Sid is best known for not only being a part of the classic lineup of one of thrash metal’s most notable bands, Overkill, but for being one of the genre’s best all time drummers. He is also known from his stint being in Paul Dianno’s Battlezone n the mid 80’s. Sid has a new band called Infectus 13, and talks about the beginnings of the band, what his goals are with this album, and what brought him back to making music. He discusses his view of technology, and how it was hindered a lot of artists. Sid talks about why he left the business in the 90’s, and why he doesn’t like the sound of “Under the Influence.” We kick off the episode with a track from a killer band out of Oklahoma called Severmind.
