It's time for Luke Pennock & Brendan Flaherty to review episode 177 and 178 of ECW, from September 10th & 17th, 1996. Discussed: clear dye jobs, the dead fish bridge in Regina, Lance Wright on trial (and how bullyable he is), the spoken word cadence in promos, the Fullington bloodline, Tyler's 7th birthday, how many stretcher jobs is too many stretcher jobs, the time that a “real journalist” came to the ECW Arena, Taz speaking French, the origins of the Death Valley Driver, and a whole lot more.  We also chatted so much about WRESTLEMANIA XL, Peacemaker, the James Gunn vibe, and so many other increasingly nerdy tangents that there's a bonus extended version of this episode for all you knuckleheads on Patreon. Dr. Lance Wright joins Host Carol Anglin to discuss Flowtrition, a light touch non-therapeutic approach that helps us understand how to listen to our bodies. Our bodies are not trying to keep us comfortable, they are trying to keep us alive. It wants to be efficient, and everything we experience has a purpose.  Traumas, thoughts, and toxins are behind everything! Most people think they can go somewhere to 'get fixed'. Dr. Wright is careful to let people know he works as a guide so that in our body's infinite wisdom, we can understand pain and the other symptoms that slip up on us. Flowtrition works from the spine, as a 'central control', to help us understand the biofeedback we need for real solutions. This gives us a virtual 'reset' button for issues we experience. Listen in to learn how to apply this for your own life! We're made to heal, it happens naturally. So what happens when something never really heals? You may need a facilitator. September is all about starting a new season in life and our spotlight member has done that in a big way. Lance Wright does things on his own terms but always with passion and respect for everyone around him and we call that ultimate class. He is the first to step up and help others around him and in the community, offer support to anyone who needs it, and strongly believes that if it is in your heart then it is something you should pursue. He was brave enough to ask for what he wanted from his boss and got it and that allows him to travel for 7 months knowing that his job that he likes is there waiting for him. Whether or not he decides to follow that path or embark on another new journey …well, we can't wait to find out the answer to that. Congrats to Lance on being our Member Spotlight for September 2019!
