Mash is not just a scientist. She is the space between the question and the cureA translator between the language of neurons and the speech of the sacred. For more than two decades, with the full force of the National Institute on Drug Abuse behind her, she walked a razor's edge—between chemistry and ceremony, between the morgue and the miracle.Emeritus Professor of Neurology and Molecular Pharmacology at the University of Miami. But more importantly:One of the first to say what no one else dared—that ibogaine, this strange plant from the equator of myth, could be the key not just to breaking addiction…but to restoring the human story. In 1993, while most of medicine still clung to the pharmaceutical dream, she brought ibogaine to the FDA and said,“This belongs in the light.”Then spent nearly a decade in St. Kitts, not on sabbatical, but in spiritual triage—guiding the desperate, the forgotten, the reborn. She discovered noribogaine, the hidden messenger, the afterglow chemical of change, the note behind the note. And now, as CEO and co-founder of DemeRx,she's leading the charge to bring this ancient medicine into the future—not as folklore, but as evidence-based deliverance.Alan Watts told us that “You are an aperture through which the universe is looking at and exploring itself.”Dr. Mash built the microscope to prove it.This isn't medicine. It's myth rewritten in peer-reviewed journals. This isn't just pharmacology. It's the soft thunder of redemption under a lab coat.So lean in close.Because when Deborah speaks, you don't just hear data—you feel the flame of a woman who walked into the darkand returned with the map.Deborah C. Codex Serafini: https://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-animaSadie KaufmanShe was supposed to be a lawyer. Columbia-trained. Ivy-polished. Ready to argue in courtrooms built on marble and legacy. But life had other plans—plans scribbled in blood sugar charts, sleepless nights, and biochemical chaos. Her body became the battleground where Western medicine failed and ancient wisdom took root. When Sadie Kaufman was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and hormone dysfunction in her twenties, she didn't just seek help—she declared war. A rebel in a vegan womb, raised by health-conscious parents, she realized the system had fed her dogma without discernment. So she left the script behind and wrote her own—in blood, sweat, microbes, and metabolic fire. From 2000 to 2006, she dove headfirst into the molecular river. Studying microbiology and advanced biochemistry at Columbia by day, decoding her own internal wilderness by night. She read her body like a sacred codex, one test tube at a time. She began crafting what would become a revolutionary framework—The Sadie Kaufman Method—a roadmap for reclaiming sovereignty over your cells.By 2010, after training in metabolic nutrition and transformational coaching, Sadie opened her practice—and word spread like wildfire through hushed whispers and long-distance referrals. Now, her clients span continents, cultures, and belief systems, drawn to her unique fusion of science, spirit, and no-BS truth-telling.She doesn't promise you easy answers. She gives you tools. Data. Grit. And the audacity to trust your body like it's your oracle. This is not nutrition as trend. This is medicine as myth reborn. This is Sadie—a biochemical priestess in a lab coat with dirt on her boots and a machete in her hand, cutting through the jungle of misinformation to lead you back to the temple of your own metabolism. Please welcome the warrior scientist, the rural alchemist, the woman who turned her diagnosis into a revolution—Sadie Kaufman.SadieKaufmanMethodhttps://www.instagram.com/sadiekaufmanmethod?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima

Dr. Jessica Rochester: In an age where plant medicines are paraded like commoditiesand sacred sacraments are filtered through the sterile lens of profit and protocol, there stands a bridge—woven not from theory, but from decades of devotion, grit, and grace.Rev. Dr. Jessica Rochester is that bridge.Madrinha. President. Torchbearer.Founder of Céu do Montréal, the Santo Daime Church she brought into being in 1997—not as a rebellion, but as a restoration of sacred memoryto the North.A transpersonal counselor forged in the crucibles of Assagioli and Grof, she speaks the languages of the soul and the somatic, guiding seekers not around, but through the sacred fire of self-confrontation.She walked the bureaucratic labyrinth from 2000 to 2017,securing a Section 56 Exemption—not for fame, but to protect the sacrament of Santo Daime from the cold fists of the state. She is an ordained Interfaith Minister,a Doctor of Divinity, and an author whose two-volume opus—Ayahuasca Awakening—is less a book and more a mapfor those ready to take off their masksand meet the jaguar within. For over four decades she has led workshops, held private practice, stood at the crossroads of consciousness and culture, teaching not how to escape, but how to embodythe radical act of spiritual adulthood. And today, while the psychedelic renaissance sells peak experiences,Rev. Dr. Jessica Rochester whispers of something older, quieter, stronger—The long walk home. The humble medicine of self-care,self-mastery,and sacred discipline. So if you came for a keynote speaker, step aside. If you came for a true guidebetween the seen and unseen, prepare your heart.Because the Madrinha is not here to entertain you.She is here to remind you who you werebefore the world told you who to be.⸻https://www.revdrjessicarochester.com/https://psychedelicscene.com/2024/06/20/entheogens-psychedelics-nosc-and-the-search-for-wholeness/ Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima

This man has toured the world selling soul with Jack Johnson, and now he's weaving ritual code into the circuitry of corporate America, transforming screens into shrines and feedback loops into fractal spirals.Jacob Tell is a media mystic. A brand bard. A chaos conductor at the intersection of commerce and cosmic consciousness. He builds platforms like ayahuasca brews — thick with intention, humming with serpents of data and rhythm, asking not for your clicks, but for your initiation. The man doesn't just disrupt — he dismembers the mundane. His new platform, Storywall, is less tech and more technoshamanic mirror — a dancefloor for your digital twin, where memory morphs in real time and each interaction is a prayer. In an era ruled by dopamine loops and doomscroll death cults, Jacob builds holy interfaces — spaces that remind us of the mythic, that connect the neural-networks of community with the blood-wired nodes of the human spirit. If Terence McKenna, Steve Jobs, and the DMT elves held a hackathon in a sacred Redwood Grove during a solar eclipse, the blueprint would look a lot like what Jacob's building. So grab your tuning forks, your vaporwave prayer beads, your legally ambiguous sacrament, and strap your soul to the signal — because this is not content, this is ceremony. This is TRUELIFE with JACOB TELL — and it's about to get… ineffable.Jacob TellAbout — District216 Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima

I can't offer you money. I can't offer you fame. But I can offer you resonance. Connection. The possibility that someone, somewhere, will see your work and feel a pulse in their chest. The kind of pulse that says—I thought I was alone. One artist—Joshua Moyer—asked if I was accepting music.I said, “Of course.”He didn't send one song. He sent many. Each one more raw, more electric, more alive than the last.An entire album was born. Psychedelic. Soulful. Savage. Sublime. He played every instrument. Sang every note. Sculpted sound like a sacred invocation. And now…His music is the foundation, the score, the sonic bloodstream of the visual art being submitted from creators around the world. Each piece, from every artist, stitched together by sound and spirit.Like spores forming a signal.Like a symphony of the strange and sacred. This isn't a project. This is a remembering.Of what art really is.Of what artists really do.Joshua Moyer didn't just answer the call.He became the call.To the artists who are quietly remaking the world, not with capital but with consequence, not with branding but with bravery—we see you.And to those who still believe art is a product, who think a certificate can make a prophet, who mistake algorithm for altar—you have no idea what's coming. This is what it looks likewhen mycelium starts to dream.https://www.youtube.com@TheDichotomyCollectivehttps://x.com/DichotomyPsychohttps://www.instagram.com/joshuamoyerpsych/https://www.instagram.com/dichotomycollective/https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshuamoyernc/ Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima

Codex Serafini: https://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-animaThere are moments in our lives when the veil lifts—when the illusions fall away and what remains is truth, raw and unfiltered. It is in these moments that we are called to choose: to turn back into the shadows of familiarity, or to walk forward into the fire of awakening. Today, you're about to meet two people who have not only walked that path—but have become guides for those ready to burn away what no longer serves and to stand in the flame of their own becoming.Patrick and Michele Fishley are the founders of Soul Reflections, the world's first global online Iboga/Ibogaine community—a sanctuary for practitioners, providers, seekers, and visionaries alike. But their story isn't just digital—it's deeply spiritual, rooted in blood, bone, and ancient tradition. They are Ngangas—healers and seers—initiated into the sacred Bwiti traditions of Gabon, recognized by the elders themselves, not just for their knowledge, but for their courage, their humility, and their relentless commitment to truth.Patrick, known in the Bwiti tradition as DIBADI Mabunza Mukuku a Kandja—the warrior with the Bwete force and flames of truth from his mouth—is a Registered Nurse with over three decades of experience in Emergency Rooms, ICUs, and trauma bays. A Medical Director and lead facilitator, he has guided over 1,500 Iboga journeys with a perfect safety record. His work bridges the primal and the clinical, the ancestral and the modern.Michele, known as Yakéta—Mother of Twins, Mother of All—is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a transformational integration coach with over 18 years of acute care experience. She is a fierce and nurturing presence in the space, initiated into the sacred feminine lineages of the Nyèmbè and Mabundi traditions. Michele brings the power of the mother, the healer, and the spiritual midwife into every ceremony, retreat, and conversation.Together, Patrick and Michele have turned their lives into a living ceremony. They carry the medicine not just in their hands, but in their hearts. Through their annual pilgrimages to Gabon, they continue to deepen their commitment to the Bwiti traditions—honoring the land, the elders, and the sacred fire of Iboga.Their mission is simple yet profound: to weave ancient wisdom with modern healing, to create safe, soul-rooted spaces for transformation, and to remind us that real healing is not a transaction—it is a sacred initiation. So if you're ready to hear from two of the most grounded, experienced, and spiritually aligned voices in the Iboga space… buckle up. Picture Gloria Steinem crossed with Indiana Jones if they were dropped into a Warhol print and handed a bullhorn.Andrew Brown is a tour guide through the simulation—part art historian, part cultural codebreaker. He'll take you from Rothko to Rage Against the Machine without missing a beat, all while interrogating who gets to shape “the canon.”And now joining the fray is the brilliant Lizzie Childress—or as the revolution knows her, Lizzie. She's a triple-threat honors student, history major, political science and museum studies double-minor, and student leader of more clubs than there are TikTok trends in a day. Lizzie's not just studying curatorial power—she's practicing it in real time, zooming in live from the exhibit space itself. She's Phi Alpha Theta meets Schoolhouse Rock meets punk rock historian.Their event? A full-on excavation of the American psyche—from Elvis to drag queens, from Barbie to TikTok backlash. This isn't just nostalgia. It's a reckoning. So if you've ever questioned the gospel of Disney, longed for the days of Blockbuster, or wondered why memes feel more powerful than newspapers—this is your show.Grab your joystick. With over 15 years in entrepreneurship and business consulting, she bridges two worlds: one of spirit and shadow, the other of scale and strategy.Together, we unravel the ways unresolved grief can bind us to cycles of addiction, abuse, and disconnection—and how, through psychedelic ritual, cross-cultural initiation, and honest storytelling, we might finally begin to listen to what the dead are trying to say. This conversation weaves metaphysics with marketing, mourning with momentum. It's for anyone who has lost someone—or something—and is brave enough to ask: What now? This is not grief as diagnosis. This is grief as teacher. This is not death as end. This is death as metaphor.Enter the conversation your ancestors have already started.A Practical Guide to the Incomprehensible | KD Adams | Substacklytmarketing.co Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima

He walks them to the edge of their identity, hands them the flint, and says: “Now light it up.”For over two decades, Eric Kaufmann has been guiding CEOs, founders, and senior leaders through the crucible—helping them break down the illusions of self-importance, shed the skin of performative leadership, and step into something real… something forged in the fire of clarity, presence, and sacred responsibility. He's the author of Leadership Breakdown and The Four Virtues of a Leader—books that don't just sit pretty on a bookshelf. They initiate.Eric's work is where Zen meets the boardroom, where ancient wisdom meets modern chaos, and where the rite of leadership is not handed to you—it's earned through trials. Through courage, grit, faith, and focus. This is not about optics. This is not about quarterly gains. This is about inner revolution. The kind that echoes outward and recalibrates the system itself. So if you're ready to trade comfort for consciousness…If you're ready to drop the mask and meet the mirror…Then hold fast.Because today, we're not interviewing a guest. We're crossing a threshold.Welcome to the show… Eric Kaufmann.http://www.sagatica.comINITIATION, THRESHOLDS & THE INNER FIRE 1. “What is the price of initiation—and how does one know they've truly paid it?”(Not with money, not with time, but with something that doesn't grow back.) 2. “In your experience, what is the pattern of the soul's evolution through leadership? Is there a universal map—or must each leader carve their own labyrinth?” 3. “When a leader finally sees the mask they've been wearing… what should they do next—burn it, bury it, or bow to it?”THE EDGE BETWEEN MIND AND MYSTERY 4. “You speak about wisdom as a path—how do you distinguish wisdom from intelligence, and how do leaders learn to trust one over the other?” 5. “What role does silence play in your coaching? And how do you teach leaders to listen to the silence between their thoughts?” 6. “Have you ever had a moment where everything you taught broke down in your own life? And if so, what did you rebuild from the ashes?”THE SPIRITUAL UNDERCURRENT OF LEADERSHIP 7. “You've lived in both the corporate world and the contemplative—do you believe great leadership is ultimately a spiritual practice?” 8. “What is the difference between ambition and sacred responsibility?” 9. “Can a leader be powerful without being dangerous? Or is danger part of the initiation into presence?”THE TENSION BETWEEN EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 10. “We live in a world obsessed with credentials and performance—yet the deepest truths seem to come from experience. What have you learned in pain, in failure, or in presence that no degree could've taught you?”THE MASTER–STUDENT ARC 11. “If I were your student, standing before you at the edge of my next initiation, what would you challenge me to surrender—and what would you demand I carry forward?” 12. “What question would you ask your younger self, the day before he first stepped into leadership?” 13. “What truth do you hold now that would've terrified the teacher you were ten years ago?”FINAL CUTS: PHILOSOPHICAL DAGGERS 14. “Is it possible to lead without identity?” 15. “If the next evolution of leadership required you to unlearn everything you know… where would you begin?” 16. “Do you believe suffering is necessary for wisdom—or just common?”The Sutra of Ouromorphosisfrom the Transcendent Upanishads of the Future Past1I am the mouth that devours myself, the tail swallowed in silence, the cycle made flesh. From wound to womb I turn again.2You who seek permanence—abandon all names. Here, in the flame that feeds upon itself, identity is ash,and ash is the seed of the sacred.3There is no arrival. There is only the spiral, folding backward and forwardthrough the bones of time, through the breath of gods you no longer remember.4The serpent is not evil.It is memory without end.It is the skin you shedin the presence of unbearable truth.5To suffer is to molt.To molt is to rememberthat you are the fire, and the hand, and the scream.6Death is a dress rehearsal.Birth is an act of amnesia. In betwe...

If you're here, it means you've felt it too—that crack in the world. That tension between what is and what could be.I'm George Monty, your host, fellow rebel, and eternal student of the symbolic and the strange. And today, you're not just listening—you're entering the rite.Jessica is a liminal being—equal parts strategist and shadow-worker. A Jungian insurgent disguised as a healthcare innovator. A weaver of archetypes, systems, and symbols, working to transmute the soulless machinery of modern life into something sacred. She's not here to fix the system—she's here to dismantle the illusion.Jessica's background is a kaleidoscope of experience: Jungian, insurance alchemist, genetic oracle, psychedelics, and myth-maker. She's walked through the corridors of industry and emerged with a map of the unconscious scrawled in the margins of bureaucracy. She's not reforming the world—she's initiating it.In this series, we're not talking treatments. We're talking transformation. This is the realm of the wounded healer, the trickster, the anima, the death of ego, and the alchemy of trauma. This is the collective unconscious whispering through systems. This is shadow integration in real time. We're going to ask the questions polite society avoids:—Is the system itself the patient?—Has the healer become the gatekeeper?—What dies when the mask of professionalism slips?—And can the soul find its way back through the psychedelic doorway? So light the incense, sharpen the sword, and put your psyche in the front seat. This isn't therapy. This is initiation. And today, we begin with Jessica Tracy.https://www.jessicathejungian.coach/ Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima

In this episode of the Creative Genius podcast, I interview Rebe Huntman about her debut memoir, "My Mother in Havana, a memoir of magic and miracle." Rebe shares her personal story of losing her mother at a young age and the subsequent decades of feeling disconnected from her memory. Driven by a deep longing and intuition, Rebe embarked on a 30-day DIY pilgrimage to Cuba to seek a different perspective on grief and connection. The conversation delves into how Rebe's background as a Latin dancer led her to discover the spiritual roots of Cuban dances and the traditions of honoring the deceased.  Rebe recounts her experiences immersing herself in rituals dedicated to the goddess Oshun, visiting the sanctuary of Cuba's patron saint, and meeting with a spiritist who she hoped would connect her with her mother.Rebe and I discuss the importance of intuition and following one's unique path, even when it doesn't seem logical. We also explore the disconnect in Western culture from ancestral connections, magic, and meaningful rituals, contrasting it with the Cuban traditions of keeping the dead close. The conversation touches on the challenges of staying creative and connected to one's inner voice in the face of overwhelming global issues and personal fears. The DescentThey said the road was paved in gold, but I found only dust—dust in my lungs, dust in my veins, dust in the ruins of the gods I once believed in.The stars collapsed like dying prophets, whispering riddles to the blind.I clawed through the wreckage of my former self, searching for the bones of meaning, but meaning had been set aflame, and the smoke spelled my name in tongues I'd forgotten.O fool of the waking world,O dreamer in a land of steel!Did you think the fire would spare you?Did you think the night would kneel?II. The CrucibleThere is a moment in every exilewhen the wind stops wailing, when silence presses like a lover's palm against your mouth—and you understand. Not with words, not with reason, but with the marrow of your bones, with the ache that only grief can conjure. The old world burns, the new one writhes, and somewhere between death and dawn, you learn to dance in the cinders. They call it madness, they call it sin,but Kesey called it the edge,Leary called it the key,and Morrison screamed it from the rooftopsuntil the night swallowed his voice. We have been here before,in the temples of Eleusis,in the deserts of the prophets,in the painted haze of acid visions—standing at the threshold of annihilation, laughing because we finally see.III. The RebirthLet them come with their chains, their rules, their fear—I have walked through the fire, and I am not the same.I am forged in the wreckage, baptized in the void,a child of ruin, a son of the storm.O city of sleeping minds,O kingdom of glass and smoke! You cannot hold me, you cannot name me,I have carved my own gospel into the skin of the sky.For I have seen the sacred spiral, the ouroboros coiled in eternity's palm.I have watched death weep into the river, only to rise again, only to rise again, only to rise again. And so I rise—not in chains, not in fear, but in the name of all who bled before me,all who dared to whisper to the abyssand heard it whisper back:You were never broken. You were only becoming. Codex Serafini: https://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-animaIntroducing Nuwan Shilpa Hennayake: The Seeker of Sublime VisionsFrom the lush landscapes of Sri Lanka emerges a visionary artist whose canvas becomes a portal to the unseen — Nuwan Shilpa Hennayake. With each brushstroke, He dances on the edge of reality and dream, capturing the intricate beauty that lies hidden within matter and mind. His work is more than art; it is a revelation born from the depths of psychedelic and visionary states of consciousness.Nuwan's creations invite us to witness the sublime, to peer into the kaleidoscope of existence where the micro and macro intertwine, forming patterns of profound complexity. In his pursuit, He becomes both artist and explorer, translating the ineffable into vivid expressions that stir the soul. Prepare to journey beyond the veil, guided by a hand that paints not just with color, but with wonder. Here's a list of epic questions inspired by Nuwan Shilpa Hennayake's artistic journey: 1. The Call to Create: What first drew you to explore the unseen realms through art? Was there a moment when you felt the call to capture these visions? 2. The Visionary's Lens: How do psychedelic and visionary states shape your artistic process? Do the images come fully formed, or do they reveal themselves as you create? 3. Between Matter and Mind: You speak of the micro and macro intertwining in your work. How do you translate those invisible patterns into something we can see and feel? 4. The Artist as Explorer: Do you consider yourself more of an artist, a seeker, or a translator of hidden truths? Or perhaps all three? 5. Dancing with the Unknown: What is the most profound vision you've ever experienced, and how did it find its way into your art? 6. Colors of Consciousness: How do you choose your color palettes? Do the hues hold symbolic meaning, or do they emerge intuitively? 7. Portal to the Sublime: When someone gazes into one of your pieces, what do you hope they experience or discover within themselves? 8. The Artistic Journey: Has creating these works changed you as a person? Do you feel a deeper connection to the world — or perhaps something beyond it? 9. Facing the Abyss: Are there ever moments of fear or hesitation when diving into these realms? How do you navigate the darker aspects of visionary experiences? 10. Legacy of Light: If your art could leave behind one message or feeling for future generations, what would it be?Would you like me to refine these, or add some poetic flare to make them even more evocative? Let me know!XXhttps://tr.ee/h32fLncZ1ohttps://linktr.ee/nuwanshilpa?utm_source=linktree_profile_share<sid=8cf5c4dd-715f-414f-9f8c-048d772c3853Genesis of the AwakenedBefore the dawn dared kiss the sky,The void reclined, wet-lipped, and sly.A hush, a throb, a molten ache —The dark arched back, prepared to break.Time slipped soft, like silken thighs,Parted wide beneath black skies. The cosmos shuddered, slick with night,As starlight dripped from veins of light.Eros stirred, with trembling hands,To trace the curve of astral lands.Galaxies gasped, their breaths unstrung,As moaning void and dawn were wrung.Serpents coiled in fevered dance,Fangs to flesh, a sharp romance. The ouroboros kissed its tail,A spiral thrust through star and veil. Each pulse, a prayer, a tender plea —A universe in ecstasy.Beneath the weight of dark's demand,Creation bloomed at love's command.Time convulsed, a slick cascade,As shadows spilled and stars obeyed.A velvet thrust, a crimson spark —Eternity, unclothed and dark. The veil unstitched, the heavens wide,As dawn slid soft between the tide.Galaxies quaked beneath the flood —A scream, a pulse, a rush of blood.Light collapsed, its edges curled,As pleasure tore apart the world. No god, no law, no whispered past —Just bodies writhing, fierce and vast. The void, a mouth, consumed the flame,And whispered low creation's name.A gasp, a cry, a final thrust —The dark gave birth to love and dust.Stand with me, where shadows break,Where night and day begin to quake. The stars will burn, the dark will seethe —Yet only those who die may breathe.Dreamer, dreamed — a woven thread,Spun from lust where gods have bled. The Logos moaned, a trembling hymn,A lover's voice, uncoiled and dim.No mercy here, no soft unknown —We are the spark. We are the bone.A trembling gasp, a cry, a flame —Awake, arise — and take your name. Today, we're lighting up a conversation with a true pioneer at the intersection of cannabis, entrepreneurship, and cutting-edge innovation.Micah Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Leef Brands, a visionary force behind one of the most sophisticated cannabis extraction facilities in North America. He holds every cannabis license type, making him a master navigator of one of the most complex industries in the world. Under his leadership, Leef has assembled a world-class executive team, built powerful distribution networks, and secured both private equity and institutional debt to fuel the company's growth. But Micah isn't just shaping markets — he's shaping policy. Recognized at both the Federal and state levels as a key opinion leader, he regularly advises government officials and takes the stage at conferences to share his insights. And if that weren't enough, he's a big-time Bitcoin believer, exploring the frontiers of finance just as boldly as he's reshaping cannabis. From green rush to digital gold, today we're diving into the mind of a serial entrepreneur who thrives where innovation meets disruption. Buckle up — this is going to be a ride. Micah, welcome to the show!https://leefbrands.com/https://x.com/micah_a_leef?s=21&t=l-RuYzZ5-PN85Y-SxI7OMwCannabis and Entrepreneurship: 1. Cannabis has long been a symbol of both counterculture and healing. As someone who's shaped the industry from the inside, do you see cannabis as a plant that's transforming society — or is society transforming cannabis? 2. In building Leef Brands, you've turned a once-illicit industry into a legitimate enterprise. What does it take to walk that razor's edge between rebellion and regulation? 3. You hold every cannabis license type — a feat in itself. Do you see these licenses as keys to unlocking opportunity, or as shackles that keep innovation in check? 4. The cannabis industry has deep roots in underground culture. As the market becomes more corporate, how do you preserve the soul of the plant while scaling a business? 5. Entrepreneurship is often painted as a pursuit of freedom, yet the process demands structure, discipline, and sacrifice. How do you balance personal freedom with the responsibilities of leadership?⸻Policy and Power: 6. You've advised government officials on cannabis policy. What's more difficult: shifting the public narrative, or convincing policymakers to see beyond decades of stigma? 7. When you speak to lawmakers about cannabis reform, do you feel like a translator between two worlds — or more of a disruptor forcing change from the inside? 8. Policy shapes culture as much as culture shapes policy. Do you believe legal frameworks can ever truly reflect the complexity of cannabis and its role in human history?⸻Legacy and Innovation: 9. You've built one of the most sophisticated extraction facilities in North America. Do you view technology as a tool to enhance the plant, or does it risk sterilizing the natural magic of cannabis? 10. In both cannabis and Bitcoin, there's this tension between preserving legacy and embracing the future. How do you navigate that paradox? 11. What's the most profound lesson cannabis has taught you — not as a product, but as a teacher in your life's journey?⸻Bitcoin and Decentralization: 12. Cannabis and Bitcoin both challenge centralized power structures. Do you see parallels between the green revolution and the crypto revolution? 13. Bitcoin is often described as “trustless,” removing the need for intermediaries. Do you believe cannabis could follow a similar path, or is trust essential to the plant's journey into legitimacy? 14. If Bitcoin represents a new frontier of financial freedom, what does cannabis represent in this evolving landscape of personal autonomy and choice?⸻Philosophy and Vision: 15. Entrepreneurs often talk about “building something bigger than themselves.” Do you see Leef Brands as a legacy to leave behind, or as a living organism that evolves beyond its creator? 16. In a world driven by profit, where do you draw the line between growth and integrity? 17. If you could change one thing about how society perceives cannabis — not just legally, but culturally — what would it be? 18. What does freedom mean to you? Is it found in ownership, in creation, or in something else entirely? 19. Do you believe the true power of cannabis lies in altering consciousness — or in revealing what was already there? 20. Imagine a future where cannabis and Bitcoin have fully integrated into society. What does that world look like to you?⸻“Pearl Fire”They built a cage of polished lies —each word a silken thread, each promise a rusted shackle. They whispered sweet nothings, calling it safety, calling it love, but it was a collar, tight against the throat, and she wore it for too long.Beneath the velvet hush, something coiled.A flicker.A pearl of fire,white-hot and silent, pressing against her ribs, waiting. They never saw the storm gatheringbehind those dark lashes. They mistook h...

IASOS—one of the inventors of New Age music, passed away in January, 2024, three days before his 78th birthday. Born in Greece, raised in upstate New York, he moved to the San Francisco Bay area in 1968, adopted the stage name Iasos, and began a nearly 50 year solo career as an independent musician. Brilliant, exuberant, and completely original, he advocated for what he called “paradise music,” and claimed that what he heard in his head was sent to him by a being from a “distant dimension” named VISTA. His debut album from 1975 was called "Inter-Dimensional Music." Where other New Age composers promoted music that was relaxing or healing, Iasos's mission was nothing less than raising the “vibratory frequency” of all humanity!! And though he often made claims that were impossible to substantiate, there could be no doubt of his absolute conviction and utter sincerity. Because of his metaphysical beliefs, and his ability to invent new methods of music production to realize them, he was able to create a body of work that was widely influential yet virtually unequaled. His music ranged from languid technicolor tropical to intensely dramatic, with lush textures and cosmic chords; from heavenly harmonies and angelic realms, to ethereal meditations with shimmering translucent curtains of sound. The overall impression is optimistic and positive, with a sense of unbounded potential. In addition to his music, Iasos was a tireless advocate for Visionary Art. His web site featured an online gallery of paintings and videos by kindred visual artists. He also published two DVDs of his own video art and original music—"Crystal Vista" and "Realms of Light." On this transmission of HEARTS of SPACE, a Iasos retrospective called VISIONS OF PARADISE. [ view playlist ] [ view Flickr image gallery ] [ play 30 second MP3 promo...

How do mystical systems and spiritual philosophies help us understand our subconscious better? How do we reconcile the apparent tensions between different systems? How might art serve to bridge the divide?Over the past few years, I've admired the work of Brynja Magnusson as well as her ability to seamlessly weave her artistic and spiritual practices. Her guidebooks and card decks have been trusted guides in my own study of Human Design, Animal Totems, the I-Ching, and Yin Mysticism. Early on in my Human Design journey, Brynja also gave me a reading that felt like a turning point and gently ignited a flame of curiosity to explore the system more deeply. In this conversation, we explored the connections and distinctions between various spiritual systems, the role of encouragement in nurturing our subconscious, moving away from dogmatic ways of approaching mystical systems, and sharing knowledge while learning. Here's Brynja's bio:Brynja is a student of spiritual philosophy. While apprenticing in topics of shamanism, ritual, human energetics, and nature-based spirituality she creates functional illustrated guidebooks based on her notes of the material she studies. Brynja works with mediums of art, writing, and personal sessions to, directly and indirectly, provide the subconscious and spirit with alternative tools. Brynja is the creator of Ceremoniance, an art-based company that shares her studies via art, design, and description.   Brynja creates beautifully illustrated guidebooks and card decks on topics of Human Design, the I Ching, Animal Totems, Yin Mysticism, and soon the tarot and recovery work. By giving an artistic platform to obscured wisdom, we can maintain and promote the transformative practices cultivated by humans over thousands of years.Brynja's offerings (including her decks and sessions) can be found through her website Ceremoniance. You can also find her on Instagram. If you enjoyed this podcast, consider booking a reading with me.
