Canada Drone Laws for Part 107 Pilots Today's question is about flying your drone along the US-Canadian border. Do Canada drone laws permit Part 107 pilots to cross over and fly in their airspace? Our caller, Tyler from Michigan is planning on filming a marathon with his drone. Because Michigan shares a border with Canada, Tyler might need to cross the US border and fly in Canadian airspace.
