看病時，你曾注意過診間內的監視器位置嗎？為記錄醫病諮詢過程、防範醫療糾紛，台灣微整形美容醫學會理事長陳俊光說，「業界在診間安裝監視器早已行之有年。」5月初連鎖醫美診所被揭發裝設針孔偷拍風波後，台灣長年缺乏明確規範的「醫療場域錄音錄影」問題被搬上檯面。 截至5月28日，全台衛生局稽查1,090家醫美診所，發現41家違規，其中17家被開罰處分並停業半年。衛福部亦緊急規範四點指引，對手術室等「高度隱私空間」祭出全面禁錄原則，但一般診間在取得當事人書面同意即可錄影。只是取得的影像由誰保管？誰有權觀看？病患若想調閱影像作為舉證之用，可以嗎？目前法規仍屬空白。此外，現行法規將「醫美診所」與「一般疾病治療診所」共用同一套管理標準，也讓許多基層醫師反彈。 在社會瀰漫就醫隱私外洩焦慮的當下，這集，欲借醫美大國韓國及日本經驗，瞭解他國對醫療場域錄影規範。2016年，一名25歲男大生權大熙在削骨手術中大出血不治，促使韓國社會強制規範手術室必須安裝監視器的討論；2023年，《醫療服務法》修正案──俗稱「權大熙法案」上路，但在醫界遭遇極大阻力，韓國的經驗給台灣何種啟示？ 製作團隊｜詹婉如、林彥伶
