In this episode, Rob courageously opens up about his formative struggles—from a turbulent childhood marked by conflict and identity confusion to a gritty, transformative journey through the darker aspects of life, including his experiences with violence, martial arts, and the seductive but damaging world of substance abuse. Men looking for authenticity, direction, and genuine wisdom will find this episode invaluable, prompting self-reflection and inspiring immediate, positive action.
The system is often stacked against men, and reacting emotionally or seeking revenge only plays into the hands of those trying to neutralise masculinity. Take ownership of your circumstances, embrace discipline, and turn pain into power. No matter how unfair the situation may seem, self-improvement is the only way to reclaim control.
Loss and grief are inevitable parts of life, but overcoming them is essential for growth, happiness, and overall well-being. While grieving is a necessary process, staying stuck in sorrow can prevent you from living up to your true and fullest potential. We hope you find this of value.
The Circle of Five refers to the idea that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Your closest friends influence your mindset, habits, success, and overall outlook on life. If you want to level up in life, evaluate your inner circle—because the company you keep shapes your future.
Judgment is an essential part of life. Every decision we make—from the people we surround ourselves with to the opportunities we pursue—depends on our ability to evaluate situations and act wisely. Making better judgments isn't just about avoiding mistakes; it's about creating a life aligned with your values, protecting your well-being, and unlocking your full potential.
Let's talk about drifting and how it stops us from living up to our true and fullest potential. Drifting is anything that distracts you from your purpose. It's when you have lost control of your own mind because you are being distracted by things like gambling, partying, gaming, porn, watching people you don't even know and probably wouldn't even like get paid millions each year to live their best life on the sporting field, living life through other people's expectations and the best one of all, living in hope of a better future that never arrives. Are you drifting or have you taken control of you own mind living with definiteness of purpose?
It's important to understand the three types of friendships so that we can make better judgments as we navigate through life. There is not one type of friendship, Aristotle argues, but three. The highest type — the friendship of virtue — contributes most to our pursuit of the good life; but it is difficult to cultivate, and we may only achieve it a few times (if at all) in our own lifetime. What kind of people have you surrounded yourself with?
What's our point of difference? We know what we are sharing with is true because we have lived it ourselves.
What is the Omega Mentality and why is it so important? Listen to the latest episode of the It Ain't Wrong to be Strong Podcast Series to find out. We hope you find this of value.
Let's make it clear from the get-go; spiritual and intellectual enlightenment has nothing to do with organised religion. A man can be spiritually and intellectually enlightened without going to church. Spiritual and intellectual enlightenment are two distinct but often interconnected forms of personal awakening and personal growth. Both involve gaining a deeper understanding, but they focus on different aspects of the human experience—one on inner awareness and consciousness, and the other on knowledge, reasoning, and intellectual clarity. This is the first in a series on spiritual and intellectual enlightenment We hope you find this of value.
When there is an oversupply of men all doing the same thing, chasing shiny objects and dabbling in every new flavour of the month that comes along, they lose their value. They become bland, ordinary and at best, average. Stand out from the average player; stop drifting from one distraction to the next and start living with definiteness of purpose.
Drifting is defined as something or someone that has taken full control of your own mind while you drift from one distraction to the next in hypnotic rhythm. How do we stop doing it? Make sure you listen to this episode of the It Ain't Wrong to be Strong Podcast Series to find out.
Building yourself up into a formidable force means more than just going to the gym. It means going inward, building strength of character and being the best example of a strong assertive mission driven masculine Omega we can possibly be.
Ditch the Alpha mentality and stop drifting from one distraction to the next in apathy. The Australian Government is waging indirect spiritual warfare on the men of this country and the way we fight back is to go inward, building ourselves up into the best example of a strong mission driven masculine Omega living with definiteness of purpose we can possibly be.
The word government is made up of two Latin words; Govern and Ment. Govern means "to control or restrict" and Ment means "the mind" or "mind". By watching an hour of state sponsored propaganda on the TV means you're literally drifting from one distraction to the next. You're being programmed; that's why it's called a "program".
Wisdom and knowledge are two completely different things, and a lot of people get confused about the difference between them. How do we gain wisdom so that we can navigate through life making better judgements? Find out in this latest episode of the It Ain't Wrong to be Strong Podcast Series brought to you by RAMMFIT ATHLEISURE.
Death is the ultimate equaliser; it's coming for us all. Warriors meditate on death because it brings them closer to life. It's not about having less judgement. It's about having better. When we make better judgements, we can make better decisions and when we make better decisions, we can have better outcomes.
Your purpose and meaning guides and sustains you. Purpose gives you a clear direction and helps to keep you energised while meaning is about the value you provide to other people, the feeling that your life makes sense and that you are actively pursuing you own hopes, dreams, goals and ambitions. Have you found your purpose and meaning?
No one's coming to save you, that's your job. Be a man who can solve his own problems because they're yours, no one else's. Take ownership, accountability and responsibility for absolutely everything.

Taking ownership, accountability, and responsibility in one's own life means recognizing that you have control over your actions, decisions, and outcomes. It involves accepting the consequences of your choices, being proactive in making positive changes, and acknowledging that you alone are responsible for your own happiness and well-being. Let's breakdown each aspect and why it's important that you embrace ownership, accountability and responsibility in your own life as well as motivating, energising and inspiring the people around you to do the same.
Aggression isn't the problem. Weak men who lack self control and don't know how to draw on and control, focus and channel their aggression into something positive are. Aggression in men is perfectly natural so why suppress it? It can help you in so many ways if you know how and that's what we need to be encouraging men to do. Let us show you how you can focus and channel aggression into positive energy that can benefit other people.
The term "high value man" is subjective and can mean different things to different people. However, in general, a high value man is someone who has qualities and traits that make him desireable and respected in various aspects of life, such as personal relationships, career and social status. Here are some common charateristics of what a high value man might be.
Society is over saturated with weak, compliant. obedient, passive, submissive, agreeable, yes man and high value women in modern day society are wondering what happened, where have the real men gone. They're stepping up to do things men are hardwired to do like lead, provide and protect and as a result, are not living up to their true and fullest potential as a feminine woman. They're taking on the roles masculine men should be filling while too many men have checked out, blaming everyone and everything for the fact they don't have the courage, drive and determination to do what men do. Lead, provide and protect. It's on us as men, it's our responsibility and our duty, to take back our power, our masculine energy and spirit and start leaving a happier, safer and more prosperous world for our children and their children to grow up in. It's on you to stand up and be the man your bloodline has been waiting for.
If you want to live up to your true and fullest potential then you'll need to eliminate lazy, uninspired quitters from your circle and start asscociating with men who want to discuss business, money and personal development.
As much as they might argue against this and disagree, women are more attracted to a man who doesn't make her the priority in his life, but is still loyal to her and cares about her. A strong, loyal, assertive masculine loving leader, provider and protector who has a mission. A man who knows who he is, what he wants and where he is going. Forget chasing women, be a magnetic mission driven, ambitious masculine man who is guided by his own code of living and watch what happens. You'll have women falling over themselves to get to know you. You're interesting and even mysterious.
You know what brings a lot of people misery? Living in the past. It's an unnecessary weight to carry yet it's where most people live. You will never live up to your true and fullest potential when your mind is stuck in the past. Let. Shit. Go.

Nice guys don't attract high value women. Strong, masculine, mission driven men who have the courage, drive and determination to stand by their own code of living do.
Be ready for conflict and resistence in life, it's inevitable. Listen as I share one of my favourite quotes from my favourite author, Robert Greene, and how these six words can help you live up to your true and fullest potential.
Never take advice from people who haven't been where you're going. Always look at who is giving that advice, opinion and feedback. Have they walked their walk or are they just another uninspired quitter that has checked out of life, encouraging you to do the same.
As move into the new year, we compiled a list of the things that you should consider leaving behind in 2022 to help you live up to your true and fullest potential, as a man, the way God intended. We hope you find this epison of value. Keep winning, men!

Aligned values are one the most important things in any relationship. Whether it is with your life partner or business partner, aligned or misaligned values will define the success or failure of a relationship from day one.
Make your bloodline proud. It's up to us to break generational curses, no one's coming to save us. Lead by example because the most effective life is living like a warrior. Do the difficult work of growing from the inside and at the same time, you'll motivate, energise and inspire the people around you to do the same. That's how you leave a legacy.
The Outlaws and Insiders community by RAMMFIT. The purpose of this community is simple. To create a brotherhood of mission driven masculine men that motivates, energises and inspires each other. A support network of men who are either ready to level up or are already on a path of personal growth and development. Society is doing it's best to water down masculinity because society doesn't want strong men running around who have built their own code of living because strong men who think for themselves, question authority and live with integrity are harder to manipulate and harder to control. We need more masculine men, modern day warriors in society who create from within and build, men who lift other people up, men who are of service and men who don't violate the rights of others. We need more men who aren't afraid to stand up and speak out against injustices, masculine men who lead by example and inspire their family, friends and community to live better and more fulfilled lives. What ever you're doing, make sure you build slow, steady and well otherwise when you experience temporary defeat, you'll have nothing to fall back on. Each level is conditioning you for the next so don't try and skip the struggle because real confidence and self esteem is built through accomplishment.
It's never easy letting shit go, but there comes a time where we have to do it to save our mental health and well-being. It's hard. You need courage, drive and determination and the desire to be a better man so that you can start living your best life otherwise you are wasting life on things that you cannot change, so you may as well own it. Use your past to help propel yourself further along your path, wearing your battle scars with pride because they are proof you showed up. Rise my brothers.
You don't need to die to leave a legacy. You leave a legacy by making a positive impact on the people around you, your community, your country, your nation or even humanity itself. You leave a legacy by being of service, leading by example and helping other people win, achieve and succeed in life and if you make people feel good, they're going to talk about you in a positive way. If you can change the way people think or behave, if you can build people up and even changing their direction in life, you're leaving a legacy my friends.
Personal growth is extremely difficult in the beginning and one of the reasons it is so difficult is because we have to man up to the fact we have been programmed and conditioned by people who didn't know what they were doing. In some cases we have even been lied to and deceived by people who are meant to love and protect us from this kind of thing. That's not entirely their fault, they were programmed and conditioned in the same way. It's a never ending cycle and the system loves it. The problem is, are you strong enough to break generational curses and live your best life? If you are, the next thing you have to understand is, you need to forgive yourself for who you used to be and things you did with the paradigm you had at the time. We all do stupid things and sometimes we hurt other people in the process. Sometimes we hurt ourselves more but the worst thing you can do is live with regret and never forgive yourself. You need to learn to forgive yourself and give yourself permission to shine in spite of all the naysayers and critics who keep trying to remind you of the mistakes you made. I hope you find this of value my brothers.
Too many men spend way too much time beating themselves up over things they cannot change, spending too much time living in the past, living with regret. We need to see things as they are not as we wished they were so we can continue to live up to our true and fullest potential, we can't let the past hold us back from being the best version of ourselves we can possibly be and in turn, that will inspire others to do the same.
