It's loud, straight ahead, and powerful, and while perhaps not as uber popular as the 3 albums that preceded it, FLICK is still very much an important album in the AC/DC catalog and one that would serve as a “connector” between where they had been and where they were headed.   “We could have a rated R show…it doesn't have to be X…”   We're finally back on track after getting derailed by the weather. The 94 WIP Morning Show places blame for the Eagles' backups' bad loss to the Commanders yesterday.

Joe DeCamara debates with a caller whether there truly is a “silver lining” for the Eagles in pursuit of back-to-back Super Bowl wins. DeCamara is worried about their offense but says “never say never”. The Morning Show awards game balls to the Eagles who they believe meant the most in their win over the Bills on Sunday. Devan keeps the Eagles defense from sweeping the Bad to the Bone Awards when giving props to kicker Jake Elliott.

The WIP Morning Team discusses how Jalen Hurts can play well at times and whether they believe the team can make it to the Super Bowl. There isn't a doubt, according to Jon Ritchie. This episode is with rock and blues legend George Thorogood.  George is celebrating his 50th year in music. He has released 15 studio albums, toured extensively over the years with great bands like, Muddy Waters, ZZ Top, Jonn Hammond, The Rolling Stones, Johnny Winter, BB King and he played at Live Aid in 1985. George and the Destroyers will be touring this summer with John Fogerty.  George has always given praise to some of his musical heros by recording their rare songs and bringing them into the publics eye. Plus he has written such classic tunes like: Bad To The Bone, I Drink Alone and You Talk Too Much. George talks about his musical influences along with some of his DJ friends from the past years in radio.  For reference, George talks about Jim Ladd. Jim was best known for being a Free Form DJ in the Los Angeles radio market starting in the 70s. Both Rita And CW worked with Jim for many years. Jim passed away in December of 2023.
