The podcast highlights the intimate nature of the exercise, as well as the vulnerability it required, as they danced in front of partners they didn't know too well. The podcast also explores how the exercise helped to create a non-verbal connection with their partners and how this form of communication is just as important as verbal communication.
During our retreat participated in activities that strengthened our emotional connections and trust with one another.
