spend money to make yourself happier and 60% about realizing what money cannot do for you." Relationships, health, and personal fulfillment must come first. “Comedians are the best thought leaders because they understand how the world works, but they want to make you laugh rather than making themselves feel smart.” "Nobody gives a shit about anything other than how you make them feel." Vacation - Morgan realized while building sandcastles with his kids on the beach in Maui (10/10 experience) that building Legos at home with them was almost as good (9/10). The real value was "uninterrupted time with my family," which required travel to avoid daily distractions but pointed to what actually mattered. Ambition - Morgan's career drive crystallized while kayaking past $25 million mansions on Lake Washington in 2010: "I need to work harder. I want one of those one day." This wasn't envy but ambition - though he notes the line between inspiration and envy is thin, especially once you know the person. A high savings rate is not "saving" but is "purchasing independence." Each saved dollar buys freedom to handle life's unknowable future without someone else's schedule dictating his choices. Why Spending Is Complicated People try to fill emotional holes with material purchases Society tells us what we should like, which may not align with our actual preferences We chase peer comparison rather than personal satisfaction We overestimate the social rewards of nice possessions The Independence Framework Save money not for retirement but for freedom to handle uncertainty Debt narrows your options when life throws curveballs Independence means being able to do what you want, with whom you want, for as long as you want The Internal Scorecard "No one's watching. No one's thinking about you." When people notice your possessions, they're either imagining themselves having them or envying you for them Neither response gives you the social validation you're seeking Use money to buy independence rather than others' admiration Relationship Investments Focus on what creates "uninterrupted time with people you love" Consider how purchases enable deeper connections (bigger kitchen for family dinners) vs. impressing others Remember that belief and support matter more than material provision Purpose Morgan's purpose became clear the moment he became a father: "There. That's it... I don't matter anymore. That's the only thing that matters right there." Purpose can be parenthood, work, religion, or community, but it needs to be bigger than yourself. "Comedians are the best thought leaders because they understand how the world works, but they want to make you laugh rather than making themselves feel smart." They deliver profound psychological and social insights while focusing on how they make you feel, not their own status. Regret -- Gerontologist Carl Pillemer interviewed 1,000 Americans aged 90-100. Not a single one said, "I wish I earned more money" or "I wish I worked harder." Nearly all said "I wish I spent more time with my kids" and "I wish I were nicer to my spouse." Inspiration vs. Envy -- Morgan credits James Clear as inspiration for "The Psychology of Money" and describes him as incredibly successful yet humble and kind. This creates pure inspiration without envy, unlike other successful writers whose personalities trigger competitive feelings.

George led the largest study of millionaires ever done in North America, and what he discovered will completely flip your understanding of how wealth actually gets built. These aren't trust fund babies or lottery winners - these are everyday people who cracked a code that most of us are programmed to ignore. What makes this conversation so powerful is how George connects the dots between our instant-gratification culture and why we're financially struggling. Leave an Amazon Rating or Review for my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy!Check out the full episode: https://greatness.lnk.to/1170"The way to visualize properly is to visualize the bridge between where you are and where you need to go." - Mel RobbinsMel Robbins just shattered everything you think you know about manifesting and vision boards. Picture this: you're sitting in your cramped apartment, cat litter hasn't been changed in weeks, no food in the fridge, staring at a vision board filled with mansions and Lamborghinis. Sound familiar? Mel explains why this approach is actually sabotaging your success. The crushing gap between your current reality and those big dreams isn't inspiring you—it's making you feel like a complete failure. Instead of motivating you to take action, those beautiful collages of your dream life are creating a negative spiral that keeps you stuck exactly where you are. Here's where it gets fascinating: Mel reveals the visualization technique that actually works, and it's the complete opposite of what everyone teaches. She'll walk you through why you should be visualizing your broken shoelace at mile 17 of your marathon, getting rejected on cold calls, and missing parties to work on your dreams. Using examples from marathon training to UFC fighting, she shows how visualizing the brutal, uncomfortable parts of your journey literally rewires your nervous system to handle the real challenges when they hit. This isn't just theory—it's the difference between quitting when things get hard and pushing through to actually achieve what you want.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Environmental neuroscientist Marc Berman drops a revelation that could transform how you think about your daily struggles with focus, stress, and mental clarity: your brain has two completely different attention systems, and modern life is systematically destroying one of them.
