He was ordained by the Evangelical Free Church of America, then planted and served Hope Community Church for 22 years, before moving to Fort Wayne in 2019 to serve as a hospice chaplain.He served in that role until August of 2023 when he left to plant Park Place Community Church - a Fresh Expression of Church. Jon and his wife Beth have two married daughters and are the proud grandparents of eight!
