Your freebie might be getting downloads but is it attracting actual buyers? In this episode of The Divorce Revolution Podcast, I'm continuing the freebie series and breaking down how to create a freebie that brings in the right people—not just people who love collecting free stuff. Because a lot of coaches create freebies backwards. They start by asking things like: "What should I give?" "What would be valuable?" "What should I include?" But that's not the right starting point. The real question is: "What hyper-specific problem is my ideal client desperately trying to solve right now?" In this episode, I walk you through the difference between freebies that attract serious buyers versus freebies that attract people who just want more information. We talk about why specificity matters so much, how to create a compelling promise, and why the goal of a freebie is not to teach everything—it's to solve one urgent problem and create a quick win. If you've been thinking about creating a freebie, or you already have one that's attracting the wrong people (or not converting at all), this episode is going to help you completely rethink how you approach it. Peptides!! They're everywhere you turn and have taken over social media. But what exactly are peptides and what should we be looking out for? There are both legal and illegal peptides. GLP-1 is a peptide that is legal with a prescription from your doctor. "Research peptides" are a legal gray area or even illegal depending on the usage and how they're sold. Many people are "f*cking around" with illegal substances that years ago, would have been purchased behind the gym from a random gym bros trunk.Join our Patreon for monthly workouts, challenges, recipes, and to become part of the Cut The Crap Community! Should you get a reward for something you didn't do? That is the question this week and the debate in running world. Last weekend the L.A. Marathon made a controversial decision to award finishers medals to anyone that completed 18.2 miles of the 26.2 marathon, and we have to wonder: what kind of message is this sending? You should know by now that we believe in not only finishing what you started, but that failing is ok, too - it's part of the process and you can learn from it.Join our Patreon for monthly workouts, challenges, recipes, and to become part of the Cut The Crap Community! Are you actually stuck or are you just doing the wrong things really consistently? In this episode of The Divorce Revolution Podcast, I zoom out from content strategy and talk about the deeper habits that might be quietly slowing down your growth. I'm breaking down four actions I see all the time that feel productive but are actually keeping you scattered, emotional, and stuck. On this episode of The Brad Jensen Show, I sat down with Joe Sheehey, owner and founder of Cured Nutrition, to talk about something that could massively impact the hemp and wellness space heading into late 2026. We broke down the new hemp ban set to go into effect in November 2026. This was quietly slipped into the "Big Beautiful Bill" and, if nothing changes, it has the potential to wipe out roughly 95% of the hemp industry as it currently stands. Joe shared what this could mean not only for businesses like his, but for consumers who rely on responsibly dosed hemp derived products for sleep, stress management, and overall wellbeing. We also had an honest conversation about responsibility inside the industry. Not all companies have operated with integrity. Some pushed extremely high THC doses chasing profit, which ultimately put the entire industry at risk. We contrasted that with companies like Cured, who have always focused on very low, fractional microdose levels of THC paired with high quality CBD to create therapeutic benefit without pushing boundaries that create harm. Joe shared what listeners can actually do if they care about protecting access to responsibly made hemp products. From staying informed, to contacting legislators, to supporting companies who operate ethically, there are ways for everyday people to make a difference. One of the most powerful parts of this conversation was hearing Joe talk about what this season has taught him personally. Facing the potential loss of a business he has spent the last decade building has forced him into deeper reflection, deeper faith, and a stronger connection to God. Instead of reacting from fear, he talked about choosing clarity, purpose, and trust in the lessons being revealed through this challenge. This is a conversation about business, responsibility, resilience, and what it really looks like to stay grounded when everything you've built feels like it's on the line. If you struggle with sleep, pain, or anxiety, you've probably tried many medications and sleeping pills only to end up frustrated by side effects, poor results, and thinking that you're treating symptoms instead of actually feeling better. That's why I'm excited to welcome back Joe Sheehey, founder of Cured Nutrition and a former aerospace engineer who left his corporate career at Lockheed Martin to improve the lives of millions of people. Joe's path to entrepreneurship was influenced by his own mental health battles, a life-saving turning point in college, and a growing conviction that there has to be a better, more holistic approach to healing than the medications most doctors prescribe. Joe breaks down what cannabinoids like CBD, CBN, and low-dose THC actually do in the body and why the proper dosage is the difference between improving versus feeling anxious and turned off. We talk about how the stigma that clouds people's minds about the health benefits from cannabis keeps people from exploring options that could genuinely help them, and why responsible, non-intoxicating products are creating an alternative path for millions of people. And make sure you listen until the very end, because Joe explains why the government has become a major threat to the full-spectrum hemp industry, why responsible brands are being swept up in unregulated high-dose products, and what Joe is doing to protect access through a new advocacy effort to save the industry. If you're cannabis curious or simply looking for a better way to support your physical health, mental health and optimize your sleep, this episode will be an eye-opener and hopefully give you the confidence to try it for yourself. Stress feels louder, sleep feels harder, and your nervous system is fried. Welcome to midlife! In this episode, Joe Sheehey, founder of Cured Nutrition, breaks down the endocannabinoid system, how it impacts stress and sleep, and why it matters even more for women 35+. We also dive into exactly how to tinker with CBD, CBN, and microdosing THC in a practical, science-based way. No hype or overselling, just tools you can use in everyday lifeTimestamps:[1:38] Intro[6:15] Welcome Joe - can you break down the differences between CBD, CBN, and THC in practical terms?[11:20] Tell me more about the cannabinoid system and how supplementation actually works.[14:58] Is there any literature that shows that people become deficient in cannabinoids? [15:50] Talk to me about CBN[20:57] Is there a difference the way men respond vs women?[22:49] If somebody sees the product and it has THC in it, talk to me about the dosing. What is a microdose? What do you see to be most effective?[28:27] For women who are 35 years old, where does THC shine? Is it more about the relaxation or in how you deal with your daily stress? Are we taking it every day? Do you become dependent on it? Talk to me about it.[33:44] What are the biggest mistakes people make when trying to teach or even micro using it for the first time?[36:11] If somebody is really struggling with their sleep, would you recommend they just try CBD or just try CBN or do you think they should try a combination of everything?[39:55] How does CBN differ from melatonin or magnesium?[43:50] Do you find that people who practice healthier lifestyles that cannabinoids work more effectively and they need less of it?[58:19] What would you say to the person who said CBD or CBN did not work for me?[1:05:14] For the salve, how does it work to target the pain? In this deeply moving session, Christine supports Sheylee—a devoted mother who is pregnant with her seventh child and struggling under the weight of shame, overwhelm, and fear. After believing she was done having children, this unexpected pregnancy has stirred painful emotions, identity confusion, and unresolved relational patterns in her partnership. Christine helps her gently unravel the layers of guilt, inner criticism, and pressure she has carried for years. Together, they explore how to hold two truths at once: loving a child while not feeling joyful about the circumstances, being grateful and overwhelmed at the same time, and honoring both human emotion and spiritual perspective. If you've ever felt shame for how you feel, feared getting "stuck" in a hard season, or struggled to access compassion for yourself, this conversation offers relief, grounding, and a renewed sense of permission to be honest about your emotional reality. Consider / Ask Yourself: Is there something in your life you believe you "should" feel happy about—but you don't? Do you fear that if you let yourself feel your emotions, you won't be able to stop? Do you often feel unsupported—emotionally, spiritually, or relationally? Are you harder on yourself than anyone else is? Do you hear an inner critic more loudly than your own compassion? Key Insights and A-HAs: Shame about how you feel is often more damaging than the feelings themselves. It is possible—and healthy—to hold two truths at once ("both/and"). Emotional release is not falling apart; it's moving energy through the body. Many women confuse caretaking with connection or worthiness. Inner critics often come from childhood patterns of control, hypervigilance, or judgment. Spiritual support (God, Mother Mary, or a higher loving presence) can hold us when people cannot. How to Deepen the Work: Practice the both/and: "I love this baby AND I am overwhelmed." Create space each day to sit with your feelings rather than suppress them. Replace harsh self-talk with compassion through simple practices like Ho'oponopono: I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Call on unseen spiritual support when human support feels unavailable. Identify where old survival strategies are still active—and begin updating them with gentler internal dialogue. Explore ways to communicate needs in your partnership with clarity rather than collapse. In this heartfelt coaching session, Christine works with Jemma, who feels confused and heartbroken after believing that God led her into a relationship that ultimately ended in disappointment. Jemma wrestles with feelings of self-blame, loss, and spiritual doubt as she questions whether she misunderstood divine guidance—or was somehow being punished. Christine helps her see the situation through a lens of truth and compassion. Together, they explore how childhood wounds shape patterns of self-sacrifice, and how spiritual confusion often arises when we project human expectations onto God. Jemma learns that she hasn't "lost herself"—she was simply operating from childhood survival strategies, and she's now being invited to evolve through love, loss, and faith. If you've ever felt like the universe led you somewhere painful, this episode will help you find meaning, peace, and trust in a bigger plan. Consider / Ask Yourself: Have you ever felt misled by God or the universe? Do you blame yourself when relationships don't work out? Do you confuse caretaking or fawning with true connection? Are you interpreting disappointment as a sign you did something wrong? Key Insights and A-HAs: We often project human disappointment and abandonment onto God. "Losing yourself" is actually slipping back into old survival patterns. Every relationship can be a stepping stone toward deeper healing. Grief and progress can coexist—healing is not linear. Compassion for younger parts of ourselves softens relational patterns. How to Deepen the Work: Reflect on how childhood shaped your approach to intimacy and caretaking. Replace "I lost myself" with "I shifted into coping—and now I'm returning to myself." Journal about how this relationship moved you forward rather than backward. Spend time nurturing your inner child—the part of you longing for safety. Engage with God or your spiritual source as a loving presence, not a judge. In this powerful coaching session, Christine supports Nina, a high-achieving woman who has learned to rely on herself since childhood—and now wonders why love feels so hard to receive. Despite years of healing and success, she finds herself attracting men who are kind but lack direction, and she struggles to understand whether her independence is strength or self-protection. Christine helps Nina uncover the difference between healthy masculine energy and overfunctioning rooted in trauma. Together, they explore how early loss and betrayal created hypervigilance, and how surrendering to trust—especially through a deeper spiritual relationship—can open the door to healthy, reciprocal love. If you've ever been told you're "too strong," or you find it easier to do everything yourself than to receive support, this episode will help you reframe that pattern with compassion and start allowing love in. Consider / Ask Yourself: Do you relate to overfunctioning or feeling like the one everyone relies on? Is receiving help or love uncomfortable for you? Do you believe you need to have everything handled to feel safe? Have you confused control with confidence or independence with strength? Key Insights and A-HAs: Overfunctioning is often a trauma response, not healthy masculine energy. When we've been hurt by men, we often project that hurt onto "the masculine" as a whole. Safety must come before surrender—your nervous system needs evidence that love can be safe. Healing happens in stages; each relationship can serve as a stepping stone toward healthy partnership. True surrender isn't weakness—it's a return to trust, faith, and divine alignment. How to Deepen the Work: Reflect on early memories that taught you to "handle it all" and what beliefs they created. Practice receiving in small, everyday ways (compliments, help, rest). Replace "I need to fix it" with "I'm open to support." Pray or journal: "God, help me align with my most loving and healthy match." Remember that trust—both spiritual and relational—is a muscle built over time. In this deeply supportive session, Christine coaches Kelly, who is learning to open her heart to healthy love after leaving a toxic marriage. Kelly recently met someone kind and emotionally available—but her nervous system keeps sending mixed signals, leaving her wondering whether it's intuition or fear. Christine helps her understand how the body stores memories of past trauma, how to distinguish real red flags from old triggers, and how to gently retrain the nervous system to feel safe in love again. Together, they explore what integration looks like after healing work—when awareness turns into embodiment. If you've ever questioned your body's signals, struggled to trust love again, or feared repeating old patterns, this conversation will bring deep clarity and compassion. Consider / Ask Yourself: Do you mistake fear for intuition—or intuition for fear? Have past painful relationships made it hard to feel safe in love? Are you waiting to be "fully healed" before allowing intimacy in? How do you respond when someone truly shows up for you? Key Insights and A-HAs: The nervous system often reacts to memories, not the present moment. Fear can mean danger—or it can mean expansion. Integration is the bridge between awareness and embodiment. Healing doesn't mean fear disappears; it means you relate to it differently. Safe love can still feel unfamiliar—and that's okay. How to Deepen the Work: Journal about how your body reacts when someone is kind, consistent, or loving. Write down red flags from past relationships to clarify what's truly unsafe. Practice "titration": letting love in slowly, without judgment. Notice when your nervous system feels unsettled and speak to it with compassion. Remind yourself: you can feel fear and stay open to love. Sponsor: Cured Nutrition Need more energy and focus without the crash?
