If you find that you're not converting on your free calls, whether you call them a discovery call, strategy session, clarity breakthrough call, etc. You’re getting on the phone with your ideal customers and they are not saying yes. You are beyond frustrated. In this episode, I talk about what’s getting in the way of you being able to create consistent success and simple shifts you can make to increase your conversion rates. In 2007, there were less online leads than homes sold (2.7mm). Fast forward 2011, I remember being one of the first teams with a Boomtown account and online lead gen, which was proprietary and innovative. Now there are hundreds of millions of subscriptions (or registrations) that are being sold to realtors, but might be sold to dozens of different real estate agents. That's why many realtors are hesitant about online leads. The difference between success and all that wasted capital? Follow up. The number of leads you bring in is irrelevant if you don't have the follow up systems to back it up. I remember 6 years ago when Josh and I started to realize this problem.
