News:Hi folks and welcome to the new episode of The Good Man's Radio Show. I've had the unfortunate spell of unluck which has forced me to take time off work. Not a great thing financially but on the plus side, it gave me plenty of time to work on this episode which always cheers me up. Also folks I'm still struggling to get listener numbers up to a respectable level so, once again, if you could spread the word, share the show or leave the odd comment/like or two it would be much appreciated. This episode is a little shorter than usual for some unknown reason. I did work out the tracklist and times but it came in 6 minutes short. I was thinking about shoehorning another track in but I think I liked the mix as it was. Hope you don't mind. Anyway, enough preamble, I'll let you go and listen. Enjoy the show and hopefully we'll meet again.Tracklist: Blow My Mind – William Penn Fyve Come Back Baby – Screaming Lord Sutch You'll Be Mine – Long John Baldry Second Fiddle – Gnomes of Zurich Teenage Archangel – Be Bop Deluxe One of Those days – Steve Gibbons Blues on The Westside – Aguaturbia Move It – Stray Why Would I Care (demo) – The Sound Barrier Right On, Fight On – Pink Fairies Haze Woman – Anan Aeroplane – Jethro Toe Musical Store Room – The Skatalites Donna – The Blues Busters Soldiers of Time – Julian Jay Savarin I've Got to Know – The Stone Poneys Far Away Mountain – Sun Dragon Green Veined Orchid – The Universals Sittin' in The Trap – Jam Factory Church Without a Name – The First Edition I've Been Lonely Too Long – The Young Rascals Sir Patrick Spens – Fairport Convention Morning Glory – Tim Buckley Going Home – NGC-4594 You I'll Be Following – Love We're Going Wrong – Rotary Connection Zzotto – The Daisy Chain B. News: Welcome one and all for another episode of The Good Man's Radio Show. Thanks for joining me through another delve into the musical archives from the 60's & 70's. In this episode I have gone back to my roots a little with a heavy leaning towards the 1960's and not so much of the 70's. Hope you don't mind too much but I have a whole load of new music from that decade and it reminded me why I got into it in the first place. There is still plenty of eclectic tunage to suit all tastes though I feel so I hope you like it. Talking of which, I now have a subscription to Ratemypodcast.com and I would really appreciate it if you could pay a visit and leave a few words about the show, whether good, bad or ugly. Thanks in advance and you'll find most of the links below. Anyway, enjoy the show and I look forward to any feedback, and remember, if you are enjoying it, please share the show and spread the love. News:Well, here we are again folks with another installment of The Good Man's Radio Show for your pleasure. Big thanks once again to Andrew North for making it possible and Matt G for filling the Audio Library some more. Good news for you all, the show is now only partially blocked on YouTube, fortunately only in Russia/Belarus (they don't know what they're missing). This means that all the newer shows should be available to listen to on YouTube so they should reach a bigger audience at some point. More love to share is a good thing. If anyone can do me a Big Favour and visit the site and start liking and leaving comments, that would be very much appreciated as it seems, the more people visit the more YouTube pushes it on peoples feed and more folks get to be aware of it. Anyway, hope you enjoy the show and thanks to you all for the support and listens so far. News:Welcome to another new episode of The Good man's radio Show. Hope you are enjoying the trip so far. Still trying to keep it eclectic and to not fall into the trap of just being another Psych/Garage show hence throwing a few rock tracks in to the mix amongst other things. I still cannot get the show up on YouTube annoyingly. They hosted it on Google Podcasts which they have now discontinued. They then asked for an RSS Feed to link up the show then blocked it Worldwide on Copywrite grounds which is vey frustrating. 72nd Show News & Tracklist:Hi folks and welcome to the new edition of The Good man's radio Show. Plenty to be getting your lugs into in this episode with the likes of The Artwoods, East of Eden (sorry Matt G I mixed up which episode they featured in), Genesis and If to name barely a few. Very sad to hear of Melanie Safka's passing and I had already recorded most of the show when it happened, so I shall feature a few tracks on the next show for sure. If my vocal sounds different in this episode it is because I had some vocal clean up software Add-On installed. Not sure what to make of it and ¾ of the way through the show the trial period expired so it may sound a bit mixed up. Any feedback you can give me would be helpful though as not to sure whether to pay for it or just continue as usual. Anyway, please enjoy the show and if you would be so kind to follow me on Podomatic.com and share the show, which would be fantastic….enjoy. 1 Any More Than I Do – The Attack2 Fortune Teller – Tony Jackson & The Vibrations3 Sticks & Stones – Jeanie & The Big Guys4 I'll Go Crazy – Zoot Money's Big Roll Band5 Lookin' For My Pigs – Ray Hoff & The Offbeats6 Leo: The Lord of Lights – Zodiac7 Ritual #1 – The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band8 Reverberation (Doubt) (Live) – 13th Floor Elevators9 One Eyed Hound – Genesis10 Blue Boar Blues – East of Eden11 All Fall Down – Lindisfarne12 Julie – The Corporate Body13 Follow Me – Tony Jackson Group14 Circle Round the Sun – Marian Segal15 Plastic Daffodils – Atlanta Roots16 The Sun Goes Down – Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich17 Who is The Doctor – Jon Pertwee18 Come See me – J.J. News:Well, here we are folks for another fun packed instalment of The Good Man's Radio Show ep.69. Thanks to all for listening and for the positive vibes. Makes all the hard work worth doing I feel. I am always striving to keep the music true to the ethos of the show and keep it well mixed, but I have thrown in some more obvious names this episode which may make the show a little more accessible to any new listeners. In saying this, I don't want to do a show all about The Beatles or The Rolling Stones broken up by Jimi Hendrix tracks. Some may like it but there's plenty more music out there waiting to be mined from the depths for your aural pleasure. Well, all that's left for me to say then is, Enjoy….. 69th Show Tracklist:1 Rock Is Here to Stay – The All-Night Workers2 I See The Light – The Five Americans3 Biff Bang Pow – The Creation4 When I Arrive – We The People5 Wispy Paisley Skies – Fraternity of Man6 Pools Of Blue – Barclay James Harvest7 Voodoo Woman – Laurel Aitken8 Hip Huggin' Mini – Soul Purpose9 Bring The Boys Back Home – Freda Payne10 On The Dole – Arthur's mother11 The Vultures Fly High – Renaissance12 Sun Zoom Spark – Captain Beefheart & The Magic Band13 Wasted – Zebra14 Time Will Be Your Doctor – Tucky Buzzard15 Tell Me What You See – John Bryant16 What You Got – The Eccentrics17 Good Morning Little Schoolgirl – Rod Stewart18 Severn Day Fool – Etta James19 Ring The Living Bell/Shine The Living Light – Melanie20 Flowers Never Bend with The Rainfall – Simon & Garfunkel21 The Future Hides It's Face – Man22 Pantomime – Tony Rivers & The Castaways23 Green Plant – The Tokens24 I Want You Back – Thursday's Child25 Driving Wheel – The Paul Butterfield Blues Band26 Circumstances – Captain Beefheart & The magic Band27 Take Me Down to The Water – Heavy Jelly28 Season Of The Witch – Pesky Gee!29 Oh, Bella (All That's Hers) – Humble Pie30 No Mules Fool – Family31 Birds Must Learn to Fly – Rocky Cabbage32 Johnny Boy - Melanie

67th ShowWelcome back my regular listeners and if you're new to the show, thanks for giving me a chance to entertain you, you are most welcome. In this show you will not find AI, Ads or clever gimmicks and Jingles and I'm more of a John Peel than a Smashy or Nicey Tony Blackburn type. What this means folks is you'll get intro's, a little information, and a record not talked all over. You will also get music not played thousands of times before elsewhere and some of it as new to me as to you, so we all share the joy. I am passionate about the music, but I am always willing to take requests for new ideas. Just keep the Band/Artist in the time bracket of 1960 – 1976 at the latest to keep in the spirit of the show. Well, I hope you enjoy this episode and if you do, please share my show to keep the music alive. NewsHere we are again folks for another fun packed edition of The Good Man's Radio Show, here to bring you a World of non-Autotuned musical delights from the archives.Sad to hear of the passing of Jeff Beck. I had already compiled the show when this happened hence the lack of a track or two. And just as I was really hoping the intro's would not end up as obituaries, I heard of another sad passing of David Crosby. I will definitely play some tributes in the next edition of both these great artists. In the meantime I've kept the playlist eclectic and tried to throw in the usual assortment of wonderments from way back when so I hope you approve. In other news, I will be giving up my dedicated website (www.thegoodmansradioshow.co.uk) as 1. 54th Show News:Well, we meet again folks, here for another slice of joy I call The Good man's Radio Show. Hope I find you all well and eager for a dose of the aural pleasure to come. Was thinking about the idea of having a feature band on the shows, is this an idea that would appeal? And if it appeals, who would we have? Just wanted to see if it was worth adding anything to the show. I was thinking a while back of doing ‘Guess the Intro' as well, as I have used a different intro theme for every show I have done, and I thought it would be a bit of fun. Unfortunately, though, with today's technology and Apps it's all to easy to cheat so I guess it wouldn't be worth it. Once again, the show is the usual assortment of eclectic styles to keep it fresh. I do try not to focus on too much Rock/Ska/Soul/Pop etc the downside could be that a lot of what I play doesn't attract everybody but hey you can't please everybody all the time, and I hope it may make you want to check out variations of the theme in the spirit of discovery. Well, I hope you enjoy the show as much as I have doing it for you. Bee back for the next one real soon. 1. The Bummer – Lincoln St. Exit2. Stop! – Burgundy Runn3. Movin' Around – The Evil Eyes4. I shall try to get another show ready for the New Year as well but as it’s the 50th show I wondered whether any of you wanted requests? I did a show like this a few years back and it was really good fun getting all the tracks together and listening to unknown music in some cases. Always good to push me out of my musical comfort zone and to check out your music. There are a few tracks included for the loss of Spencer Davis and Johnny Nash in this episode as I was too late to include them in the last show. And of course, you have the usual assortment of musical wonderments to delight, amuse or just baffle lol. All that’s left to say then is, enjoy the show, hope you have some sort of festive cheer and we will meet again for the next trip….
Well, here we are again folks with another trip for you all. Had a few nice comments of late so thanks for that. I would do the show anyway but always nice to know it’s being listened to and appreciated. A bit of a sombre opening on the intro but don’t let that fool you, there’s still plenty to smile about with the eclectic tunage. Coming close to the 50th show now as well so if folks want to put forward any suggestions or requests, I am more than happy to accommodate. Just post any messages either on my Facebook Podcast page or send me a message via email folks and I’ll see what I can do. Anyway, enjoy the show while I work on the next one.

Well, here we are with another show during the ‘Rona’, all intended to make you smile with some cheery musical numbers for your pleasure. An awful lot of effort goes into recording an episode as I’m sure you know, and I adore researching, pouring over notes, piling through tunes and internet pages to knock one together. The problem is I need to get the show ‘out there’ and grow the fan base to help make it a better show. As it’s run on a non-profit basis all expenditure falls on myself. Again, this is fine as my passion for doing it makes it worth the price. However, it would be very useful if I could get my fingers in a few pies to help with materials, tunes, bookings for events etc. So, if at all possible, could you please spread the word, share the show, and blow my horn for me lol. Thanks very much in advance and enjoy the show. 46th Show Tracklist: 1. Someone turned the light out – Our Plastic Dream 2. Sky flight – Dust 3. Gratefully dead – Eric Burdon & The Animals 4.
