Today my guest is Director of Photography, Frank Barrera. I had him on the show to discuss his most recent feature Together Together which was directed by Nikole Beckwith and stars Ed Helms and Patti Harrison. It had its premiere at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival in Dramatic Competition which was then followed by a nationwide theatrical release. We also discuss some of the more recent projects he has shot including Seasons 7 and 8 of Reno 911! and Rob Riggle’s Ski Master Academy. Currently, he is in pre-production on the Reno 911! feature film for Paramount Plus and OUTPOST a horror film set on a mountain top in Idaho directed by Joe Lo Truglio. And finally Frank convinces me that Paul Scheer is the nicest man working in Hollywood. Thanks to Bookmans for sponsoring the show and to Fort Worth for letting me use the song at the end. If you like the show, please leave us a review on Apple Podcasts, if you hate it, what are you doing here? You should fill your life with things you love unless the "you" in question is a relative of mine, in that case, yes I am still doing this, and I know how lucky I am to have married my wife.
