Dr. Clarissa Castillo-Ramsey is a multi-passion entrepreneur (leadership & life coach, practicing abstract artist, author, and organizational psychologist). She's been an artist since she was 5. Clarissa's passion for coaching can be traced back to her childhood and young adult days. She was the friend people would go to for advice, counsel, and encouragement. Clarissa is also the author of the book Painting Your Path, 21 Interviews with Extraordinary Women and journal Painting Your Path Writing Journal. She incorporates her Painting Your Path framework with her clients, who seek to define or re-define their path in life, whether to branch out on their own or get back to their creative self. This framework is what she's used in her life to achieve her visions, dreams, goals. Clarissa is also the creator of From Employee to Creative Entrepreneur, a free summit to help individuals create their roadmap to become their own boss. Formal Education: Clarissa finished her doctorate at the California School of Professional Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Development. Ever wandered what the creative process is behind the films, tv shows and theatre productions you watch? Well, crew chats is a new podcast going behind the scenes and chatting to the crew that help make these productions. Sue Hills began her working career at the BBC at the age of 18, where she had the opportunity to apply for various training courses. After a few years as a production secretary in the Light Entertainment department, Sue began a training course to be a script supervisor, which gave her the chance to work in various departments including, current affairs, religious programmes, documentaries, music and arts, children’s programmes and comedy. With the intention of being part of the Drama department she completed a continuity course and went onto join the BBC Drama department. Her first job was working on Howards Way and she went on to work on the likes of The Buccaneers, Clarrisa and Our Mutual Friend. Sue stayed at the BBC until 1999, after which she became a freelance Script Supervisor working with directors such as Roger Michell, Stephen Frears, Ron Howard and Joe Wright, to name a few.
