Canada announced they are suspending vaccine travel mandates and if you're an idiot, you can thank former NHLr Ryan Whitney. - Details of the new travel regs - Who can travel and where? - Was this forced or pre-planned? - who wins/loses - What will Pierre Poilievre hate rage about now? A new EKOS study says an alarming amount of Canadians are dumb as fuck. Like, REALLY stupid and they think there's a microchip in my arm. Connor McDavid's drunken video has come under attack!!! is it real or not? Rookie jumps in to explain and Lochlin wants sports donkeys to stop defending McWasted If you haven't seen #Phil Mickelson's U.S open presser, holy shit it was uncomfortable. We have the worst four minutes and it's TERRIBLE
Travel mandates are over, McDavid gets wrecked off the ice. Alberta ranchers are singled out, Australia gets its climate changed, Canada throws money away, the RCMP loses its mind, Mendicino caught lying, how the prime minister stole freedom, the world wants Canada's oil.

Is infrastructure back to normal? - Back to work? - Putin has cancer AND Parkinson's!!! Brent Donnelly from the Kids On The Escalator joins us from Germany to talk about Airport Delays. As hard as it may be to believe, the delays are not Justin Trudeau's fault. We explain why. Hockey Twitter is losing their shit this morning over a video of Connor McDavid drunk, holding hands with a mystery woman because we're a petty hockey nation. We go to Edmonton for an Oiler fan soap-opera reaction!!! OOOOOHHHHH. We debunk the Bieber vaccine injury bullshit (and it's bullshit). That didn't stop crazy assholes from begging Justin to join Team Anti-vax.
What if each round the winning team got to add one player from the team they defeated? Colorado with McDavid, Tampa Bay with Crosby, the cup finals may end up looking like an All-Star game. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

How about another fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio to look back at the Western Conference Finals and how everyone felt after getting swept by the Avalanche? On today's show, we talked about what went on in the series, where the Oilers went wrong, what comes next, and a whole lot more.To kick things off, we got started with a look back at Game 4 and what it was like to experience a Western Conference Final against one of the league's best teams. Whether it was the way the Avs were able to mostly shut down McDavid and Draisaitl to the way the Oilers couldn't get the breaks they needed at the times they needed, there were plenty of reasons that the Oilers didn't get the job done and sometimes you have to tip your cap to an opponent that was very good. From there we looked ahead at what's to come for the Oilers, including which players we think have played their last game for Edmonton and which ones we'd love to see back. Obviously, cap space is limited so we can't bring back everyone but certainly, there are some guys that should be prioritized over others. Lastly, we wrapped up the Tuesday episode of ONR with another round of Ask the Idiots before wrapping up with a look back at the best and worst moments from the Western Conference Finals. It's Episode 234 of 2 Guys and a Goalie presented by Coolbet Canada with Dustin Nielson, Matt Kassian, and Joaquin Gage The boys begin the episode by taking a deep dive on why the Oilers find themselves in a 3-0 hole against the Avs. Kass and Gager share some great insights on Nurse's injury and the struggles it's lead to. Dylan Holloway is going to play, the guys debate where should they put him? The episode wraps with some discussion on the Eastern Conference Final.
TSN Edmonton Hockey Analyst Matt Kassian joins the show to discuss the loss of Evander Kane, the possible addition of Dylan Holloway for game 4, what changes the Oilers need to make to fight off elimination, how a switch of Kulak and Nurse could help the team defend the Avs, if the long playoff run is getting to McDavid or if the Avs have just shut him down, how Smith's game has been a roller coaster, and what the conversation might be if the Oilers lose tonight.
Jeff and Elliotte kick off the segment discussing Tampa's win over the Rangers, Igor Shesterkin validating MVP voters and why no one should be counting out the Lightning (00:16). Next, the guys discuss who fills in for the suspended Evander Kane, the length of the suspension and how many minutes Jay Woodcroft might give Connor McDavid in Game 4 (05:01). To finish, they chat about the importance of J.T. Compher, Chris Wideman's new deal and what's going on with the coaching market (13:58). A 14 goal output in game one naturally leads you to believe not much would change for Game 2. Not when you have two offensive minded teams in the Edmonton Oilers and the Colorado Avalanche, and backup goalie Pavel Francouz in net for Colorado. Francouz is a very capable backup and Avalanche fans were very confident they could win Game 2 with him in net. But you would be lying if you said Frankie was going to put up a goose egg on the Oilers. But he did. While Francouz was busy shutting down McDavid and company, the Avalanche needed just over two minutes to find the net three times on Mike Smith, which is all they would need. Tack on a late Nathan MacKinnon power play goal, and the Avalanche are two wins away from punching their Stanley Cup Finals ticket. What just happened? The Avalanche win Game 1 of the Western Conference Final 8-6 over the Edmonton Oilers, in one of the most mind numbing and strange games of all time. We do our best to breakdown the insanity of this series opener, and there are plenty of storylines that flared up. How did the Avs top line match up against McDavid and the Oilers top line? Should Cale Makar's goal have counted? Darcy Kuemper had a gaff for an easy goal, but eventually left the game after a flare up of his eye injury, forcing Pavel Francouz into the game to make some huge saves. Who will start Game 2? Most important, is this kind of play sustainable to win this round? Welcome to The Tell It Avs It Is Podcast, your home for everything Colorado Avalanche on The Hockey Podcast Network!
