83. Tiny Habits with Ann Dolence by The Sowle Sisters
Meet Linda I'm Linda Magnuson, a trained Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. I have a passion for natural health and wellness, energy work, and physical movement of all kinds. I'm from Winter, WI where I currently live with my husband Eric and 2 sons, Adrian (9) and Alrik (6). I obtained my master reiki attunement April 2022 after completing my level I and II Usui/Holy Fire® training. I enjoy exercise, gardening, being out in nature, cooking, and socializing with friends. My husband and I always have a project to tackle, so I've become quite the handy (wo)man over the past 12 years! I work as a radiologic technologist at the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital. I have worked as a radiologic technologist since 2009 and in healthcare since I was 17 years old. Reiki is unlike any healing modality I had known previously. It is an energy healing technique that allows the healer to move universal energy through the client to promote healing, relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction. This technique does not interfere with medications, any diagnosis, and is safe for any age. Natural healing techniques are so beneficial in today's busy world. Many of us are unaware of how much energy we hold onto, whether it is our own, or energy from those around us. When energy is stuck or stagnant in the body, we can start to feel sluggish, have aches and pains, brain fog, and negative emotional feelings. Reiki helps move that energy out of the body. I am excited to share my practice and grow in the Hayward community and surrounding areas. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100091118535745&mibextid=LQQJ4d
Meet Kaylyn: Hello There! My name is Kaylyn Kubishak and I am a 200hr Registered Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. I have been teaching yoga since August of 2018. I fell in love with yoga when I was 13 years old, after my first class I knew right away that I wanted to be an instructor. Yoga helped me develop a healthy relationship with my body after struggling with a number of health issues, yoga taught me to love and appreciate my body no matter the circumstance. It has also encouraged me to grow, take action on my goals, and cherish the present moment. This practice has helped me in so many ways, and I love sharing its magic. Outside of teaching yoga, I am Business Development Vice President at a private equity firm. Which is pretty fun, but I love to be creative, so on the side I do Makeup for special events like weddings, baby showers, photoshoots, prom, etc. I also have a small business called Edit Apparel, where I make cut off shorts, distressed denim jackets, pants, cropped tees, and flannels from 2nd hand clothing or what I like to call 'preloved textiles'. If you want to check out some of my work you can visit @miss.glowup or @edit.apparel on instagram! I am super excited to meet all of you and take some time to nurture our divine feminine.

Robin first reached out to Kelsie in September of 2018, but life just wasn't ready for Robin to compete so she took a year to let the dust settle in her life. If you want to change, you have to change something. Bottom LIne. You deserve the change because you are worth it. You have to care about your health and well being more than anyone else in the world. If you aren't able to hold yourself accountable, find someone who will. Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not, there is no doubt that your thoughts impact the life you live. Where do I start? Reading the book "Law of Attraction" is a great place to start. Flood your daily sight with positive thoughts and words. Cover your mirrors with positive quotes and create a vision board that you look at daily. Practice daily gratitude, this is the easiest way to stop a negative thought in its tracks and replace it with a positive one. No one wants to be around an Eeyore with a bad attitude. It can feel like you just want to curl in a ball and wait to be saved by a friend or loved one, but putting your happiness in the hands of someone else is setting yourself up for failure. Start to build up your self confidence by redirecting your negative thoughts into positive thoughts one at a time. Get your brain in a neutral zone and make decisions that are within your swinging distance so that you can start to bring up your batting average. The media you consume and the people you spend your time with all contribute to the law of attraction. What you think about your bring about.
Create a routine, but at the end of the day let yourself do what feels good. Create change by attacking the physical with preparation and execution and attack the mental by pouring in good brain food and choosing to redirect your thoughts!
