Monty Fritts, Tennessee state representative and nuclear manufacturing veteran now running for governor, makes the constitutional case against the Trump America AI Act — arguing Washington has no enumerated power to impose a single national framework on AI, and that every bill Marsha Blackburn has attached her name to, from the GENIUS crypto act to the Genesis AI Act, contains zero due process protections and points straight toward surveillance and digital ID. Fritts flags what's already being built: an AI data center in Arizona measured not in square footage but in square miles, consuming more power than the entire state currently uses, subsidized by taxpayer dollars so tech billionaires can profit while tracking citizens to infinite detail. The U.S. Supreme Court delivered another severe blow to the 1965 Voting Rights Act striking down protections against discrimination aimed at racial minority voters. After the ruling, U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn tweeted a solid red map calling on the Tennessee legislature to redraw districts to ensure Republicans dominate every election. Tennessee State Representative Justin J. Pearson represents District 86 which covers Memphis and Shelby County. He says, "This is the only district that's in the entire state that is majority black and is Democratic that ensures representation for the people in our community. Representation they would not get otherwise because those would be all majority white districts. The fact that Marsha Blackburn who is running for governor of this state is proposing this, and other folks who are doing the similar thing, is really worrisome to the representation we deserve and that has been fought for. The reality of this is the use of racism, of bigotry, that created the need for District 9 in the first place have not disappeared. And our right to be able to choose a representative who understands our values, understands our culture, understands our dignity is extremely important. Now we are being told racism will not be viewed by the court, but racism can be used to take away, strip away our voting rights." Justin J. Pearson is now running for District 9 against incumbent Steve Cohen. NewsChannel 5+ can be seen on Spectrum/Charter Ch. 182 and over the air on Ch. 5.2. The Patriotically Correct Radio Show with Stew Peters | #PCRadio
Stew exposes the truth the mainstream media and Trump's handlers are hiding: this is Israel's war, not America's. One month in and the US is getting wrecked – missile defenses dry, ships hit, thousands of American troops pouring in to die for Netanyahu's Greater Israel fantasy while Iran shuts the Strait of Hormuz and laughs. Monty Fritts, a combat veteran and fearless Christian warrior, is running for governor of Tennessee to take a bold stand against the occupied political system, exposing career politicians like Marsha Blackburn and John Rose who serve AIPAC interests, protect slush funds for deviants, balloon state budgets, and sell out our rights and future.
Meet my friends, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton! If you love Verdict, the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show might also be in your audio wheelhouse. Politics, news analysis, and some pop culture and comedy thrown in too. Here’s a sample episode recapping four takeaways. Give the guys a listen and then follow and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts. Dems Are Political Insurgents Clay Travis and Buck Sexton discuss the ongoing TSA crisis and the extraordinary impact of Linda from Arizona, whose idea to deploy ICE agents to assist overwhelmed TSA checkpoints has now become a nationwide policy. Clay describes how the Washington Post is seeking interviews about Linda’s call, emphasizing how rare it is for a single radio listener to spark a national policy shift. President Trump even personally signed a “Trump Was Right About Everything” hat for Linda aboard Air Force One, underscoring how responsive he has been to voter-generated ideas. Clay details his own recent airport experiences, noting that TSA lines appear to be improving in some locations, partially due to ICE agents stepping in to handle non‑screening duties such as monitoring exits and assisting with crowd control—exactly the scenario Linda envisioned. Both hosts emphasize that Democrats created this crisis by refusing to fund TSA workers as part of their shutdown strategy targeting immigration policy. They argue that Democratic leaders are intentionally generating travel misery to create political backlash against Trump, even though Republican voters overwhelmingly understand the source of the problem. Iran Deep Dive National‑security expert Steve Yates, senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, explaining why the Strait of Hormuz remains one of the most strategically dangerous chokepoints in the world. Yates details how Iran’s geography, its control over key oil‑processing islands like Karg Island, and the narrow waterway’s global energy importance complicate any U.S. military response. He clarifies that while much of the oil shipped through the strait supplies China and India—not the U.S. directly—any disruption still pushes global prices upward because oil is a fungible commodity. The hosts and Yates examine President Donald Trump’s evolving strategy toward Iran, including deadlines for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, targeted strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure, and the possibility of limited U.S. troop movement—such as the deployment of elements of the 82nd Airborne—to support or execute rapid, high‑value operations. Yates explains the logic of Trump’s “sledgehammer diplomacy,” where overwhelming force is paired with opportunities for Iran to deescalate. The discussion also covers the likely endgame: preventing Iran’s nuclear capabilities, ensuring long‑term regional stability, empowering Gulf‑state partners, and identifying a credible post‑conflict governing figure within Iran. Clay and Buck emphasize that Arab nations—including Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar—are quietly encouraging the pressure campaign on Iran, undermining media narratives that the conflict is solely the result of U.S.–Israel coordination. Yates stresses that regional actors have long viewed Iran as a destabilizing force and are now publicly aligning against Tehran. Walkin' in Memphis, Safely Clay and Buck then welcome Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, who offers a detailed look at Memphis’s historic collapse in violent crime, a result of President Donald Trump’s federal law‑enforcement surge. Blackburn explains how coordinated efforts across local police, federal agencies, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, and newly confirmed federal officials have produced a 50% reduction in violent crime in under six months. The senator calls Memphis a national model—contrasting it sharply with Minneapolis and other Democrat‑run cities that have resisted federal assistance. She highlights thousands of arrests, the dismantling of gang networks, hundreds of recovered weapons and stolen cars, and over 150 missing children rescued. The program shifts to the ongoing airport crisis created by the TSA funding shutdown, where ICE agents—deployed after a listener’s now‑famous idea—have dramatically improved screening efficiency. Clay and Buck play clips from Fox News and CNN showing astonishingly short lines at Atlanta’s airport, a night‑and‑day difference from the hours‑long waits plaguing travelers just days earlier. Senator Blackburn confirms that ICE’s presence is significantly easing congestion and reinforces that Congress continues working on public‑safety funding solutions. Think Like Linda Clay and Buck break down the swearing‑in of new DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin, confirmed 54–45, making him the first Cherokee Nation member to hold a Cabinet position. Clay jokes that he expected Trump to make an Elizabeth Warren comment, while Buck praises Mullin as a major leadership upgrade at DHS. Security and travel issues return to focus as Clay reports that Delta Airlines has suspended special travel privileges for members of Congress until TSA staff are funded—forcing lawmakers to stand in the same lines as the public. Clay and Buck strongly support this move, arguing that members of Congress should share the consequences of the shutdown they helped create. In this episode of John Solomon Reports, we uncover alarming revelations about China's interference in the 2020 election and the U.S. intelligence community's response. John Solomon brings to light newly declassified documents that indicate Chinese access to American voter registration databases and the subsequent concealment of this information from President Trump and Congress. The implications of these actions suggest a troubling disregard for the integrity of our electoral process and the responsibilities of intelligence officials.Joining the conversation is Senator Marsha Blackburn, who discusses the ongoing threat to election security and the importance of transparency within the intelligence community. We also hear from Jerry Dunleavy, the investigative journalist who collaborated with John on these critical stories, providing further insights into the hidden narratives surrounding Chinese influence operations.Additionally, the episode features Sam Faddis, a former CIA officer, who weighs in on the broader implications of these findings, particularly in relation to Iran's activities and the potential threats posed to U.S. national security. John emphasizes the need for accountability and vigilance in protecting our democratic institutions.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

There's a darkness that's just become obvious and difficult to ignore as much as Stigall tries. It's feeding despair to young men in particular and driving dangerous ideologies and actions. Stigall has named it Revelation Theory and unpacks it in more detail today in response to shots fired at podcaster Tim Poole's home. The good news is President Trump is hitting the stump and bringing in real working voices of the country to tell the story of the economy and what he's doing to make affordability great again. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin explains today one of the primary drivers of that economic rebound is taking the restraints off of energy development. Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn also joins the show to discuss an interesting issue with musicians/singers and broadcasters as well as Democrats' insistent focus on the drug boat strikes that poll very popular with voters. 1. DOJ Subpoenas and Alleged Political Surveillance Senator Cruz reveals that Jack Smith, Special Counsel under the Biden DOJ, subpoenaed his phone records as part of an investigation into events surrounding January 6th. Cruz was not initially listed among the nine Republican senators whose records were obtained because his phone provider, AT&T, refused to comply with the subpoena, citing constitutional protections under the Speech and Debate Clause. The DOJ reportedly obtained records from Verizon for other senators, including Marsha Blackburn, Ron Johnson, Josh Hawley, and Lindsey Graham. Cruz and Ferguson characterize the subpoenas as a politically motivated fishing expedition, lacking criminal justification. 2. Concerns Over Abuse of Power Cruz argues this represents a dangerous precedent of the executive branch spying on legislative members. He calls for hearings and investigations to uncover who authorized the subpoenas and to prevent future abuses. The operation is referred to as “Arctic Frost”, which Cruz likens to a modern-day Watergate. 3. Meeting with Donald Trump at the White House Cruz recounts a lunch with Trump and other Republican senators, where Trump showcased renovations to the Rose Garden and plans for a new ballroom. The upgrades are privately funded, not taxpayer-funded, yet have drawn criticism from Democrats. Trump also distributed personalized gifts (e.g., challenge coins, golf towels, M&Ms) and joked about naming a room the “Monica Lewinsky Room.” 4. Government Shutdown Cruz discusses the ongoing government shutdown, blaming Democrats for refusing to vote to reopen. He notes that only three Democrats have supported reopening efforts, despite impacts on TSA agents and air traffic controllers. He predicts that retiring Democrats may eventually break ranks to end the shutdown.
