The turning point came after hitting rock bottom, which prompted Myers to seek help and enter long-term treatment. Now sober, he reflects on his recovery process, the importance of finding a reason to stay sober, and how he's giving back by helping others in the sports world facing similar battles. Nate Prosser played 11 seasons in the NHL with Minnesota, St. Louis and Philadelphia. He signed with Minnesota in March of 2010 and made his NHL debut a few weeks later on April 5th against Edmonton. Prosser would go on to play 10 seasons with the Wild from 2010-2017 and 2018-2019.
