Hi, my name is Victoria and these are my thoughts about basically everything. Can't pick a niche because I have something to say about everything. you can follow me @victoriadevall on all social media!
In this episode, I speak about how to leave a toxic man. I hope you guys enjoy :)
in this episode, I speak on faking orgasms and what that says about our connection to ourselves. in my experience, faking orgasms made it easier for me to stay in unhealthy relationships/situations because I was able to hide. faking orgasms, in my opinion, is another way we enable ourselves out of our true embodiment. I'll explain more in the episode, hope you enjoy :)
in this podcast, I delve into loving yourself fully- which means sitting with all of the parts of yourself that you have shamed, labelled unpresentable, denied, or been embarrassed of. I delve into being ashamed of past sexual experiences, having an anxious attachment style, and how I move through feelings of unworthiness when they arise. owning all of you- the parts you are ashamed of, too- is true embodiment. That being said, loving all parts of ourselves does not necessarily mean indulging in behaviors or past versions of ourselves that we don't feel are aligned with the lives we are looking to build- however, the key is loving and UNDERSTANDING these parts of you- deeply- and then letting them go, if you are no longer interesting in feeding them. hope you guys enjoy and if you do, leave me a review! :)
In this podcast, I wanted to speak on the phenomenon of "saving people." In my life, I've experienced this in 2 main forms- 1. where someone WANTS to be "saved" and is encouraging you to act in a codependent manner, and 2. where someone doesn't want to be "saved" and you are projecting and interjecting into their life. Either way, these ways of acting are not authentic. When my father went to prison last year, I hit rock bottom with this "savior" dynamic. I was miserable, coming from a complete place of illusion, and wasn't able to clearly validate his situation as it was, because I believed I needed to save him from it. Through hitting rock bottom, I was able to liberate myself from all the ways I had been engaging in this "saving" dynamic- with family, friends, and romantic relationships. This is my experience and my insight into "saving." Hope you enjoy, and if you do, leave me a review :)
Lately I've been thinking a lot about this masculine shield I have that I accepted for a lot of my life as just part of my personality. As I get more honest with myself, I realize that it is a shield I've put up for 10+ years because I felt threatened and perpetually unsafe. As an adult, this protective, trauma induced armor that I've held for so long is something I no longer want to carry, and something I feel blocks myself and all women from experiencing the safety that we truly crave and deserve. These are my thoughts, hope you enjoy :)
in today's episode, i speak on how to set boundaries, how to not abandon yourself, and how to allow someone else's reaction to your boundary. hope you guys enjoy :* to book me for coaching: victoriadevall.comto subscribe to my YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yu2O-SD9Gqg&t=1sSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

hi girls. this episode is all about releasing shame from your past sexual experiences; experiences where you may have been disrespected, treated poorly, touched by hands that didn't cherish you, or sexually violated. i love you all so much and i hope this episode helps you remember that there is nothing you have ever done sexually that could make you less valuable, less worthy, less divine, less holy. enjoy :)if you like this pod episode and want to support me, you can tip me in the link below!you can book 1:1 coaching with me here: victoriadevall.comSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
hi guys :) today, we are talking about the whole "liking other girls pictures" phenomenon. what I say in this podcast is also applicable to complimenting other women and watching p*rn. men of value do not do any of these things. their main priority is protecting your heart and making you feel safe. if the container he provides has all these holes with space for his attention on other women, he has not provided anything, and he has no idea what it means to be a man.stop trying to change your low quality man, and love yourself instead. :*love you guys !!!!!! also subscribe to my YouTubeSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

in this episode, i speak on the idea that we want others to wake up from their toxic cycles because we truly care about them - however, this is not true. in truth, we want others to do this because we do not want to sit with the discomfort that comes with the other person being right where they are, and the boundaries we might have to enforce as a result. If we can sit and accept them right where they are without trying to change them, we can be objective, place boundaries, and remove ourselves from the enmeshment that comes with the desire for anyone else to be anywhere other than right where they are.If you want to send me a tip and support my podcast, the link to support me and send me a tip is right here :) : https://app.redcircle.com/shows/b619aa43-6dfe-4a93-83ce-7883c9a52506/donationsSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
in today's episode, we discuss why women try to control men, and my case for why we should stop. we dive into how this behavior enables us to not take accountability for our lives, feeds our trauma responses, and disrespects our inner child.love you guys so much, xoxo,VictoriaSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

every woman, deep in her heart, requires emotional and physical safety to feel truly relaxed in the journey of pregnancy and motherhood. throughout the centuries, we have conditioned ourselves to forget that we have requirements for motherhood: having a safe, dedicated, and loving partner, being materially provided for so you can rest during pregnancy and postpartum, having your emotional needs met by your partner, having your unique requirements specific to you stated and met, etc. however, in this day and age now, women have no semblance of understanding that they should have their requirements met to have a child. because of this, mothers live miserable and unfulfilling lives. furthermore, women tend to use motherhood to avoid their lives and themselves. for example, a woman might be unhappy with the level of love she has received in her life, and because of this, she decides to have a child in hopes of receiving unconditional love (manipulative & abusive); or, she might not like the dating prospects she sees or she may not actually like or love her husbands husband or partner, and so she has a child to distract herself. what women are forgetting here, and what this episode aims to remind us, is that children are a small phase of your life: they will leave, you will not be their priority, they will start their own families and have their own spouses, and you will be stuck with the same unfulfilling life and partner, right where you started. don't avoid your life through motherhood. instead, cultivate a life you are excited about and fulfilled in. and when you are ready- if you desire- when you feel safe and secure and supported, choose to be a servant of a child by serving their soul's evolution through their childhood and adolescence. anything less than this is asking for struggle motherhood, and we're not doing that anymore.xoxoVictoriaSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
in today's episode, we talk about the deep healing that occurs when we choose a man who we can truly trust, a man who we can put our guard down 100% with and know we are safer with it down than we ever were with it up. we also discuss why we choose men we cannot trust, and how that strengthens our wounds. if you'd like to dive further, you can book coaching with me at victoriadevall.comfollow my instagram: victoriadevallSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

in this episode, i tell you everything you need to know about how to heal your anxious attachment. it all comes down to building trust with yourself by feeling your feelings and holding yourself through the emotions that arise. doing this over and over until you have created a new, healthy baseline. another thing i did not mention is that especially right when you meet a possible romantic love interest, it is sooo important to be securely attached. if you are not, you will bypass your own feelings or emotions all because you don't want them to abandon you. when you are unafraid of being abandoned, when you are unafraid of feeling your "uncomfortable" emotions, you can show up to them fully embodied, and fully able to sit in a seat of power that asks "do I like them? do they meet my needs? is anything they are doing making me feel uncomfortable?" you will be willing to look at them evenly, because you are okay if they do not like you or want you. from that space, you can ask yourself if you even like them, or if they are meeting all your standards/boundaries. book coaching with me at: victoriadevall.comsubscribe to my YouTube: victoriadevall Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/victorias-thoughts/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
