Welcome back to Higher Density Living. This is the second entry in the Law of One Tarot Series. The Law of One Tarot is a unique tarot deck that has its roots in the famous book series, the Law of One. This deck of cards explores the concept of unity consciousness and aims to guide its users towards self-discovery and spiritual growth.   In this episode, Alexander and Jason dissect the second card in the Law of One Tarot deck - The Potentiator of the Mind. The Law of One Tarot explores the archetypal basis for the evolution of consciousness in our experience, indicating to me that we have arrived, through a long process of the Creator knowing "Itself," at a position of present or maximum efficiency for the design of a process of experience.   The Potentiator of the Mind card is represented by the High Priest/Priestess, which symbolizes the power of knowledge. It is a bipolar archetype, representing darkness and light, initiation and the uninitiated. The potentiation of the mind happens internally. This is the essence of the Tarot, in which Ra explains:   Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. You see here the recapitulation of the beginning knowledge of this Logos; that is, matrix and potentiator. The unconscious is indeed what may be poetically described as High Priestess, for it is the Potentiator of the Mind and as potentiator for the mind is that principle which potentiates all experience.  - Law of One, Book IV, Session 78.32   The card signifies the journey of the mind towards enlightenment, potentiating as it lights the paths for wisdom and knowledge on the right hand. It signifies the beginning stages of spiritual growth, where the mind is open and receptive to new information, as initiated through the removal of the shroud, the unveiling of cover as it brings light and clarity in vision. The highlighted keywords succinctly captures its essence. The Potentiator of the Mind is associated with the mental plane and the realm of thoughts and ideas.   The primary purpose of this card is to help users overcome mental obstacles and broaden their thinking. It encourages its users to think outside the box and seek new perspectives. The card also heightens the user's intuition and strengthens their ability to make better judgments. The Potentiator of the Mind is also associated with the concept of transformation, as it is the great potentiator that supports Creation itself. The card encourages users to embrace change and move forward with confidence as they embark on their spiritual journey. It signifies the importance of introspection and self-reflection in personal development.    The path begins with internal influence and then radiates to the external. The mind potentiates the mind. This lays the foundation on how best to serve others. In conclusion, The Potentiator of the Mind card is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. It encourages its users to embrace change and broaden their thinking.    With your Free Will, you are enabled to call and participate in Creation. Through introspection and self-reflection, users can learn more about themselves and become enlightened. The deck is composed of 22 tarot cards and can be broken down into eight archetypes, each archetype presenting a distinct feature and experience of learn/teach, with the exception of Choice, the card for Free Will. Here is the breakdown of the entire deck: The Great Way, Potentiator, The Choice, Transformation, Experience, Significator, Matrix, and Catalyst.  These cards represent each pattern of love and light, teach/learn experience as Ra explained, each card a quality of perception in general complex concepts, hence the idea of archetypes behind the tarot. Deep down, all human beings have an inherent sense of an evolutionary framework that leads us from point A to point B. Evolution is hardwired into our DNA. The complex web of thoughts and mental states of awareness helps us understand the Law of One Tarot.   We are all part of the Creator, part and parcel of Creation. Our minds possess aspects of infinitude as vessels of infinite power, capable of storing bottomless memories. Despite sharing the same process, our minds are not identical; each is a different shade, hue, and entity of its own. Unlike AI or any man-made system, the matrix of the mind does not pre-determine our experiences. Each group, each cluster, can be understood within the archetype of the mind. Everyone has the same basic framework of existence, with individuals equipped with distinct character and unique personality traits to make choices and shape their lives. It is within this archetype that the value of our unique perspectives and experiences becomes apparent.   In contrast, dogmatic constructs within religious and other belief systems practically institute fixed predetermined principles that are immutable to change. They discourage questioning, resist evolution, and promote blind obedience. Dogma emphasizes repentance, dwelling in the past, and trusting tradition without question. Such aspects stand in diametric opposition to the concept of the archetypal mind.   Imagine a world of unfettered connection, a world of absolute freedom and embrace of liberty in education, information, and data sharing, all human exchange in seamless interaction. But like all good things, there are caveats. We have good technology and efficient built-in systems because they provide positive incentives. The question is, how do we use the power of technology to empower ourselves and strive for positive evolution?   To unpack the Law of One Tarot is to acknowledge that everything has a sense of universal pattern. Even our differences have underlying unity, the uniqueness of it as an experience. Despite all our differences, we share the same mental and psychological faculties that make comparison possible. To understand more, each person relates to one another at the vibrational level. The fundamental archetypes are the patterns embedded within. The reason why we study deeply is to achieve the ultimate aim, and the ultimate aim is to serve others, which generates experience.   Embedded within are blueprints for service. Ra talks about experience as the foundation, the building blocks of service. Similar to how DNA functions in our bodies, it outlines the possibilities and the limits. We provide structure in our experiences to streamline the experience, live, and feel moments, not let experience be abstracted by free radicals of uncertainty and chaos. Experience is the archetype for the evolution of the mind. Taking care of our thoughts helps feed the spirit, grow the body, and fortify the mind. the archetype of the mind reflects human change. The complex and dynamic friction of life, through each catalyst of change and learning experience, is fundamental to the Law of One teachings.    Service to others is key to unlocking the full power of experience. Evolution punishes us through experience but nurtures us through growth and maturity. Each learning opportunity is a catalyst for change. We shouldn't be quick to judge people.   Unlike traditional religious or spiritual teachings, the Law of One Tarot shuffles all the time. It is not set in stone, but changes and always change. We are constantly evolving and changing, that is the beauty and value of life. There is also judgement, a pre-determined rule set in stones, and rampant prejudice in everything you do,   The Law of One Tarot deck is a powerful tool for self-reflection, personal growth, and spiritual evolution. Its gentle and compassionate energy creates a safe space for exploration, inviting users to deepen their understanding of themselves, others, and the universal energies that connect us all. At the bigger picture, everything affects itself, there is no bias selection, no pre-destined outcome, but all in one conjecture of harmony and change.It offers a unified approach, not static, to understand the human experience. In fitness and nutrition, minute details can drive us apart, but looking practically at this beautifully intricate question of getting more bigger can help bring us together. Metabolic stress is masochistically fun and mechanistically complicated.And yes we don't really know if these strategies will have an independent effect outside of the mechanotransduction model. BUT around 30-40% of 1RM is very likely going to equate on a set volume basis to higher loads in terms of hypertrophy so you don't have much to lose outside of weight on the bar in lower rep ranges and may potentially have a lot to gain by differentiating your training stimulus. Therefore, if you are extremely "risk" averse and want to only train in the muscular tension bean counter rep and weight model go for it! If you want to NOT even "waste" some portion of your training year experimenting, having fun, and playing with different strategies you can be very confident that you will not shrivel up and die...in fact at the very least you may even be able to build a better pump and you may potentiate your ability to drive more adaptation via the mechanotransduction model.
