※ 投稿邮箱：418150505@qq.com※ 本文章发布于订阅号：百车全说，订阅号阅读更加方便，欢迎关注理想ONE成佛坡事件这是最近网上比较热的一个事件，事发在湖南省常德市石门县，在这里有一段非常陡峭的山路，这段山路不仅陡峭而且很多急转弯，都是需要前后倒车很多把才能通过。原先这个地方并没有人知道，后来有个网红，一开始在网上唱歌没什么流量，就转型卖跑山鸡。他在石门县的这个山上搭了个木屋，在网上取了个名叫“王成佛半山木屋”。很多粉丝慕名来找他买跑山鸡，但是大多数人都是开着越野车上山的，而且每个人都说这段山路太难跑了。一来二往，王成佛就想到去拍摄下客人山上的过程，发到网络上。没想到，这里就成了网红打卡点，很多车主都跑来挑战这段山路，网友也给这里取了个好记的名字“成佛坡”。成佛坡刚开始只是小范围的红了一把，直到今年2月中旬，一段理想ONE挑战成佛坡，爬坡失败还流了一地黑乎乎的油，让网友惊叹“理想不理想，成佛难成佛”。大家也搞不清理想ONE这车到底哪里出了问题，反正就是觉得它越野能力不行，甚至质量不行。其实理想ONE本来就不是一个走越野路线的车型，但是说起来也是前后双电机四驱。因此网友还是调侃的，吐槽的居多。2月18日，车主本人发表声明，不过这份声明是力挺理想汽车，又被网友一顿DISS，觉得是厂家买通了车主，让其说好话。车主说，自己的车是2020年8月11日交付的，目前跑了7万公里，前轮胎是原厂的，后轮胎是某宝买的，400块钱，跑了有4万公里，已经快磨平了。视频拍摄的时间是2月11日，当时他们从四川出发，准备开回深圳，路过湖南常德，他的兄弟就建议去挑战一下成佛坡。车主说，这台车还开去西藏自驾过，也陷过雪地里，但是开启脱困模式，自救成功。言外之意，是觉得理想ONE脱困能力还是可以的。这次成佛坡之所以爬坡失败，他总结应该是一方面后轮胎磨平，二是关闭了车辆的ESP，三是开启了脱困模式，客观原因加错误操作导致的。而车辆漏油的原因，后来厂家拆解后，发现损坏的是后驱动电机的减速器，应该是在极端环境下高负荷工作导致的。最后车主还特意提到理想的服务他是认可的，因为春节期间，地址又比较偏，找了三家拖车公司都没有来。最后还是理想官方安排的拖车来救援，并且后续维修费用，住宿和路费理想官方说他们全部报销。但是车主觉得，这件事主要过错在自己，所以后期不会找官方报销费用。只希望他下次定理想X01的时候，官方给点优惠就行。以上是车主发的声明原文。这件事，我觉得值得关注的点有两个。一是现在越来越多的人喜欢去挑战所谓的网红越野圣地，但是每次我刷小视频和直播，看的都是一身冷汗。很明显，开车的人大多没有越野相关经验，现场组织活动的人也没有一点安全意识。前段时间，在沈阳有个20多岁的年轻人，也是去越野冲坡，结果导致翻车，一路滚下山坡，结果副驾驶的小伙子没系安全带，被甩出车外身亡。据说这个地方，人身伤亡事故已经发生过很多起了。看最近的新闻，成佛坡已经被勒令关闭了，的确这样的野生越野场地是该管管了。越野不是撒野，真的热爱越野的话，还是要多学习一些专业知识，至少也得有台专业的越野车型。年检过期3年，强制报废再聊一个发生在我身边的事。前几天，一位移民澳洲的朋友发信息给我，说他的车辆可能要被强制报废了。周围车主是2010年在我手上买的奥迪Q5，那时候Q5刚上市，还是加价的行情。我俩能遇到也是缘分，因为一开始订车的是另一位客户，当初他找了关系，订车的加价幅度比市场行情低一些。后来，因为家里协商不一致，想换其他车，但又不好意思退订单。所以，他与我协商怎么办。我说，你可以把订单转出去，应该会有人接单，我到时候给你换个名字即可。没想到，他在自己的小区群里，找到了一个人愿意接他的订单。这个人，就是我前面提到的移民澳洲的这位。这位兄弟也是很神奇，他02年大学毕业，跟几个朋友一起开网吧。那时候网吧挺赚钱，但是由于股东太多，每个人分的钱根本不够花，后来就把网吧关了。他对电子产品感兴趣，那时候Palm掌上电脑挺流行，但是低端卖的好，高端销量太少。他觉得只要开发好客户，高端Palm还是有市场的。于是就拿下了几个高端品牌的代理，那时候珠江路的百脑汇招商刚结束，已经没有柜面了。他找了很多关系，最后还真的有个人愿意出让自己的柜面，结果一看，那个位置是最靠近厕所的地方。他二话不说，就拿下了。后来用他的话说，试营业两周，就赚回了一年的房租。后来南京街头xx开罚单的手持设备，都是他提供的，做了几年生意，基本上就财务自由了。没过几年，他跟我说全家马上移民澳洲，妥妥的人生赢家。可是他遇到的问题，让我很尴尬。因为年检逾期超过3年，档案就被注销了，无论找谁都没有办法。这台10年的Q5，如果当二手车卖，至少还值8万多，现在强制报废的话，只能换回几千块钱。我本来想建议他当拆车件卖，但是想想，这里面水也很深，找到靠谱的拆车公司也很麻烦。拆车件，还得一个一个跟人谈，我估计他是没这个时间。所以最简单的方法，就是去报废算了。这里提醒大家，家里如果车辆比较多的话，一定要注意年检日期。如果逾期不年检，上路就被罚200元，扣3分。甚至在保险理赔的时候，也会遇到麻烦。（现在两种说法，有地方保险拒赔，有的地方年检逾期不影响赔偿）现如今年检很方便，6年免检，也就是第二年，第四年在线申请一下就可以。但是第六年一定要去上线检测，费用大概在200多块钱。有些保险公司，其实也有免费代检服务，你可以下载他们保险公司APP，然后查询车主服务，就能看到，不用白不用。保险公司一般会安排第三方代驾，来帮你把车开走，然后年检结束，再帮你开回来。当然，只是帮你来回开个车而已，年检费用还是得你付的。不知道自己的车该什么时候年检，就打开行驶证看一下。上面会有下次年检的日期提醒，比如下次年检是2022年9月前。那么你可以提前两个月，也就是7月、8月或者9月的任何一天去都可以。但是10月1日开始，你的车就算年检逾期了。这一点，各位务必要注意。听友问答前几天有位粉丝发私信给我，说他在广汇集团旗下的某豪华品牌4s店工作，最近集团大幅减薪。2月份计算工资，按照集团1月12日下发的最新版薪资标准执行。结果，最多的员工，减薪达到5000多。他对比了一下，同城同品牌其他店，销售16台车，其中12台做分期贷款，最后收入是4.2万。可是他们店，销售20台车，其中12台做分期贷款，收入只有3万。他说，自己在广汇集团工作2年多了，每年工资都有打折，今年是最厉害的一年。他们店今年还换了一任总经理，刚来的几天，还承诺大家要保证大家的收入，只会涨薪，不会减薪。没想到，不到1个月就被打脸了。其实，减薪这个话题最近两年在网络上讨论的也非常频繁。各行各业都有减薪裁员的现象，一方面大环境不好，企业减负为了生存；另一方面领导层要扛比较重的KPI指标，内部竞争越来越激烈，薪酬两极分化比较严重。我估计有些小伙伴，看到卖车一个月能赚3-4万已经觉得非常好了，实际上，汽车销售这个职业，就是收入两极分化最明显的职业。道理很简单，销售基本上就是底薪，完全靠提成吃饭。业绩好的，可以拿到超额提成，超额部分奖励是最多的。而业绩不好，反过来还要被倒扣工资，连续几个月完不成业绩，直接就被调岗，或者被开除了。这家店的总经理刚来，可能还没弄清楚集团高层的战略方向，没摸清楚企业目前所处的环境，还有复杂的人事关系。也许他调任这家店总经理的时候，也只是老板给他画了个饼，承诺会给他一些权限，允许他今后可以自行定夺员工的一些福利。所以，他才敢在会议上，保证今后给大家更好的福利。但是集团整体降薪这件事，前期应该是保密的，降薪也不会只针对一个岗位，而是全员一起降。降薪的影响可大可小，大家可以去搜英国“胡德”号水兵降薪事件，当年这个事件影响非常大，差点导致兵变，小破站UP主小约翰可汗还专门做过一期节目。在企业工作，说白了，就是衡量自己的价值和所得的回报是否匹配，如果工作环境舒服，收入相对稳定，且不低于同行平均水平，大多数人还是可以接受的。我曾经说过，一份工作能不能继续干下去，就看三点：能否学到东西，能否交到朋友，能否赚到钱。三点都满足，就可以长期干，满足一点或两点，也可以权衡一下是否继续干。但是三点都不满足，还是趁早走人比较好。销售这个部门，往往是一家企业收入最高的部门，这次减薪可能是集团大规模减薪，也可能就是因为销售收入太高，但是其他部门收入一直没变，导致企业内部员工心态不平衡。要知道，这两年市场回暖，豪华品牌卖得太好了，订货都订不到，客户都是挤破脑袋想早点提车。加装潢，买延保，贷款手续费，上牌服务费，你说是啥就是啥。车根本不够卖，因此之前定的销售目标，很可能会一变再变，卖的好的销售月月超额完成任务，收入变态的高。而像是市场部，财务部这些行政部门，他们只能靠工龄来涨工资，特别是财务部，月月看到销售部工资那么高，财务总监只要在老板耳边吹吹风，可能集团减薪的方案就很快出台了。这家公司还有没有必要继续干，我觉得最好暂时观望。因为同城这家店减薪，不代表其他店不减薪，只是早晚而已。别因为这家店减薪，你一赌气把工作辞了，跑去另一家店，没干多久，另一家店也开始减薪，那就悲剧了。更悲剧的是，原来老东家发现减薪之后，离职率变高，员工积极性下降，又开始调整薪酬体系，开始涨薪了。这就更是悲剧他妈给悲剧开门，悲剧到家了。所以，先观察一下形势，毕竟不是针对你一个人减薪，大家都减，负面情绪很快就会在公司蔓延，静观其变，任何事物极必反，哪里有压迫哪里就有反抗。如果大家都沉默对待，同事之间还是越来越内卷，那就说明外面形势也很严峻，工作并没有想象中那么好找，那也就完全没必要拿同城收入更高的店来比较了，说明过的比自己惨的人还很多。说句实在话，任何企业最后位居高位的领导，往往不是最聪明的那个，而是最衷心，且最能熬的那个人。可以添加微信46415254加入我们的社群音频图文更新在订阅号： 百车全说每期抽三条留言，每人赠168元的“芥末绿”燃油添加剂一瓶点击订阅，每周三，周六更新会有提醒新听友可以搜索：百车全说2014，百车全说2015，百车全说2016，往期300多个小时的节目可供收听
