In this episode, we talk about lessons we learnt from toxic positivity and how it affects our behaviour. Toxic positivity is the portrayal of happiness despite feeling the opposite. For example, not acknowledging that something bad had happened by saying "things could be worse", or pretending that you don't feel negative feelings at all by saying "good vibes only" . There are both ways of hiding the truth about how we actually feel at a particular period, and we might be better off being more honest with ourselves about our feelings, and being more open to sharing our frustrations with others as well.
