Welcome to episode 25 of Living Well While Living Online. Today, host Tami Reilly is joined by Kyle Robinson, Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Quinnipiac University. Kyle describes himself as a husband, father, teacher and humanitarian. Discovering volleyball was a pivotal part of his life, as he says, "a catalyst" for all good things in his life. He puts an emphasis on building a legacy with his team - not so much in wins (although those are great!) but in what you take from the experience and apply to the rest of your life. Kyle's perspective on seeing the world beyond yourself has been practiced throughout his travels and moving around the country. His outlook on self-care takes us outdoors and emphasizes using our hands. He values connection and spending time with himself, his family and with those he cares about. Living Well While Living Online is a production of the Quinnipiac University Podcast Studio. It is hosted by Tami Reilly, director of fitness and well-being, and is produced by Michael Bachmann. Heather Popovics manages social media, and the executive producer is David DesRoches, director of community programming.
