1999 is one of the great movie years - perhaps because Paul Schrader's FOREVER MINE only technically premiered that year, and didn't see release until 2002 (on Starz, to boot). But is this long-gestating tale of torrid passion the Sirkian romance Schrader claims, or more of a nasty noir pastiche? Is it neither of those things, and instead a very compelling advertisement for The Legendary Pink Palace of St. Pete Beach? What's the deal with Joseph Fiennes? You'll have to listen to find out!    Further Reading: The Erotic Thriller in Contemporary Cinema by Linda Ruth Williams Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert Further Viewing: ALL THAT HEAVEN ALLOWS (Sirk, 1995), etc. FAR FROM HEAVEN (Haynes, 2002) "Pitbull - Sexy Beaches (Official Video) ft. Hello, Earpers! Our Black Badge crew is back this week with an all-new episode. A very, pregnant Wynonna and cross-fit badass, Waverly, show off their best moves right at the top of the episode. Doc finds a perfect (read: creepy) painting for the baby's room. Wynonna blindsides Doc with a very unexpected proposal (not that kind...unfortunately). As we learned last week, his ring is the third seal and she wants to destroy it before the widows can get to it. WayHaught are on the outs and Waverly connects with Rosita. Dolls and Jeremy team up again and it is highly entertaining. Don't you love it when Dolls gets those glowy eyes of fire? Hit play and listen in as Brad and Cort breakdown the biggest OMG moments of the episode. What do you think the Widow meant about Waverly being special? Are you on board with Cort's theory about Waverly's parentage? Hit the comments and let us know what you thought of this week's episode, "Forever Mine, Nevermind." We've got just a few more episodes left before the finale.

Randy Wilkins is a three-time Emmy Award-winning director, cinematographer, and editor from the Bronx, NY. Shortly after receiving his B.A. in English from Franklin and Marshall College, Randy’s lifelong dream to play professional baseball was shattered after a significant injury. Under these tragic circumstances, he discovered a new passion: filmmaking. Befriending legendary filmmaker Spike Lee and by the director’s urging, Randy enrolled in NYU’s esteemed Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Film Program where he earned a chair’s fellowship and a Masters of Fine Arts in 2009. As a finalist in the ABFF/HBO Short Film Contest, Randy’s NYU thesis film, “Osvaldo’s,” earned an exclusive license agreement with HBO for broadcast as well as numerous awards and festival screenings. Professionally, Randy has been raised through the legendary Forty Acres and A Mule Filmworks beginning as an editorial intern on “Inside Man.” Randy has recently served as Lead Editor on Lee's joints including "Da Sweet Blood of Jesus," “Jesus Shuttlesworth” for ESPN, "The Greatest Catch" for ESPN, “Katt Williams Priceless” for HBO, "What Is The Triangle? A Spike Lee Orange and Blue Skies Joint" for the MSG Network, Andra Day’s debut music video “Forever Mine” and “2 Fists Up” for ESPN. In addition to his editing work, Randy earned two Emmys for his cinematography on the FOX 59 Promo "Indiana Made” and PIX 11 Promo “Lionel.”   As a director, Randy has enjoyed success with his award-winning digital series “Docket 32357.”  Wilkins is currently in post-production for Season Two of Docket, while in development for his first feature script “Pray for A Little More Spring.” Randy’s latest directorial effort is the ESPN 30 for 30/Lil’ Spike Joint “86-32” chronicling the controversial decision between Roy Jones Jr. and Park Si-Hun in the Light Middle-Heavyweight gold medal match at the 1988 Summer Olympics.    Work: Film: 86-32 - This film is a part of the Spike Lee Lil' Joint Series for ESPN. 86 - 32 is an ESPN 30 for 30 short focusing on 19-year-old boxing Olympian Roy Jones Jr and the harrowing lesson that all that glitters ain't gold.   Credits: Director - Randy Wilkins Executive Producer - Spike Lee Producer - Dena Greenbaum ESPN Producer - Marquis Daisy ESPN Associate Producer - Shaun Alperin DP - Grace Bach Editor - Ryan Demark Starring - Roy Jones, Teddy Atlas, Wallace Matthews and Nabate Isles   Web Series - Docket number 32357 In an eerily quiet courtroom hallway, Lois anxiously awaits the announcement of docket number 32357. Valerie, a successful retail buyer, rushes to take a seat along the bench we find Lois sitting on. The ominous voice that bellows from the speaker inspires a conversation between Lois and Valerie. As the two women grow more comfortable they realize their meeting is anything, but by chance. What the two women discover will change their lives moving forward.
