There is a big ugly hate that can absorb us,  control us, self-sabotage us  when we have Rosacea. Rosacea is so misunderstood because most research is being done by people who have never  had Rosacea on their face OR you are being encouraged by people who have Rosacea to spend thousands to try and cover it instead of being encouraged and inspired to awaken and heal from it. Rosacea wants to be the love you were born to be. I know because I hated on myself for years and. Searched and believes all the media for years. Spent thousands on products & treatments for years. Rosacea heals as soon as you stop searching for the cure. Searching for your cure to heal your face when only YOU are the cure. Searching can become addictive ad distracts you from the FREE option to heal YOU. As soon as I began searching myself - I healed and changed my lifeJo

Deciding to heal is the hardest part. What comes from this brave, courageous decision is nothing but self~empowering goodness. I love how people are beginning to wake up to thier power to heal over Rosacea Media and Doctors diagnosis of get used to it because this is your future face. Jo

How is your Mind-Talk & Self-Talk?. We can not expect to fade our face if we are talking and thinking negative thoughts about your good-self. Your body and soul feels it all and most negative thoughts are not usually ours to feel and think in the first place. Jo

UN-CUT, RAW, REAL LIFE ROSACEA SURVIVORS chewing over the truth so passionate and believing Rosacea sufferers NEED to know they can heal. This is my longest podcast  talking with a wonderful~soul about how she, like me, like others who ARE healing Holistically from Rosacea. She was at an all time low from being told Rosacea is for life get used to it. NOT TRUE. It WILL get progressively worse. GUT PUNCH.
