Brad Dacus is president and founder of the Pacific Justice Institute. Biological men are decimating women in sports. Those same men are using women's locker rooms, and when females complain, they are the ones that are sanctioned. Schools are taking action to prevent parents from knowing if their minor son or daughter is identifying differently at school than they are at home. Even more tragic is when a family has their child taken away from them by Child Protective Services because the family refuses to allow permanent, bodily mutilating surgery to be done for so-called, -gender transition.---These issues were represented during the program, along with others from the Supreme Court. Here's a sample of what was discussed---Presidents having immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts but not for unofficial acts.-Did a Supreme Court Justice actually claim Joe Biden has legal permission to assassinate Donald Trump---Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to draw articles of impeachment against the Supreme Court Justices.-The expansion of emergency room abortions.-A Billings, Montana, case regarding a young girl with gender dysphoria.-California Governor Gavin Newsom's ties to the LGBTQ agenda and a kidnapping protection bill.

Sunday School with Special Speaker, President of Pacific Justice Institute, Brad Dacus
In the 1960s, a phrase was circulated on public television as a result of rising crime in the city: "It's 10pm. Do you know where your children are?" The PSA was supposed to alert parents to check in on their kids and make sure they were safe. Today, the question is a sobering reminder for public school parents. "Do you know where your children are?" In today's interview, Pacific Justice Institute President Brad Dacus shares about an alarming public school trend: students in government education centers are being taken from their homes after confiding in a teacher or guidance counselor about some point of disagreement with a parent. This is yet one more example of the toxic traits of traditional education. Parents, learn more about the perils of public ed on today's interview, and find out what you can do to break free from the system. Education is broken. We can fix it. Dr. Chaps reports on the news that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Moyle v. United States and Idaho v. United States, two consolidated cases that question whether the 1986 Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) supersedes Idaho's near-total abortion ban and can compel physicians to perform abortions in emergency situations. Additionally, on PIJN News, we interview Attorney Brad Dacus of the Pacific Justice Institute. PJI defends religious freedoms, parental rights, and other civil liberties at no charge. Dr. Chaps also reports that an appeals court ruling has delivered a significant setback to Seattle's 'heckler's veto' practices, in which police officers ordered a man, on public property, to stop speaking or leave because others objected to what he was saying. From massive demonstrations that have been shutting down traffic and blocking access to other forms of transportation to Christmas events that were interrupted, sadly, anti-Semitism is running rampant at levels in the U.S. and it's growing around the world.--One of the significant breeding grounds for this anti-Semitism has been college and university campuses. --To help listeners sort through this issue, Crosstalk welcomed Brad Dacus.
