We're at the concept phases of our product design, trying to get our heads around the high-level steps that our users are going to take to use our product. We have an idea that we'll have many different user groups interacting with our product, but we're not so clear about the big picture – who is doing what, when and who needs what afterwards. To put it all together, we can help ourselves with a common quality tool: a SIPOC diagram. SIPOC is an acronym for Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers We talk about when to use it and what steps to take to complete one (hint: we don't usually fill it in from left-to-right). Doprowadzić do sytuacji, w której to pracownicy mówią ile mają wartości dodanej, ile marnotrawstwa, ile czynności koniecznych, bo sami zmierzyli swoje procesy, uzyskali konsensus odnośnie faktów. To procesy zawierają masę marnotrawstwa.
