Give Nigel Farage the Job NOW – Britain's Had Enough!  #NigelFarage #ReformUK #KeirStarmer #UKPolitics  Angela Rayner says she doesn't want Keir Starmer's job as Prime Minister. THANK GOD – she'd be an even bigger disaster! The lies, the spin, the smug non-answers… Her TV interviews today reeked of pure political BS. Why even bother airing this nonsense? Jon Gaunt says that Labour is a charisma-free zone—an incompetent circus of liars, truth dodgers, and power-hungry bureaucrats. And the Tories? Not much better! Kemi Badenoch is grasping at thin air, and now even she's on the chopping block. The Lib Dems? Don't make me laugh! Meanwhile, Nigel Farage and Reform UK are DOMINATING the polls with real ideas: ✅ Bring back the Winter Fuel Allowance for ALL pensioners ✅ Scrap the unfair Two-Child Benefit Cap ✅ Tear up Starmer's sellout EU deal ✅ End the Chagos betrayal ✅ Deport illegal migrants—appoint a Minister for Deportation  ✅ FIX the small boats crisis And what does the political elite do? Squeal that it's “not costed.” As if Labour and the Tories haven't burned billions already! We don't need another 4 years of lies, chaos, and broken promises. Britain needs real leadership, and Farage is the only one speaking for the people.

Hello Listeners! In this episode, we had the opportunity to have a conversation with RasyiqaBorn and raised in South Jakarta, Rasyiqa is a dreamer who loved to imagine, with a TV remote in hand and the sound of music from her brother's room always echoing through the walls. As a child, she often dreamed of a double life like Hannah Montana: a regular girl by day, a star on stage by night. After college, that dream seemed to fade away. Working behind the scenes in the music industry felt like the more practical path. But a heartbreak in her mid-20s opened up a new direction. Writing songs became her way of processing her emotions. In September 2021, she decided to release her debut single, “Reckless,” a birthday gift to herself on her 25th.From there, Rasyiqa began building a catalog of songs that felt like pages from her diary, each reflecting an emotional phase of her life. Singles like “Get Up! (Get Out!)” and “I've Had Enough” expressed insecurity and angst, captured through rom-com/sitcom-style music videos. Meanwhile, “2:15 (Steph's Song)” and “A Song for Someone Else” offered a more mellow and contemplative "sad girl" vibe.In late 2023, Rasyiqa released “Waiting on Fireworks,” a reflective track that served as an emotional bridge from hurt to hope. Early in 2024, “Two Shades of Blue” was released, signaling a soft, hopeful portrayal of falling in love. In 2025, she released “Just Like That,” her first collaboration with Dennis Ferdinand, introducing a more optimistic tone that mirrors the current chapter in her life. All of these experiences are captured in 'Reckless', her debut album set for release in August 2025. This album ties together the threads from her previously released tracks, alongside new material that represents the journey of growing up — from heartbreak to falling in love again, from anger to reconciliation. For Rasyiqa, music is a way to make sense of everything — from her heartbreak experience, the process of maturing, and the quiet spaces in between. She writes for the late bloomers, the overthinkers, and anyone who needs a song that understands what it feels like.Listen full episode on Bingkai Suara with Lusiana and don't forget to follow our podcast on any podcast platforms, our Instagram Bingkai Karya, and stay updated with our recent news on www.bingkaikarya.com

The Art of Decluttering

"Enough is enough""That's enough""Leave good enough alone""Close enough is good enough"It's amazing how one simple word can relate so deeply to our relationship with clutter and our satisfaction with our stuff and life in general. This week we talk about how some enough statements can really make you take stock of where you are at and where your satisfaction lies. You Are Enough - Stuff won't make you enough. More stuff, less stuff... you are enough regardless of your things. You've Done Enough - Do what you can with what you have. Every step forward is a step forward (I know... profound!)What Is Enough - What do you need to be happy? How many of something do you need to have enough?I've Had Enough - When you reach peak frustration with clutter it's a good thing as it drives you to make changesWhen Is Enough Enough - How do you know when you've done enough decluttering? How do you know when to stop? At what point do you reach the equilibrium of satisfaction and enoughI'd love to ask you to leave a Google review today - it takes less than 2 minutes and it will make a huge impact on others confidence to listen/ engage/ join with our community and services around the world. The song was never played live and really, you have two Stones-y blues rock tracks on this album. The track we're talking about today and Think About Me. The latter is superior in every way. It's mixed better, it is way catchier, it moves more, it definitely swings more and basically, it renders Let Me Up I've Had Enough a little redundant. He tells Paul, ‘I was going through a crisis at the time with my marriage. My first marriage was on the rocks. I was separated, though it was later reconciled. So I had more on my plate than I could handle. I had written ‘It'll All Work Out” and sang it into a cassette. And I brought it to Mike's house, giving him the cassette. He had a studio at his house and I said “Could you just make this a record?” because I don't have time, I can't deal with it mentally, but I think it's a really good song. That's never happened before or since”.Today's episode covers the track four from Let Me Up (I've Had Enough), It'll All Work Out.Check out the song here: https://youtu.be/mVEXkLht6hQ You can find the live version from '87 that I was talking about here: https://youtu.be/RTDKo8n65NI And if you want to listen to Phoebe Bridgers' excellent cover, check that out here: https://youtu.be/CDOaIcgUVEc If you are able to donate financially to humanitarian aid relief efforts in Ukraine, the Red Cross is coordinating a large-scale effort which you can contribute to by visiting their website here: https://donate.redcross.ca/page/100227/donate/1The Tom Petty Project is a proud member of The Deep Dive Podcast Network, which you can find on Twitter: https://twitter.com/deepdivepodnetDon't forget to follow me on social media, like, subscribe, and please, leave a rating if you like the show:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thetompettyprojectTwitter: https://twitter.com/TomPettyProjectInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/thetompettyproject/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt6BLRWuuAR43zHpNKIirOwAll music, including the theme song, provided by my very best friend Randy Woods. "There's nothing wrong with a solid album track. It's like the gravy at Christmas dinner. You wouldn't want it as the main course, but the meat would probably be a little dry without it. The Damage You've Done is a fairly unremarkable track in the Heartbreakers catalogue and it doesn't stand out much on this album, but it's a fun little number and again, is one of the best-sounding songs on the record sonically, at least for me.”Today's episode covers the third track from Let Me Up (I've Had Enough), The Damage You've DoneCheck out the song here: https://youtu.be/9wc4m0W7Xk4You can find the alternate version from The American Treasure release here: https://youtu.be/ytiLxKo4RjUIf you want to hear the link between this song and Bryan Adams' release, check out the video here; https://youtu.be/onn8x-qDrtgIf you are able to donate financially to humanitarian aid relief efforts in Ukraine, the Red Cross is coordinating a large-scale effort which you can contribute to by visiting their website here: https://donate.redcross.ca/page/100227/donate/1The Tom Petty Project is a proud member of The Deep Dive Podcast Network, which you can find on Twitter: https://twitter.com/deepdivepodnetDon't forget to follow me on social media, like, subscribe, and please, leave a rating if you like the show:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thetompettyprojectTwitter: https://twitter.com/TomPettyProjectInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/thetompettyproject/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt6BLRWuuAR43zHpNKIirOwAll music, including the theme song, provided by my very best friend Randy Woods. "After passing on what would become Boys of Summer during the Southern Accents sessions, Tom was clearly ready to try to use a less typical Heartbreakers groove brought to him by Mike Campbell. One of five co-writes on the album, this song shares a definite mood with Boys of Summer, with it's minor key verse and major key chorus and the healthy dose of 80s synth. As with Boys of Summer, we can probably safely assume that Mike had the whole song demo-d and brought it to Tom almost fully formed, just missing lyrics. I'd also make an assumption that it was written mainly on keyboards as F# isn't a natural key for any guitarist to write in.”Today's episode covers track two from Let Me Up (I've Had Enough!), Runaway Trains.Check out the song here: https://youtu.be/9bW9FSMJ0JIYou can find the live version from Jacksonville, FL in 1987 here: https://youtu.be/Yphc7QjJE_YIf you are able to donate financially to humanitarian aid relief efforts in Ukraine, the Red Cross is coordinating a large-scale effort which you can contribute to by visiting their website here: https://donate.redcross.ca/page/100227/donate/1The Tom Petty Project is a proud member of The Deep Dive Podcast Network, which you can find on Twitter: https://twitter.com/deepdivepodnetDon't forget to follow me on social media, like, subscribe, and please, leave a rating if you like the show:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thetompettyprojectTwitter: https://twitter.com/TomPettyProjectInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/thetompettyproject/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt6BLRWuuAR43zHpNKIirOwAll music, including the theme song, provided by my very best friend Randy Woods. In this first episode of the Wiggle Room Podcast, a participant in one of my Open Sessions describes her frustration as one more thing goes wrong with her apartment. Listen as she questions her stressful thought and looks for a less stressful way of seeing the situation. Timeline 0:00 — Intro 1:50 — Inquiry: “We already had enough problems.” 30:00 — Newsletter: “Money: What Can you Actually Control?” 39:07 — Outro Open Session Recording The dialogue in the first half of this episode is taken from one of my weekly Open Sessions. You can also be a participant in Open Sessions each week to do The Work with me or ask your questions. Listen as a participant does The Work on the thought, “We already had enough problems.” This is an unedited recording so you can experience how I do The Work in real life with any stressful thought that comes up. Newsletter Text In the second half of the recording, I read my article, “Money: What Can You Actually Control?” During the reading, I add new things that come to mind in addition to the text I wrote.  I also encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter to get new articles like this one each week.  Bonus Videos If you prefer video, you can watch the following sections of the podcast in HD video. Have You Ever Thought You've Had Enough? Money: What Can You Actually Control? If you enjoy listening or watching as participants go through the process of doing The Work, you may find that this form of meditation is a match for you. Doing The Work yourself brings this experience to a whole new level. Want to learn how to hold yourself and others in this meditative practice? Take The Work 101, my nine-week (or nine-month) online course for learning and deepening your practice of The Work. Or join us for a weekend virtual retreat.
