Forest bathing. Even just saying that feels so calming, soothing and grounding. And my amazing guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Sanaa Green - is here to share with us more about this beautiful practice and indeed her entire experience of earth based connection as a Priestess. Sanaa takes incredible comfort from nature which is something that I believe is undoubtedly available to all of us and likely medicine we can call upon from deep within ourselves and the natural world more to our own benefit. This is a beautiful conversation that will open up portals of earth love and connection for you to begin to deepen or explore for the very first time. We are hearing a LOT right now about the nervous system - our nervous systems - and the role that they play in our healing, growth, spiritual development, capacity to hold space for ourselves and others and even just live with presence and reverence. And so yes - that makes these systems within us incredibly important. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Elisha Tichelle - is a true nervous system alchemist - especially for those of us who are heart centred entrepreneurs. What Elisha doesn't know about the nervous system I'm not quite sure is worth knowing - THAT is how incredibly knowledgeable she is. I know you are going to revel in this episode ahead and will learn so much about the nervous system from a priestesses perspective that you might never have heard of before. Claire Obeid is a truly special soul. Her incarnation in this lifetime I know is at least in part - to serve others on their spiritual path. In other words…she is a bonafide modern Priestess and space holder - with a particular love for the lineage and teachings of Mary Magdalene. In this episode Claire potently shares how she believes we are each our own medicine woman, healer and remedy. It is a sharing that is opening, empowering and sprinkled with more than a bit of Claire magick. Enjoy this beautiful episode ahead. Let's face it. When we are undergoing a spiritual awakening, transformation or personal discovery path of any kind, it's not something that is always filled with flowers, dreamy meditations and heart-swelling moments of newness and innate confidence. It can in fact be a time that is dark, challenging and filled with stress. And I could not think of anyone more amazing to speak to our spiritual journeys and the role that stress may play in those than my guest today Karen Aird. Karen runs an incredibly successful wellness centre and has developed a signature method for supporting people to work with stress in their lives - which is something of course we all experience in varying ways. I hope you love this episode ahead. Something tells me that the practical support within it is going to be so helpful for you.
When I first heard the term Chat GPT I thought the person saying it to me had made a mistake and meant something else entirely. Clearly I was wrong and both Chat GPT and other forms of AI are now here with us - and look very much like staying. In a world that is now moving technologically in such rapid ways - where do we as spiritual, feeling, emotive human beings fit with that? And how can we learn to live with and even embrace these new forms of intelligence while also acknowledging and honouring the ancient intelligence that lives within all of us. My guest today Lara Maysa is a true revolutionary in that very thing. She has a passion for the wisdom and intelligence of Ancient Egypt - a part of her own heritage - and I know you are going to love how she brings that intelligence into our modern times, sharing with us ways we can both look and be inspired by the past, be grounded in the present and look to the future as well.
My guest on The Priestess Podcast today Alexandra Wiatr knows a thing or two about pleasure and money. She is an incredibly successful business woman who is passionate about helping other women unlock their potential in a way that has soul, heart and depth at the forefront. Alexandra believes there is a core connection between our physical bodies and presence, our spiritual connection AND the abundance we are trying to call into our lives. In particular she believes this connection lies in our sacral energy centre and that it is a ‘secret' place within us we can all unlock for greater abundance and personal connection and pleasure in our lives. Yes please and more to that ahead in this episode with Alexandra today.
One of the questions I often get asked is how can I uncondition, unlearn and unravel myself from the patriarchy. Well…that's a big question for sure and there is of course no one size fits all answer. One way I am certain however that we can make inroads with such a desire is to embrace with much deeper reverence the fact we are cyclical beings and are surrounded by cycles in our lives all the time. The sun. The moon. The seasons. Life and death itself. I could go on and on. How is embracing our cyclical nature the antithesis of the patriarchy and also capitalism, disembodiment and more? Well our incredible guest today, international award winning menstrual educator and coach Charlotte Pointeaux, is here to share with us that very thing. And so much more. This is a deeply powerful and beautiful interview that has so much wisdom in that you can use to impact your daily life immediately. Here's to that!
The world of women's friendships are often romanticised. Hollywood dreams of best friends forever and being there for each other through thick and thin are presented as the norm of what we all should have and be experiencing - but the reality can be far from that ideal. For many if not most of us, we carry a sister wound of some kind when it comes to our friendships and connections to other women, and that wound can vary in size and impact in our lives in so many ways. My beautiful guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Fionnuala Doherty, a life coach and yoga teacher, who has an emerging passion for helping women create soul aligned friendships and address their own inner worlds and woundings when it comes to their friendships and connection to their own version of sisterhood. Fionnuala herself has had deeply challenging experiences in this area in her own life and is now on a heart centred mission to support all of us who are craving the belonging that comes with true and reciprocal friendships in our lives.
We are talking all things business, and in particular spiritual business, on The Priestess Podcast today with my wonderful guest Bec Cuzzillo. Bec and I explore what a spiritual business actually is, the influence of Goddess Spirituality in her life and business, and what scaling your business actually means. We also talk about the vital importance as a business owner of knowing your foundational starting point as key to any dreams you have to scaling and growing what you do - AND not getting tangled in any belief that you can ever charge what you are worth - because you are priceless and beyond worth - but rather that charging for your products and services is a key undertaking in business growth.
Money is one of those topics that can bring up a lot of ‘stuff' for us. And if you are a regular listener of The Priestess Podcast then you know we are not afraid to go into the ‘stuff' of life and so we're going to do that very thing today with my guest Tara Winters. Tara is a former corporate accountant turned life, spirituality and money coach and we are here to talk about money wisdom. There is a mention in here of cheap underwear and expensive cheese and so you know given that we have some fun too! In particular I loved Tara's viewpoint on bridging the gap between the viewpoints that money is everything in life and the most important thing we can try to attain - and the rejection of it - especially at times by some people who deem it to not be ‘spiritual' enough to desire. And you better believe within this that both Tara and I agree that money in the hands of more conscious people around the world - which I am sure is you beautiful listener - is a VERY good thing.
What does someone's size have to do with spirituality? Well to be perfectly honest with you it shouldn't have anything to do with it - but the world we live in that is steeped in sizest and fatphobic rhetoric and messaging - makes it so. My truly wonderful guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Andrea Westbrook, a life coach for fat, curvy and plus sized women. Andrea shares with us about the necessary reclaiming of the word fat, how exclusionary spiritual spaces can be of people who are fat and most importantly of all - what we can all do about such things to make a spiritual path of life exploration open to us all. I know you will find Andrea inspirational and heart opening in her messaging about this topic which is not just relevant in spiritual spaces and our work - but indeed in our lives in general.
You have likely heard me say more than once on The Priestess Podcast that our shadow, fears and ego self have so much to teach us as human beings and are not things to push away or deny. They only grow in ways that can make them even harder to face when we do that! And I speak from experience - which maybe you can relate to as well. Tracy Neely is here with us on the show today to speak to how our wounds - and in particular our emotional wounds - can be a pathway of transformation for us into wisdom we hold deeply within and is calling to be loved and integrated into our everyday life. Tracy has a beautifully spiritual and very grounded way of helping us look at the darker parts of ourselves and how we can honour them in such a way that they become teachers, guides and wayshowers in our lives. This is a special episode that shows us so deeply that all of our life experiences can have lessons within them that are waiting for us to become wiser through.
I know that many of you who listen to The Priestess Podcast own your own businesses or desire to. And for those of you who don't - believe me when I tell you that this episode ahead still has deep relevance for you too because in truth, it's about life just as much as well. Che Johnson is a sacred leader in the space of gentle and ‘soul-stainable' business. Her heartfelt desire is to ensure all heart based entrepreneurs have businesses that are gentle, caring and reflective of their own energy and needs - which clearly is in wild opposition to the push and hustle and grind culture that we sometimes see present in the online world. Che's loving nature and wise words ahead on how to create a business that truly serves YOU as well as your clients is food for our souls.
Potentially for the very first time, you are about to learn of the divine Sanskrit meaning of the word ‘Ananda' - and in doing so your life may never be the same again. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Priya Lakhi, shares with us the meaning of this beautiful concept and what it has to do with our soul purpose, possibilities in life, embodiment of the present moment and awakening our own bliss. Priya does so in a way that does not bypass the messiness and sometimes challenges we all face in life, but in a way that is inspiring and hopeful. Listen ahead for the divine ‘field of possibility' that can be your life and spiritual journey - your ‘Awakening Ananda!'
I don't think it is an exaggeration to say that trauma and all its nuanced meanings for us as human beings is having a very spotlighted moment right now. And given we are all traversing a global pandemic that really shouldn't come as a surprise to any of us. Do you actually know however what trauma is? And isn't? And when someone says they are trauma informed - or you say you are trauma informed - what that actually means? And also ethically does not mean as well? My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Katie Kurtz, is a rising thought leader on trauma informed practices and she is here with us to dive deeper into this vital topic. If you professionally hold space for people in any capacity - this episode is a must listen. And even if you do not do that - please know that you are still a space holder in your life for your family, friends, peers and more in so many ways. And being trauma informed as a human being, and not just a professional, is therefore vital for the humanity and brave connection for us all.
If you love animals, and in particular are walking through life with a pet or animal companion, then you are going to love this episode of The Priestess Podcast. I am joined by animal naturopath and pet nutritionist Ruth Hatten and we dive into the world of exploring are animals spiritual beings, the lessons they are here to teach us as humans, and what role our own health and wellbeing plays in their own. As a lover of animals all my life and the caretaker of two adopted, now older cats, and a fun and bubbly young dog, I honestly attribute them all to being a part of my business and life team in every possible way. They provide me with inspiration, support, fun, touch, connection and so much more. In fact, I would go so far as to say they make me a better human being and for that I am eternally indebted to them.
Get ready to be hit right in the heart and soul with the power and magick that is my guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Kute Blackson. Kute is a magnetic and divine communicator and he is here with us today to talk about surrender and how it can bring untold richness, freedom and purpose in your life. Kute also shares with us his insights on the ego and our relationship to it, and how with love and compassion we can have it become something that deeply serves us in our life and make the path of surrendering one whereby we connect with our soul and let go of false control and identities. Proceed with full heart caution everyone! This episode and Kute himself - is a life changer.
How connected are you to your body? Like, really? I know for me personally it is a personal relationship I have been working on for my entire life - and I know within myself will be one I continue with forever. My beautiful guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Christina Carlson - is an Embodiment Coach and they support people to become more deeply connected to and in right relation with their body, for the specific purpose of opening themselves up to their true divine nature and whole self. Being deeply embodied and connected is not something that Christina has experienced their entire life. They in fact grew up in circumstances where their body was something they were taught was not safe, or pleasurable, or to be trusted. Their journey to reclaiming their physical and divine self is inspirational and a guiding light to anyone who is searching for deeper connection to their physical realm.
I know that many of you who listen to The Priestess Podcast do work as space holders and may even consider yourself a healer or part of the healing spectrum of professions. And that means your relationship with yourself and your own healing path is of vital importance to everything you do. My guest today - the truly incredible Onyi Love - is devoted to helping other healers heal. Onyi's perspective on perfectionism, precision, wholeness and loving and owning all of who we are is breathtakingly powerful. You only have to see her Instagram account to know why this would be as you soak in her generosity, wisdom and service to her community on there. Amy is with us today to talk about business energetics as I know that many of you who listen to The Priestess Podcast own your own business or potentially desire to. Amy shares with such heart and soul about how our businesses have their own energetic blueprint and nature and how we can attune to that and our own inner world to create greater flow, connection and results in our service to the world.
Mental health and spirituality. What is the connection? Well…some may say that's a silly question because for those of us attuned to our spiritual nature, we know that all of life is in some way connected to every part of that. And yes, that includes the parts of our lived experience that can be and are challenging, dark, sad, frustrating and require extensive help and healing. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Shannon Kaiser - is a world renowned best selling author and speaker and she has also lived extensively with depression and anxiety. Shannon shares openly in this episode her own journey with her mental health and how it coincided with her spiritual awakening. It is a raw, honest and illuminating conversation that opens up these two worlds and how they can be so deeply connected.
All of us are cycling through life in some way at every moment. We are born, we live, we die. And in between those moments we are reborn and also live and die in metaphorical ways over and over again. The times in our lives where we cross thresholds of bodily experience or living can be profound for our sense of self and connection to earth and others. Menstruation, birth, creative undertakings, illness, loss, gain, puberty, menopause and so much more. All are in their own separate, but interconnected ways rites of passage and can be honoured with beautiful and sacred ceremonies. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Andrea Arare - is a soulful, experienced and divine guide in the realm of rites of passage and her wisdom and passion for this area lies ahead as inspiration for you today.
Sometimes when we talk about the Goddess and her world I wonder if maybe she feels like a very far off entity and being and even feeling that is not very grounded or practical in our day to day lives. Given she has such ancient roots I can understand where this comes from but I truly believe the most powerful relationship we can develop with the Goddess - or a Goddess - is one where it shows us our full humanity and divinity and can help our lives be better in small but significant ways. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Nikki Tegg - has a beautiful way of relating to the Goddess and inspiring her connection with others too. Her first book ‘Goddess Rising' is a true journey of feminine connection and beauty - and one that will awaken your inner creatrix and spiritual connection to self.
I'm not kidding you when I say that my guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Jennifer Cameron - is a pioneer of the goddess spirituality movement in Australia. An historian and priestess of the Goddess for decades, Jennifer is wise, moving and heart devoted to Mother Earth which you will hear in her beautiful words ahead. Jennifer's latest book, Ancient Ways for Current Days, is a sacred balm to the patriarchal, oppressive and climate emergency laden issues we face as a collective right now. It brings to light the sacred power of matrifocal societies and how the ways of the old can be brought into these times for lasting impact and change. Get ready to be lit up and inspired into action as the sacred leader you already are with Jennifer by your side.
Amber Bibby is an absolute delight. And I'm so excited to be bringing her to you as my guest on The Priestess Podcast today to discuss aura's and the energetic field. When I approached Amber to be a guest on the show she very kindly said yes - and also then said if we're going to DO this - we're going to DO it - and as such, I want to read YOUR aura Julie. That was an offer I could not refuse, especially given I had never had my aura read before. My reading with Amber was divine, reassuring, illuminating and so much more. If you've always wondered what takes place inside an aura reading and what your aura actually is, Amber is here to share this with you today. I know you are going to love her as much as I do.
Is there a connection between science, stories and even spirituality? Even if you may never have thought of those things as somehow ‘belonging' together - they do and there is. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today - Mbarbrum woman Caroline Kell - is here to share with us the beautiful intersection of Aboriginal science and stories with a weaving of culture, community and collective togetherness as well. All of which our world is crying out for right now. Caroline's wisdom, insight and joyful presence will inspire you - as it did and still does - me.
What does it mean to truly trust ourselves? What does in fact TRUST even mean? Our first guest for 2022 on The Priestess Podcast - Shirin Eskandani - is here to intuitively guide and traverse trust terrain with us and what a perfect time to do so as we begin a new year and are tuning into our hopes and dreams for the months ahead. Shirin's take on self-trust is divinely grounding, sacred, and also practical. Her personal journey from being an award winning opera singer to international coach is inspirational in it's courage and wisdom and how, when we tune into our own inner guidance and trust the messages we are receiving, anything can be possible for us.
Host of The Priestess Podcast Julie Parker takes you on a journey of the top five most popular episodes for 2021. Who will be number one?!
This episode of The Priestess Podcast might be about to bust a myth or belief you have wide open. And so get ready. If you think your soul work is all about what you do for a living or to earn money - my guest today Katherine Mackenzie Smith is here to lovingly challenge that notion and - put honestly - get you to think much bigger, deeper and wider about yourself and your reason for being here in this life than that. Katherine has a truly divine way of expressing the depths of what it means to be human - in all our mess, loveliness, shadow and imperfect perfection. This is a conversation that may just change your life and have you viewing what you ‘do' and who you truly are, in a whole new light.
First time author Becca Piastrelli is back with us on The Priestess Podcast today to talk about her divine book ‘Root & Ritual.' This beautiful talisman of wisdom is a rich exploration of what it means to ‘belong' as a modern human being, and guides us with practical and soulful ways to connect with land, lineage, community and self. In this episode Becca and I dive deeply into the power of understanding our inherent relationship with nature, the miracle that is our DNA and ancestry, the lush relationship between food and our spiritual connections and the archetype of the wild woman. Root & Ritual is one of my most favourite reads of the year and a divine gift for yourself or a soul you love who is in search of greater meaning and connection in their life.
The term Christ Consciousness is a relatively new one to me. And I knew the first time that I heard it, it was something I wanted to deepen into further and learn more about. Then when I found Alia Walston I knew I had found the perfect vessel to deepen with and bring to you in this episode of The Priestess Podcast. While I don't know what your beliefs or knowledge about Christ Consciousness are - you may like me - be about to have it's true meaning opened up to you and even challenged. What is the role of Yeshua with Christ Consciousness? Is it only about or from the Christian faith? Or is it more than that and something we all have the capacity to connect with further? Alia is about to lead you on a journey that answers all these questions - and then likely raise more for you - as a true catalyst and initiator of spirit always does.
In continuing in this current season of The Priestess Podcast to bring you more divine guests living in the crone stage of their life, I am so thrilled to be joined in this episode by Diana DuBrow. Diana is a Scent Priestess and filled with heart and wisdom. So, you may already know this - or you may not. Feng Shui is about so much more than just furniture placement in your home and office. The divine Grace Niu is sharing with us today on The Priestess Podcast about this amazingly beautiful and soul rich spiritual practice that has so many benefits for our life. Grace brings eastern and western wisdom and practice to all she does in an incredible way, and you will undoubtedly learn some things from today's episode not just about Feng Shui, but indeed your own life and soul longings, that you might never have previously recognised. This is the beauty of listening to practising intuitive mentors and guides that are an embodiment of years of ancestral and cultural wisdom. It's learning that you simply can't get in the same way from anyone else.
In the fast paced modern world we live in it seems sometimes as though we are always searching for something new, fresh and never before seen. Our culture is one that at times feels filled with disposables and an insatiable desire for the latest ‘thing'. And while new things can bring us so much, we surely must recognise that the old, the old ways, the ancient, the wise and wisdom filled, have deep merit too. I've often thought that a deep indicator of how well functioning a society is, is seen in how it treats its elderly and older citizens. The better that is, to me, the more likely enlightened that society would be. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today talking all things crone wisdom in her precious 70's, is the extraordinary Anique Radiant Heart. Anique has been a High Priestess for decades and has inspired and worked with thousands of women around the world as they've been uncovering their version of this sacred leadership path. Her wisdom and humor and passion is timeless.
Holding space. I know it's something that many of you who listen to The Priestess Podcast do whether it be as a parent, sacred space holder, coach, healer or guide. How well do you do it however? How deeply, how reverently, how present, how focused? Big questions I know but there is no one better I could think of to converse with about such things than my guest today, Heather Plett, author of ‘The Art of Holding Space' and the Founder of the Centre for Holding Space. Heather leads us in this interview about how vital it is we learn to hold space for ourselves, what liminal space is and why it's so important to know as a space holder, why we should be aiming to move from safe to brave spaces and the most potent step you can take right now to become a better space holder. Get ready to leave this conversation with your heart lit and ready to become better at your craft and the art of conversation with those you love.
It's well beyond time that we started to acknowledge in the self development and spiritual worlds that so much of what we may be healing and trying to work through is due to the collective oppressions we have all been living with for generations. We of course must all take responsibility for our own learning, unlearning and rising above, but when we can see that systems of oppression like the patriarchy have been designed and deliberately orchestrated to keep women and non-binary folks quiet, subjugated, lost, confused and separated from each other, we begin a path of power. My guest today Andrea Owen is here to talk about patriarchal unlearning and unravelling so we can step out, speak up and just like the title of her latest book ‘Make Some Noise.'
Shamanism. Shamans. Shamanic practices. So many myths and mistruths and misconceptions abound about them all. And so I am absolutely thrilled to be in conversation today with Deb Macintyre on The Priestess Podcast - a Shaman by birth and royal lineage. Deb's grounded, practical and refreshing way of speaking to these topics is going to ignite your soul - it and she did mine. I left this conversation feeling empowered and even more ready to explore my own Celtic lineage and spiritual traditions. May you take inspiration from Deb's words to potentially do the same.
Julie Parker on Episode 200 Celebration
How someone may come to concepts in our lives such as the Divine Feminine is of course as varied as we all are. I have always had a fascination with people who have had the world of the Goddess and Divine surrounding them since birth, because it was not something that came into my own field of consciousness (even though it WAS present), until I was well into adulthood. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Jonita D'souza has been surrounded by the Goddess since an early age, but in a culture that she came to realise that while very leaning towards female deity worship, did not so much show that respect ongoing towards women in day to day life. Her journey as an Indian woman in this realm and her opening to the Divine Feminine at a later stage in her life is fascinating and one that I know will inspire you.
If you are a regular listener of The Priestess Podcast then you will know that I am a big believer in the power of all things ancient and ancestral. Our past and the past of others has so much to teach us about ourselves in a modern context - everything from how we relate to each other, how things like the patriarchy impacts us, spiritual traditions and more. Part of that ‘more' is our health and wellbeing and my guest today - Jema Lee - is passionate about the wisdom of the ancient world and things related to that such as ancestral health, nature based healing and tapping into the wisdom and medicine of our cyclical selves. She's a passionate guide and here to share with us today the power of the ancient world when it comes to our health and wellbeing and the connection of those things to our own spiritual journeys through life.
My guest on The Priestess Podcast today is the beautiful and soulful top ranking podcast host, author and mindfulness expert Rachael Kable. Rachael discovered mindfulness at a time in her life when she was experiencing challenging thoughts and feelings that were taking her out of the present moment and either focusing on her past, or projecting her into the future and a space of being where things were even yet to happen. And if you've had thoughts like that then you will relate. I think we all can in so many ways. Rachael guides us today on what mindfulness is, it's connection to self-compassion and our spirituality and how to gently begin to cultivate it. And slowing down as a part of this? Oh yes please.
Can you relate to any of the following things dear listener…? You want to be seen but you don't. You want to draw people towards you and your work but you don't want to be judged or criticised. You want to put yourself out there in a big and bold way but you don't want to make a mistake. You want more followers on social media but you don't want to have to share everything about your life. I think that many of us can relate to at least some of these things and I know I certainly have before. On the surface it can seem such a simple and even easy thing as a human being - just make yourself visible. Be seen. Get out there. But it not's that easy right? Right. Many of us have fears and concerns about what it means to be more visible and more often than not those fears are ones of our own creation. My brilliant guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Life and Business Coach Laura Banks and she's here to break this down for us in a soulful but also practical way that's going to help you shine and be seen before you know it!
Host of The Priestess Podcast Julie Parker shares in this solo episode about the very real and even very helpful power of your fears. Those fears that hold us back, keep us small, have us hide and stop ourselves from being and shining in our full light. What are they really about? Could they be something more than a voice or feeling that stops us from doing and being what we truly want to do and be? Could their meaning be deeper than that and in fact a sign that we are on the threshold of something amazing? Imagine that...
Sometimes when we talk about things like developing confidence and sovereignty and being in charge of our own life, the narrative around that can make it sound somewhat easy. Make this decision! Change your mindset! Choose a different path! And while all of those things, and many more, may indeed help, it does not mean that the changes or transitions or releasing they require are actually easy, or feel great all the time. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Erika Cramer, is known as the Queen of Confidence and her spin on confidence is that it does NOT always feel great to develop it. Developing confidence and being the Queen of your own life can at times mean making tough decisions, shaking in your boots, needing to push through something and change old habits and stories you've comfortably held on to for a long time. The great news is however that on the other side and through such times is a renewed or even newly found sense of self that will place you at the centre of your own life and confidently knowing who you are and what you're really here to do.
If you are anything like me, then you grew up in a household where you were told that being a ‘good girl' was very important. And in fact, it was the most important thing you could be and along with it all things such as sweet, giving, forgiving and more. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Majo Molfino, is here to share with us about this good girl myth and how it can be damaging to our soul purpose, vitality, and how we show up in the world everyday. Majo also reassures us that the good girl way of being has its advantages, especially when we are children, but the key is to be discerning now and truly work out how it may be holding us back from our fullest potential and having vibrant relationships with those around us.
Boundaries. Hmmmm. We all need them right? We know they are a good thing. That in fact they can elevate our life, confidence, relationships and so much more. But knowing such things and actually implementing them as a conscious practice into our being and world, is a whole other thing all together. My guest on The Priestess Podcast today is psychotherapist Terri Cole, and she's here to guide us into a new relationship with boundaries, one that is sovereign, self-determined and has our spiritual selves and health at the core. If you are someone who struggles to set and maintain positive boundaries for yourself in your life this one is a must. And may indeed even be life changing.
There comes a time for all of us in our lives where we may need to undergo a complete inner transformation or even clean out of some kind. In fact, we may need to undergo or do such a thing many times. My Priestess Podcast guest today, Elaine So, calls this an inner revolution, and she has made it part of her life's work to support women undergoing this transition. Elaine speaks to us today about this revolutionary undertaking and how it involves de-conditioning, curiosity, awareness, tapping into our intuition and even developing our psychic abilities. And she beautifully describes as well how when even just one of us undergoes inner revolution, we create the conditions collectively for it to be possible for us all.
My guest on The Priestess Podcast today, Lee Noto, believes there is a High Priestess in all of us. Now that may feel or seem hard to believe for some of you which I fully appreciate, but when you listen in to Lee and her own priestess journey and her embodiment of this archetype in life, sexuality, health, creativity and life purpose, I have a feeling you may just see a little bit - or even a lot of yourself - in her words. Let's dive into the deep and rich world of the High Priestess Archetype.
Megan Fraser (Priestess Moon) is a Western Australian artist and author. Her work is designed to impart a sense of enchantment, and she has five solo exhibitions to her name as well as numerous group exhibitions. Renowned for being colourful, decorative and highly symbolic, her work brings universal symbols into a modern context. Priestess Moon's works have strong links to illuminated manuscripts, herbal codex and magickal grimoires. Containing special symbols that act as energy tools, the artwork is designed to evoke certain qualities such as peace, protection and prosperity. The addition of gold leaf to many of her paintings enhances the meaning, luminosity and beauty of the pieces.
Host of The Priestess Podcast Julie Parker shares in this solo episode the spiritual (and life) lessons that can reveal themselves to us when we feel uncomfortable. Where do we overreact? Where do we bypass? Where do we bury? And what are the genuine benefits not just for us as an individual, but indeed all of humanity that can be found within the lessons of discomfort? They are absolutely there if we are open to them.
