This week I'm continuing my series of demystifying the experience of getting a psychic reading from me. It's something that people sometimes are “scared or nervous” about when they come to me for the first time. So I wanted to bring on some of my long-time clients so that you can hear from them. I can tell you until I feel blue in the face that people are always uplifted – and I literally can't think of an exception—after they have a reading with me… But I think it's more interesting to actually hear from a client of mine about their experience. This week we'll hear from my long-time dear friend and long-time client, David Harshada Wagner. He shares his experience of the why he comes to me, what he gets out of it, what it is actually like to get a reading from his perspective, and whether or not it is truly scary!

Meditation isn't what you think it is. It doesn't have to be complicated, or even quiet. You don't have to sit in a cross-legged position with your hands in a mudra (you don't even have to sit upright). It's not about clearing the mind. Meditation can be accessible to everyone, because there are many ways to meditate. Meditation isn't mindfulness. Meditation is a practice that brings you closer to who you are. I've been meditating for a long time, but took six months of study with David Harshada Wagner to learn how to teach meditation specifically. Meditation, by the way, isn't just for being more at peace (though that certainly is a path for many). It's about connecting to joy, experiencing ecstasy in everyday moments, it's about witnessing who you are from a clearer lens. COME MEDITATE WITH ME. Join us this week with spiritual teacher, author & artist David Harshada Wagner. In this episode, David and Adriana Rizzolo celebrate and relate this Full Moon in Aries season to today's overwhelmed society, the f**kery of leadership seen today, and how this all can actually relate and be addressed in learning and delving deeper into the Bhagavad Gita. Things that are brought up in this conversation: Why the Bhagavad Gita is the most "seminal texts" of the Indian-Hindu traditions and how it relates and shines light on today's climate. Leadership & F**kery. How these times of watching our leaderships fail is causing an overwhelming feeling of disempowerment as citizens are unsure of what they can do during these times. "What is our Good Fight to be Fighting Right now?" Taking the idea of "fighting a good fight" internally: of finding your individual purpose and then confronting your inner enemies. Dharma and Swadharma: the importance of knowing your purpose right now. Knowing that if we don't decide, others out there are more than willing to try and find that for you. Warrior Consciousness. A willingness to not be guided by fear. Learning to let go of the hate and anger surrounded in fear and using these instead to guide you to address your inner enemies. Today we are happy to have him as our guest on the Limitless Soul Podcast! The most important thing we talked in this episode is: What is a Spiritual Path? How do you find one? How do you stay on it? There are a lot of buzz words and hype around spirituality and the spiritual path, I think it can get a bit confusing because we might think we have to do all of these things a certain or right way to be a "spiritual person". The journey of coming home to yourself is the purpose of understanding and unpacking spirituality. David Harshada Wagner was one of my first spiritual teachers who, through meditation, introduced me to the Mystical path. Completing a 9-month spiritual leadership training with David and going on a pilgrimage to India with him was something that shaped my path and how I show up in my life and business. I’ve also assisted at and attended David Wagner’s retreats at Kripalu Retreat Center and couldn’t recommend them enough. Harshada’s approachable and pragmatic yet very mystical teachings are the real deal. I’m excited to share him with you! In this special episode recorded during the Covid-19 outbreak, we speak about staying connected with your spiritual practice in the midst of it all. We also cover: How drugs brought Harshada to the mystical path How to create a sacred practice How to maintain the potency of teachings as a spiritual leader See all show notes on wokeandwired.com Current ways to work with me.

This week I've been feeling kind of messy. I went on a trip to Kauai last week, and coming home I'm finding myself a little lost at times and unsure of where to put my energy next. But I'm learning to love the mess. To love everything as it is arising. And this is something I love about today's podcast interview with Adriana Rizzolo. I've always admired how Adriana carries herself with love and respect, no matter what the circumstances. In the episode Adriana shares about some pretty difficult hardships she's faced, including her story of healing from addiction and what happened when she lost everything she owned when her car was stolen. Sometimes bad things happen, and Adriana shows us how we can more fully love ourselves, even through the mess. In this episode you'll learn: Adriana's story of addiction and sobriety and what role yoga and meditation played in her healing journey How losing all her belongings and having her car stolen ended up as a divine intervention Tips Adriana has for women who are finding their voice The role kirtan and chanting has played in her life Adriana's thoughts on facing fears and stepping into a more loving and courageous life “Often what I find underneath my fear is a genuine desire, and that’s okay.” Adriana is an intuitive healer, yoga and meditation teacher, kirtan and voice guide, spiritual mentor, reiki master, hair stylist, writer and creative wild woman. Her passion is in helping others connect to the wild sacredness of their bodies, tender hearts, pelvic wisdom, authentic voices, and to their immense healing power of love. She helps others find their unique fire and build a strong connection to Spirit. She supports specifically in healing addiction and anxiety. She has studies extensively in India and with David Harshada Wagner and Living Meditation. She loves to nurture community, intimacy and connection to Spirit in a fun, powerful and practical way. Adriana trains individuals and leads sacred circles in New York City , Los Angeles and everywhere online. To find out more visit www.adrianarizzolo.com or on instagram @artofloving
