Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. TK talked about the hate that was there when he would play the Flyers as a member of the Penguins. He said he always looked forward to playing Philly, home or road. Tyler said he chirped Max Talbot a few times when he went from the Pens to the Flyers. TK talked about other former Penguins that later played for the Flyers, like Jaromir Jagr, and how his contract played into that. The guys asked Tyler about the angry streak we sometimes see in Evgeni Malkin and how he showed a little bit of that the other night.
Hour 1: Is Mason Rudolph getting another raw deal? The depth chart snafu is still weird to the guys and is there a reason the team has kept Kenny Pickett as QB1? Is there belief that they know Rudolph won't be here next season and that's why he is still listed as the backup? Chris posed a Mason Rudolph and Kenny Pickett hypothetical. How far away are the Steelers from giving up on Pickett? Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. Happy Friday! Hunter continues the season grades/reviews for this episode by touching on Marcus Pettersson's season. Was this one of his best seasons to date? How did his numbers stack up to some of the other defensemen? Hunter also looks at if his offense can break through next season, especially after seeing a tease of what he could do during the late stages of this past season. Finally, could he be used as trade bait? Is his contract a problem? Hunter dives into those questions before getting to Teena Murray being named the VP of Integrated Performance. What does this mean going forward? Could she help figure out why the Penguins are always one of the league's most injured teams? He also gets into a couple of other topics surrounding that hire, plus ends the show with John Tortorella going to Philly. He looks at how the Pens-Flyers rivalry can get back on track and why it's gone down a lot in recent years. Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors! 31st July 2020 - Please rate review and subscribe. This week Dan and Will review the games so far. We wonder about Nic Anelka getting his own documentary. The NHL is standing in line to do something but we dont know what. The Pens/Flyers rivalry is not fierce. National anthems for who exactly? I am livid about what Tuuka Rask did. The Avalanche are also trash but its okay because they will do better. WHATEVER! Well done to the Wild and Avs for making the non white players stand away from them. Lou Williams is a top lad. John Chayka is gone from the Yotes and the language used in the release statement shook me. Mitch Marner is doing what to a pillow? We pit ourselves against my wife, my 8 year old daughter, a PS4 and a coin. The first ever 2B1P addendum and a ton of other stuff as well.
