Join us in this Magical Moment of the Our Daily Magic Podcast (LIVE from the Facebook Group and Youtube) with "I am Magickai" aka Kaí and Dell Henderson aka "The True Essence Connector" as they interview Arianna Holiday. Singer, songwriter, and creative genius Arianna Holiday asked the Universe for an opportunity to change the world. She never expected that opportunity would come in the form of a brain tumor - that she diagnosed herself. Arianna is a strong Italian woman who always dreamed of becoming a famous singer. She felt her calling so strong that she never created a “plan B” - until her health took a drastic turn. Doctors dismissed her as she searched for answers. Determined to feel better, Arianna spent years studying nutrition, functional movement, body image, and holistic health. For the second time in her life, she felt a calling. This time, to become Coach Ari. Evaluating 12 different areas of health, she believes health is more than calories and cardio. Arianna knows all too well that body image is a critical component to a successful health journey. “Poor body image influences poor decisions.” After addressing her own body image, Arianna went back to the place she felt at home - the stage. A regular at the karaoke bars, Arianna had left her dream of a singing career behind - until her health took another turn. As her symptoms returned, the medical system continued to fail her. Completely depleted, she tried one last time. Arianna walked into her new OBGYN's office and stated, “I have a brain tumor. Please scan my brain.” Not only did she diagnose herself, she accurately pinpointed the location which was soon confirmed by an MRI. Her body exhausted, Arianna had new physical limitations. Once again, she turned back to music as she prepared for brain surgery. She wrote her first single, “I AM THE STORM,” which features the production of Kurt from The Lost Order. The song is an anthem for those who have ever thought they wouldn't make it - or had someone else declare they wouldn't make it. Check out her song "I AM THE STORM" here: Youtube Spotify ***** Dell started the episode by asking Arianna how she managed to diagnose herself with a brain tumor (7:41) where shares her experiences with the doctors and the unusual changes in her body. Kai was curious about her family's support when she went through the ordeal (12:50). Dell then asks about her thoughts and feelings when her diagnosis was confirmed as this was a life-altering (16:12) where she says that a good support system is crucial to the success of recovery. Dell then asks Ari about her advice to people who have negative views of their bodies (25:37) when she mentioned that she embraced all the changes in her body. Kai moves the conversation to Ari's song and asks about its origin and what it means to her (39:00) where Ari shares what she went through when she got diagnosed and how it became the inspiration for her song. Tune in to the whole episode as our hosts and Arianna talk about hope, loss, inspiration, and MANY MORE! Stay Magical! ***** Discover your soul's truth so you can get exactly what you want out of life. Book a FREE Soul Chat with Kaí + Dell: https://ourdailymagic.as.me/soulchat

After months of inflation made everyday life a struggle for many families, Americans are finally experiencing some relief. With the latest Consumer Price Index data showing that inflation has fallen to 6.5% -- compared to 7.1% last month and nearly 9% last summer -- many families in the U.S. can relax as prices at the grocery store and gas pump ease a bit. Though there have been months of consistent progress, the Federal Reserve is aiming to lower the inflation rate to 2%, meaning Americans can likely expect more interest rate hikes until the Fed believes they've "finally beaten inflation." On the Rundown, Strategic Wealth Partners CEO Mark Tepper joins to discuss why the inflation rate does not reflect the health of the entire economy, the probability of a recession hitting the US despite inflation cooling off, and what "sticky inflation" is and why it's important Americans pay attention to it.
