Probably a lot if you're like most entrepreneurs? Or if you're anything like me at least? How much time do you think about getting more leads? How much time and you could feel free to answer me if you're on the live stream? I bet it's a ton as well because I think it's one of the things that most of us, as coaches as entrepreneurs are driven by is we want to help more people, right, we want to help more people.    5:45 So if you guys have questions, you know, feel free to ask as well. And so here's the deal, I'm going to give you five steps. This is what I call a strategic freebie, just as is said, he knows how to create a strategic freebie that his audience does. Like it's going to create demand for the desire they have. And I'm going to teach you how to do this today. And so communicating your call to action, again, is important. It's not about what you say, right? Like, hey, go download my free, blah, blah, blah. It's not about what you say, but rather how you say it. All right. Like I told this story the other day, but it rings true for this as well. There were a couple of instances here, but my daughter was out here, I'm pointing to our living room, and she was watching or she wanted to watch TV. She loves to watch blue. I can't remember who's blue, your paw patrol. It's one of those two, she's five, right?    11:59 But this is exactly how we do it in our marketing, especially if you want people to be quote-unquote, qualified, right? Because anybody can just say there's a lead, you know, right. And by the way, there's a difference between a lead and a prospect. Does anybody know the difference between a lead and a prospect? A lead is like anybody's a lead, like, straight up, dude, if you're watching this video, you're a leader. That doesn't mean you're ever gonna buy anything, you might maybe not, I don't know, a lead is different than a prospect. A prospect is somebody that enters your sales pipeline, right? So if you ever like said, Hey, do you want this free thing? And they said yes. And they enter the next phase of your sales pipeline, and they're interested in your services, they become a prospect, right? A lead is anybody that's technically consuming your content can be considered a lead. And so we want to make sure we have qualified, and I should have titled these prospects not just leads in our pipeline. So here's how we do it, you're ready.    17:03 Like that was one of their biggest pains is because they had stubborn fat on their body. They felt gross, they had a terrible sex life because they didn't want to like being naked in front of their partner. They didn't want to go to the beach with their family. They didn't want to go on the boat. Like it was like a really deep pain and a desire. Right, you see how the congruency so when somebody wanted it, when I did it effectively, which I'm going to show you an example in a second, I was able to get all these qualified people, right? You know, we had posts sometimes where we would do a post and we would do a video. And literally, we would have hundreds of comments hundreds off of one video. So like literally one piece of content granted to I always did videos, and then I would do a hook as opposed. Now you may be asking what kind of post Jason, it could be like one of those color background posts on Facebook. Those work pretty well. It could be a longer post, you know, you could do a longer post, go check out my feed. I did a little bit of a story post yesterday around being you know, leaving the fire department and doing this. It could be multiple ways but you use your hook as the post. Alright.    23:13 But that you know, it's like there are only a few things that you have to do consistently and get better at. And that's what's going to produce leads. And this happens to be one of them. And so what we have to do is we want to make sure that we're going to our market with a call to action that is either indirect or direct if you want qualified leads, you want to be more direct, like either sending them to, like, for example, a stubborn fat cheat sheet. In my fitness program, I help people lose stubborn belly fat, right? The congruence see was strong there. And so while it was more of an indirect offer, it was a very direct call to action to the problem that my program solved.    “Attract more people as we show you how to sharpen your message. In this episode, we discuss Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Sometimes we talk as though intelligence is a singular concept that has a scale and we all sit at different spots on that scale. Yet we see all around us adults and children who are very smart in math but not at all good with words, musically gifted but klutzy on the athletic field and so on. Most of us, in fact, struggle with some tasks and sail through others. Although all children have the same basic needs, their learning needs are more complex and individualized. Just because all the children are well fed and loved, does not mean that they will excel while sitting at a desk and filling out worksheets. Not all children will express aptitude in this way.  In fact, Howard Gardner proposed seven different categories of intelligence in his 1983 book “Frames of Mind(Helding, 2009).  In his Theory of  Multiple Intelligences, Gardner originally identified the following: musical, intrapersonal, interpersonal, spatial, logical-mathematical, linguistic, and bodily-kinesthetic intelligence. It is undeniable that individuals have different strengths and abilities.  We break down each intelligence and talk about how to grow them and support that growth in the children with whom you work. We sometimes forget that each child is valuable as we get swallowed up in the belly of academic pressures. At 13 Dylan Soh started his first business with his invention the 'GIY Stick' which reuses plastic bottles and upcycled fabric to make any pot self-watering. This was Soh's first crowdfunding campaign and he raised $25,000 on Kickstarter. Now, at 17, Dylan has launched another invention into a startup business called the One Kind Block, "The world's first LEGO-like hydroponic unit designed to make cities fertile by adapting to your windows, balconies, corridors, and walls."
