When he first started, Alex was only able to hold his breath for 17 seconds. Now, he is over 150 seconds. Imagine what that does for a swimmer in the water. They don't require breaths as much, so they can continue to focus on form and fluidity. Now, apply that to any cardiovascular sport. More oxygen to your muscles. Less unnecessary breaths. Increased performance. Reach out via email if this is something you are looking to do for yourself or another athlete!

Here's a hot topic (even though it should not be and we should always be looking for the least-invasive route) surgery prevention. This is something we have been very successful with at the clinic. Not everyone can prevent a surgery, but a lot of our patients have been able to. Ex: Knee replacement is scheduled, bad MRI (including meniscus tearing, osteophyte formation, ligament damage and "degeneration") and a runner. After 3 months (not consistent treatment, we require people to work on themselves at home) she was able to run a 50k trail race with 0 pain.... That was 3 years ago. Still no pain running multiple times a week.
