This is an episode about retraining the brain to see all of the GOOD that exists within you and around you, at all times. This greatly benefits your life, and the lives of everyone who comes into contact with you as well. It's the easiest way I know to shift out of fearful, worried, annoyed, frustrated and negative patterns into a place where you feel better.  And truly, life is worth living in the state of feeling GOOD and taking care of yourself internally. HELLUR humans, maybe some pets, and possibly your kiddos (if you play this out loud in the car), I hope you are doing wonderful but if not, I GOT you. This episode will hopefully serve as a mood/vibe shifter. This episode empowers you to assess the way you think (especially your  subconscious beliefs) and pinpoint the beliefs and thoughts that dictate your currently reality, and then shift them into a place of ultimate deservingness and worthiness. You couldn't BE more deserving of the life of your wildest dreams, but whether or not you deeply believe that is usually what holds us back. Let's chat ;) **IMPORTANT** There are systems of oppression, marginalization, injustice and oppression that are outside of your control. This podcast episode is not insinuating that you can shift your mindset out of this reality, or that you personally did anything to attract it. This episode simply highlights mindset shifts in our daily beliefs and thoughts to empower us to shift from a space of scarcity, into abundance, thus feeling better and more aligned with our whole self.

Hi everyone! This is a short episode where I talk about my love for intuitive, slower movements and why. We discuss the (very normal) progression and phase of thinking that our workouts should be tortuous, punishing and result-driven to workouts that feel nurturing and incredible to your body. We embrace the movements that bring us presence and a mind-body-soul connection. This episode tells my story of falling in love with movement, and creating a sustainable routine where I physically feel the best I have ever felt, and how bringing this movement to others has been the purest joy. Enjoy! Aubrey's Advocate was founded by Julie after her baby girl was still born at 39 weeks. We discuss what is possibly the most compelling story of coaching I have ever heard: Gretta's big District 1 Class 2A title game where she lead her girls at Merion Mercy to a win in overtime, moments after being discharged from the hospital with a fever of 101 degrees due to a bad reaction from chemotherapy. Gretta pleaded her way out of the doctor's preferred course of treatment in order to watch her team win. In this entire episode we discuss so many of life's lessons and what cancer has taught Gretta, as well as what it means to show up with grace every day. If there's ever a time to grab your tissues and tune in for the most inspiring and beautiful conversation, it's now!

When is a good time to see a therapist? How do we cope in-the-moment when anxiety sets in? How do we maintain a healthy relationship during a pandemic? My therapist, Alison Brie McMullin (Brie to me) answers these questions and so much more in this episode FIVE of the AB Wellness Podcast! Brie is extremely relatable, resourceful, and always inspiring with her advice and words of wisdom. Sometimes in our sessions during therapy, I literally feel like I'm listening to a Ted Talk (she's THAT well spoken and compelling!). I am incredibly excited and grateful for her expertise and having her on this episode to level UP our mental health and inspire all of us!
