It's hard to believe it's been 3 years since Kristen Lundberg and Nicole joined me in studio. Time flies when there is a global pandemic... The Henny Youngman of the 21st century Kristen Lundberg and horror writer Nicole Sixx joined Mark for a show as wild as Kristen's curly locks Kristen talked about being banned from the Dayton Ohio comedy scene before she was 18, and that led her to become known for her funny YouTube videos. Ever the artist, she has had the most interesting day jobs from working in a toy factory to sculpting ice to changing from her regular clothes at a comedy gig to a an outfit tailored to look sexy. She was on America's Got Talent where Simon liked her, but not everyone did. She is booking plenty of lesbian auditions and is now rocketing up the Hollywood comedy scene with her high energy act violin in hand. Nicole talked about how she has revamped her social media and has a new army of fans, partially due to how great her long legs look in a pair of stockings. She talks about how her new book will be about witches and why she considers herself a witch. She is getting lots of offers in film, both in front of the camera as well as to adapt her short stories into features. She reminisced about her Colorado upbringing and how gingers are hot, especially Shawn White. In this episode, comedian and actress Kristen Lundberg leaps out of a Mountain Dew commercial and into our hearts. People expected a lot of the first episode of season 2 of this podcast, and I'm proud to say that through diplomacy, Kristen and I were able to downgrade the War on Christmas to an "extended military engagement." We discuss recent news from the family behind "Hanson" and whether or not a talented Pilates instructor could take on a lazy Navy SEAL.
My guest this week is comedian Kristen Lundberg. Kristen Lundberg is a mixed bag of talent, a comedian, actress, violinist, ice sculptor, and the self-proclaimed commercial queen! The one thing she's the worst at though is public relations. She shares a WILD story about how she turned her commercial into an NFT and tried to sell it to Jeff Bezos himself.SUBSCRIBE TO MY YOUTUBE and watch full episodes of the podcast every week: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsSeaqP56zWVTzZ2_U76wcA
Kristen Lundberg! This my second video podcast, and this can also be found on YouTube channel: With Miska Podcast Episodes. https://youtu.be/FBir17Ho-hM A wonderful and honest talk with Kristen. I visited her place, and we talked in her yard. Kristen has made some big life changes, and this became a very interesting and wide-ranging talk in which Kristen tells about her life in Ohio, and how she worked as a toy sculptor, and later transitioned into an ice sculptor in LA. I was prepared to talk about stand-up comedy and playing violin (which she does), but lately Kristen has been having doubts about her future as a stand-up, and she talks very openly about this. She has changed her path in life, and wants to concentrate on other things, like dramatic acting and ensemble work. This is a wonderful discussion on how life can change its course, and how you need to embrace the change when it comes.
